We got food delivered at hotel we are from Newcastle and our food is the best we hv had tasted lovely in fact was all lovely will be ordering again if down this way and we will pass on to other contractors from Newcastle that stay nearby x

Went in today with a friend and we each ordered a burger meal half way though eating the burger found a moldy piece of onion when we went to complain the staff didn't seem to care even after telling they could be closed down for this attitude didn't change

Appalled at the pizza given out, completely rock hard, dry, not appealing and absolutely horrendous! Neither pizza was fresh took them both back to the shop, Which he only replaced one. After he had touched and pulled apart both of the pizza's then expected me to take one of them back with me, I don't think so. Especially after they had there hands all over them. I wouldn't advise going here the hygiene is disgraceful.

The food is really good. I would recommend their chicken curry with a nan, masala fish, pizza in general is great, grilled chicken burger and the tandoori wings.

I love the butter chicken.they do fast delivery.

After getting home from central London after a concert and being disappointed that there weren’t any kebab shops open in Hayes Town, I just as happy to see that Hajveri kebab and grill was open. I ordered a medium kebab and honestly, one of the best kebabs I’ve had in my life. We’ll seasoned, the roti was fresh and the chicken tasted great. Really recommend this to anyone living nearby, it was amazing.

All there food is really tasty the kebabs are not fatty the burgers cooked well and it's the best pizza that isn't overpriced totally recommend

We have ordered meat feast pizza and cheese garlic bread from them via Deliveroo tonight... Bread arrived with just a bit of garlic butter on one side and pizza with a cheap, processed cheese. Really? I wasn't expecting buffalo mozzarella for the price, but at least a normal cheese would do. I know prices are rising, we have a cost of living crisis etc, but there should be minimum standards. My first and last time at Hajveri, thanks

My card was stolen and fraudulently used to make transactions at this restaurant, one for £70.44 on 03/01/2023 and £40 on the same date at 23:23pm, restaurant is refusing to give me any information on the order that was made with MY card for either of these transactions.

Some staff are friendly , Rock hard chips on two different occasions when we ordered. At times Food not cooked well. Some staff got defensive about it. No sauces or tissues given with delivery.

Pizza was the best in Hayes but lately the ingredients/sauce have become too salty with a change in the quality of cheese. Please go back to the Pizza quality six months ago!

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING customer service i had ordered food and 2 of my orders was not received, I had to go to the shop because they was being so rude on the phone by telling us they are busy and we had to wait 20mins to receive our missing order. So we decided to go to the shop and they still had an attitude towards us and didn’t even try to offer anything for the inconvenience. Terrible customer service and the food was cold. I will definitely not be going here again that’s for sure. Completely avoid coming here. If i could give an honest rating it will be -5.

I would give a minus 5 rating if that was possible. The food was delivered missing multiple items. And when we called to ask for them to be replaced the guy was very rude and dismissive. We had to go to the shop to collect our food and the guy was even more rude and dismissive and also they still forgot an item from the order. Never again would I go there or recommend to anyone. Not worth this bad customer service for basic food.

Promised to make my order ready for collection in 15 minutes, I arrived after 15 minutes and I had to wait for another 40 minutes to literally pick up the worst pizza and wings ever. None of us could have a second bite and had to throw it away in the bin.

I recently tried this guys from Uber acc , and me living in Hayes trying all Southall food . But the cook they have there must be a legend on cooking what a brilliant cook and the team extremely polite, though chai was not in there timing nor in the menu he went that extra miles to make it. Been here 5 times already and they open till 4 am even . Thank you

Very bad customer service, refused to give me a receipt. Somebody teach them how to print a receipt.

If I can give a lower star I would! Very poor service and I was refused a receipt till I argued I was entitled to one by law! The food was also sub standard and would advice to avoid at all cost unless you got any rats to feed!

Do not order from this place what a bunch of chances. The food was exceptionally late, stone cold and inedible. We were promised we'd be sorted out but was then given a 15% off which is by no means compensation. This is terrible service and should be avoided. Worth no more than a zero star, be warned!!!!!

I ordered for a pizza they gave me fried burnt bread

Given benefit of the doubt until now. Took 1 hour 45 minutes to turn up. Requested pickles which wasnt received. We was advised they can only give 2 because they needed the other one if someone else turned up. Got 3 chillies thrown in the bottom of the bag instead. Large Doner meat turned up to be half a tub of a small box. Was advised by the shop that this is the size of their portions. Ordered a large doner meat and chips and this consisted of a small amount of chips pretty much no meat and a tub full of salad also in a small sized box. Also requested some salad on the side which didnt arrive. The only good thing was the driver who also agreed that the food was quite bad and was very patient. Once we called the place asking about our order the staff were rude and hung the phone up and carried on doing so. Seems like you cant make a complaint and if you do finally get to speak to someone they start shouting. Awful.

We ordered 3 lamb Biriyani which we paid £9.25 each for and when we started eating there was a lot of bones and only 2 piece of small mutton and these was the same in all 3 biriyani we did try calling them they tried refusing to anything about this the biriyani tasted nice but it had a lot of bones and no meat which was very very disappointing .
