Ordered a burger that was on buy one get one free they only sent one and then were extremely rude when I called them up on their mistake. I’ve been to other cheat meals before but the service in this store is the by far the worst. Avoid!!!!

I ordered 6 buffalo flavoured wings and this took far too long. The wings were crispy but were overcooked and were drenched in buffalo sauce instead of properly marinated. They just fry the wings then put sauce over them. The service is bad. The workers are on their phone in the back taking their time. The shop is empty and the workers just hide in the back not presenting themselves at the till for customers

Drinks came smashed and spilt on food

All the food came late chips were cold and hard very disappointing

he stood outside my house and pressed delivered and then he tried to leave with my order but i caught him

Firstly I ordered before hand for 7:00pm but it had arrived at 7:28pm, 28min late

Chicken burger was tasty but the sweet potato fries were cold and soggy, and the hot dog like rubber - vile.

I did not receive my order or call from him ban this driver thank you.

The milkshake had a nice flavour, it would be even nicer if it were a little thicker. The burger was nice. The loaded fries however were not nice at all, unfortunately they were so soggy and mushy, you couldn't even pick a chip up to eat it without it breaking to pieces and one of the sauces they used on it was extremely sweet, all I could taste was that sugary flavour.

When I first walked in to this establishments I was expected to be greeted by someone and them take my order. That did not happen I had to call one of the staff members to the till who was trying to hide in the back. I ordered a fish burger that was too crispy due to being over fried.

We ordered double beef burgers and they were fantastic, juicy, full of flavour and not greasy or oily. The fries were the same, not too soft or soggy, and again, not oily at all, and well seasoned. My brother ordered BBQ chicken wings and they were also really well seasoned and tasty. Overall really good quality, excellent customer service and we're glad we tried somewhere new!

The burgers are 10/10 but the bbq strips was very disappointing just normal strips with bbq sauce on the side of the box

Burger was really small and the cheese sauce for the fries was like water. Cheese sauce couldn't be used. Overpriced for what it was. Tasted ok but overall poor

I did not get my order at all. Someone called but my son could not understand what they were saying, the order was not delivered to my address but it says delivered on the app. My son called cheat meals they said they didn’t have the order and to contact just eat. Just eat could not help me get a refund because they said we said the collection code over the phone when the man called. It doesn’t make any sense. Charging me and not giving me my food. Absolutely awful customer service.

Food did not arrive. Driver marked as delivered. I waited 1 hour for my food and it did not arrive. Now I am hungry and angry. Cheat Meals did nothing wrong but driver has stolen my food or delivered to wrong address. I’m very upset about this

I placed an order through Uber Eats and I ordered two burgers. When I called them to see if I can exchange one burger for another (both had the same price), they said “I can’t do that”, even though they had done this before. Anyway it’s not a problem, I asked for a pot of chilli sauce and same, they can’t do that too. Ok!

The double burgers were great but the kids burgers looked like the patties had been cut in half to fit both burgers it really want great.

Waited almost one hour for confirming the order, then it was cancelled. What a professional, award winning service!

Please do not order from here. They are scammers!!! They sent me cold chips and 8 tiny chicken poppers for £4.99. When I called them they said there's nothing they can do. After blaming deliveroo they asked me to come to the store to pick up the chips! Save your time and money.

I love the cheese crazy ands spicy chicken burger that was amazing vist to Cheatmeals. And the shakes were properly made and thick enough. Staff was very friendly. I’ll recommend to everyone to visit Cheatmeals

Shop was dirty with visible flies near the tables, staff spoke so fast I had no clue what they were saying, and the food was average at best, not worth the price. Avoid. Phat bros up the road is 1000 times better

They didn’t bring my drink. The driver said it wasn’t on the order and he brought it as it was packed. I said ok whatever, came inside and saw it did say a sprite on the order. Dismal and annoyed. I actually want to delete just eats and the other order apps and not bother again.

I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this disgusting place I'm surprised this place is still open for business

My burger didn’t come with a patty. It was just 2 buns with mayo and tomato. Straight in the bin. I would avoid ordering from this location.

Honestly the food was disgusting. The patty had no flavour and water came out of the meat not juice! The wings were even worse we ended up throwing it in the bin.

Been here 2-3 times because I keep wanting to give it another chance. Burgers aren’t that flavourful. Chips are terrible. All wings flavours taste the same. Beef burger was decent and the shakes are ok. Nothing to shout about.

Ordered a delivery with UberEats. Missed an item off of the delivery and when called got no help from the staff. Missing item was blamed on delivery driver although bag was sealed as restaurant advised. Food was not as expected for the money, was tasteless, messy and cold. Name says everything Cheat Meals, Cheat on quality. Will not order again. Side not do not order cheesy chips it's a knock off cheese nacho sauce not cheesy chips
