2nd time my sister being home from France that we’ve come for dinner. Thank you again for making our evening so special and especially interacting with the boys about the football they were following. Those small touches make such a difference. The food is amazing as is the customer service is second to none. See you next time!

We recently celebrated my 2nd wedding anniversary at Dawat restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly for our celebration. A big thank you to Dawat team for making our special day even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for great food and warm hospitality.

I just bought a 12 Inch Lamb Donner Pizza and a Large Lamb Kebab Roll takeaway today. This is the first time I ordered food from this place. The Pizza had NO TASTE and there was very little tomato sauce in the base of the Pizza! It felt like eating raw bread and cheese. The Lamb Donner was hard like rocks and it had no taste. The Large Kebab roll only had 2 Kebab pieces inside when it was supposed to have three. The kebabs tasted as if they had been taken out of a freezer and microwaved. Please save your money and pay extra at a better restaurant. I just got scammed by Hajveri. This is my complete honest review for this so called restaurant.

AVOID - we stayed in the Premier Inn next door and hadn't realised that the Grapes was no longer a Beefeater. The decor is still Beefeater themed but upon closer inspection it was clearer that the Premier Inn were in charge. By the time we saw the menu we couldn't be bothered to find an alternative - alternative was certainly a good description for the male waiter who behaved very strangely. We were the only customers and food (barely edible) arrived 40 minutes later and cold. Our complaints (also incomplete but charged) were ignored. Something we never do but will be putting in a written complaint.

The customer service is amazing. The test of the pizza is lovely so you try you will know how to test like it. I love it.

Thought i'd give this place a try as I always drive past. I ordered Seekh Kebabs and they were so bland and raw. There's so many other better places who actually serve you cooked food😡 Not worth it at all, a waste of money. Never will go here again. 👎👎👎

Easily one of the worst premier inn’s I’ve stayed in; it feels more like a Travelodge in dire need of some TLC. Same story for the woefully understaffed restaurant, previously a Beefeater and bought out by the hotel itself. The only redeeming feature is the staff who are really trying to do their best in pretty awful circumstances.

I think the food was Chinese inspired definitely no one from that part of the world in the kitchen.

Great place to spend with friends or as couples, place is calm, staff are attentive and very accommodating. They have great Punjabi music playing. Food is the best I’ve had in a shisha lounge. Food did not disappoint. Loved it

I ordered 4 items, 3 the same and 1 different and they sent all 4 as being the same, which was very annoying but as we had waited so long didn’t contact them at that point it since have and don’t seem to interested, to do anything 😞
