THe hospitality was very good. The male assistant was very kind and warmth nature.

Such a irresponsible people and staff has ordered 2 kulcha aloo piyaaz thalli and also 2 extra 2 aloo piyaaz kulcha but the extras were missing called to Hayes kulcha express from where I have ordered they said we packed as per order call to Uber eats which I have did he said he just got one bag that’s it with 2 plates in it And again I have called kulcha express Hayes they said we can’t do anything sort out by yourself Such a nasty customer service I ever had Very bad.

Third class service from male staff. Very poor packing . Ordered chana bhatura plates for take away 19th dec 23 . All the chana bhatura plates were leaking all the chana comes out of sealed packing messed car seat , chana curry mixed with all the bhatura and yogurt , not recommended for take away , chana curry too much spicy . They switch off card machine from one week so they can get cash . As only accepting cash have to go back to get cash. Advice for take away .- Not recommended , please check all the food packing before you leave shop.
