Food did not arrive. Driver marked as delivered. I waited 1 hour for my food and it did not arrive. Now I am hungry and angry. Cheat Meals did nothing wrong but driver has stolen my food or delivered to wrong address. I’m very upset about this

I placed an order through Uber Eats and I ordered two burgers. When I called them to see if I can exchange one burger for another (both had the same price), they said “I can’t do that”, even though they had done this before. Anyway it’s not a problem, I asked for a pot of chilli sauce and same, they can’t do that too. Ok!

The double burgers were great but the kids burgers looked like the patties had been cut in half to fit both burgers it really want great.

Waited almost one hour for confirming the order, then it was cancelled. What a professional, award winning service!

This place has gone downhill. The fries arrived stale twice. The burger had a hair in it! I loved the food before but not anymore.

Please do not order from here. They are scammers!!! They sent me cold chips and 8 tiny chicken poppers for £4.99. When I called them they said there's nothing they can do. After blaming deliveroo they asked me to come to the store to pick up the chips! Save your time and money.

I love the cheese crazy ands spicy chicken burger that was amazing vist to Cheatmeals. And the shakes were properly made and thick enough. Staff was very friendly. I’ll recommend to everyone to visit Cheatmeals

Shop was dirty with visible flies near the tables, staff spoke so fast I had no clue what they were saying, and the food was average at best, not worth the price. Avoid. Phat bros up the road is 1000 times better

They didn’t bring my drink. The driver said it wasn’t on the order and he brought it as it was packed. I said ok whatever, came inside and saw it did say a sprite on the order. Dismal and annoyed. I actually want to delete just eats and the other order apps and not bother again.

My burger didn’t come with a patty. It was just 2 buns with mayo and tomato. Straight in the bin. I would avoid ordering from this location.

Honestly the food was disgusting. The patty had no flavour and water came out of the meat not juice! The wings were even worse we ended up throwing it in the bin.

The driver was amazing. The food was great but the wings and fries were on the salty side, I loved the flavors but the salt was overpowering. I would definitely order the same thing but specify less salt for next time.

Been here 2-3 times because I keep wanting to give it another chance. Burgers aren’t that flavourful. Chips are terrible. All wings flavours taste the same. Beef burger was decent and the shakes are ok. Nothing to shout about.

Ordered a delivery with UberEats. Missed an item off of the delivery and when called got no help from the staff. Missing item was blamed on delivery driver although bag was sealed as restaurant advised. Food was not as expected for the money, was tasteless, messy and cold. Name says everything Cheat Meals, Cheat on quality. Will not order again. Side not do not order cheesy chips it's a knock off cheese nacho sauce not cheesy chips

I came here and this place was spotless the employee was very nice and I chose their beef burger meal since he told me it's fresh and not frozen they brought it out quickly and it was a good sise with perfectly added toppings it cost a little over 10 pounds.I came another time and ordered the chicken burger meal which was a great price for what I got it had an amazing tsetse and wasn't messy.

The picture of the burger meal showed burger and chips but when I called the restaurant saying they forgot my portion of chips as advertised she said we only give the chip when eat in store? I suggested to write a note saying chips not included or only show the burger 🍔 on the photo as it's misleading

I ordered two meals when I went home and checked the bag there was no chips and called the restaurant I spoked to the manager he told come back and take your chips I told him I live bit far he said leave the burgers with you and bring it tomorrow that’s what happened when all the employees and manager from the same country

Do yourself a favor and visit cheatmeals hayes. This place gives extraordinary service and yummy meals. If you thinks cheatmeals will leave you hungry then think again. You should skip several meals before visiting this amazing place. The food is absolutely delicious, I have to say I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. The staff is very professional, attentive and friendly. The hygiene standards are very good too and fully comply with the law. Have been there many times and every time is an amazing experience all around. The overall vibe is awesome, you will definitely enjoy taking pictures for snapchat and Instagram.

Love this place! My go-to is the American BBQ chicken burger, fries and a drink. Honestly cant go wrong with that, the customer service is amazing. The guys at the till are really pleasant guys and are very approachable. Gone here a lot of times, will for sure be visiting more! Edit: would like to add also, very affordable pricing! Ordered from them a few times, first time was a good experience. After that they kept adding excessive amount of sauces in the burger so it was soggy and leaky. Recently we ordered via Uber Eats and they sent us the completely wrong order - when I was arranging for them to send again which they told me I have to install Deliveroo and make a sauce pot order via them (not sure if they were trying to get business out of Deliveroo by making my install it when THEY made a massive mistake?!?) even then the guy on the phone said we’d ordered bagels, I said no we ordered BURGERS and he then realised he was wrong. The whole experience was AWFUL and they’d sent us someone else’s order and saying ‘the chef got confused’. NEVER ordering from here again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Just ordered food for me and my son. The driver went else where before me which confused me as I thought I paid for the delivery to come to me first. The food was cold, the burger didnt taste like it normally does and the chips were rubbery. We couldn't eat it all, which is unlike us as we normally love the food from here. Very disappointed.

Ordered a Spicy Mexican (beef) with fries. The beef was dry with several chunks of chewy fat and soggy lettuce. The fries were cold and the tub of Mexican sauce wasn’t shut properly, therefore spilt inside the whole bag. Overall a terrible experience and not what you expect for £12! Wouldn’t be ordering from there again.

I went to CheatMeals and ordered the Cheat Burger, cheesy fries and a milkshake. The food came within a few minutes; the burger was hot and I would recommend it. The fries were not hot so I mentioned this to the staff who swiftly replaced the fries with some hot fries. The milkshake was morish. I came away having enjoyed the food and it hit the spot! There is a small seating area inside this shop. Would recommend a visit!
