Kulcha Express in Hillingdon

I ordered 4 items, 3 the same and 1 different and they sent all 4 as being the same, which was very annoying but as we had waited so long didn’t contact them at that point it since have and don’t seem to interested, to do anything 😞

I recently visited Kulcha Express and had a satisfying experience overall. The menu offers a wide range of kulchas with unique fillings like Cheese Chilli, Aloo Pyaz, and Paneer Masala, all served hot with flavourful chole and tangy mint chutney. The kulchas were soft, fresh, and generously stuffed. The chole had a rich, spiced flavor, though a bit more consistency in taste would be appreciated. The ambiance was clean and casual, perfect for a quick meal. Service was prompt, and the staff were polite and helpful. Overall, I’d recommend Kulcha Express to anyone craving authentic North Indian street-style food, especially for a quick, flavour bite.

Small, very clean, pleasant Punjabi staff, perfectly cooked Punjabi kulcha, after a long time. Dahi bhalla chat authentic taste. Beer and Lassi available.

Bought veg manchurian today, the taste was horrible, too much salt in it all the vegetables( pepper 🫑 onions) was overcooked Manchurian balls was so hard…

Very very poor service !! The workers can only communicate with customers in punjabi. Very casual and non professional staff.

Today i went with my family and tbh restaurant was too buzy coze of bank holiday .. but both boys did great job honestly they took order with big smile on face and they know how to deal with customers ….. and the food was too yummy and hope we visit again …

First of all, I would like to mention something about food.. No taste at all.... I mean I tried it once before 6 months and now once again after 6 months both times food was absolutely tasteless. Service: There are only four waiters and very hardly they will pay any attention to you. I had to get up from my seat to the area where they're working 4 times to get some tissues, bill and give another order. I stayed waiting for them to look at me. So I can tell them that I need something but all four waiters were too busy cleaning and picking up stuff. Atmosphere: it's fine there are not such problems with the Atmosphere but main thing is food and service and both were terrible. People go to any restaurant for the taste of the meal and the service but if meal is tasteless and service is worse than what's the point going back. I'm leaving this review for the improvements and also to save people time and money.

The place got me nostalgic about my hometown in Punjab. The best kulcha I had in the UK.. Must visit.

Went there on Sunday, it was packed, took over 10 minutes for someone to come to us , took almost half hour for food to be served, had to ask for the tissues because none were on the table or given even after the food was served. Wouldn't blame the staff since it was evident that they're all overwhelmed, could hear Uber ringing few times. We may go there again but definitely not over the weekend, they're not fully equipped for the busiest times. Another thing, the music was way too loud.

Very Disappointed – Hays Branch (Kulcha Express) We came from quite far just to eat here, looking forward to trying the food. Online, it clearly says the closing time is 10:00 PM, but when we arrived at 9:25 PM, they had already closed – even refusing to take any takeaway orders. It’s really frustrating and disappointing to be turned away like that, especially after making the effort to get there. This kind of experience really affects trust. If the closing time is earlier, it should be updated online to avoid misleading customers.

Overall staff young female short in high serving customers no smile +no experince to deal customer .it's time to time we come here to have meal the staff haven't improved beahovere they need training thanks ) last week we visited the restaurant we have notice all the soft drinks +tea is £299 plea look into as couple or with family there /as we went 29/4/25 prices ar higher like butter small packet 75p tea soft drinks 2.99 tea 2.99. these prices higher then the main meals pleas look into ,thanks

Today ii visited with my family and we tried kulcha and some non veg starters … truely said my experience was excellent with staff but why only one boy at the front nd the resto was too bzy … but he did great job like managing all the tables accurately …. the boy served food very politely and nicely….. .. increase staff else everything was great recommended to alll….

The kulcha available here is of very poor quality As well as pratha .

Kulcha Express Hayes, located at 592 Uxbridge Rd, Hayes, is a hidden gem that offers an authentic taste of Punjabi cuisine. The kulchas are flavorful and generously filled, while the curries are rich and aromatic. Shivansh, the manager, ensures excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, adding a personal touch to the dining experience.

Excellent service provided by Pankaj and Shivansh. Great customer service and exceptional food. They went out of their way to provide us great service. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will surely come back for delicious food and wonderful service.

I come to Kulcha every Sunday to buy the fish pakora for my dad, its one of his favorites. The two young boys who serve at the front had told me I could phone my order and it will be ready before I arrive. This saved me waiting around. They are so friendly and helpful and always smiling. They now recognise me and know my order. I would strongly recommend the food and the friendly and very helpful staff. Thankyou for being so nice

Yesterday I visit this place wid my wife .... and we loved this place and food was totally outstanding ... I am shocked that my wife loved this place and food she told me specially to put review on this ... and the main point both boys is very friendly they take care us like parents ...we literally love this ...hope next weekend visit with my daughter and son ....

We usually go to the Harrow location but decided to try this one. It’s much bigger but just as busy. We got the last table, though no one had been served yet, so we knew it might take a while. It took around 25 minutes for our food to arrive, but the taste was just as great as always. We tried the chole bhatura for the first time; the bhatura was soft, though a bit oily. The veg pakora’s the highlight. The staff wasn’t very friendly and seemed a bit robotic, which was disappointing, especially since it was a busy Sunday. On the plus side, parking is free on Sundays, and we found a spot right outside. Great food, but service could definitely improve.

The food was floating in oil. All items were greasy. The order was late. This is quite surprising as in the past this place used to be really good!

Today I tried Chana puri and my experience was wowww with this restaurant and one more thing 7 table are occupied and only one service boy I was shocked he Handel all the tables very accurately and politely .. love to visit again

I had the delivery from Kulcha hayes today. Worse food ever . Naan get wrapped by just foil and was very cold . Too much oil on chicken tikka masala and masala was not cooked well . I ordered Paneer wrap which was completely rubbish . Paneer was soggy which was made from left over paneer curry with full of sweet chilly sauce so customer wont notice the taste . Paneer should be grilled and use that paneer instead they use paneer curry . Completely waste of money and taste.

I asked for no yoghurt with my papdi do chaat, instead all I receive was papdi and chutney with no potatoes etc. Additionally, the papdi was very oily.

When I placed the order it was showing food would be delivered in 35-40 minutes which is understandable I ordered food at 7:30 pm and till 8:40 I didn’t see any update on Uber Eats 3 driver was changed and these people I don’t know how they are managing orders if you can’t handle one online delivery order then u should close the account on Uber Eats. Very poor service and I was trying to call their restaurant it was going to voicemail. After 1:30 hours when finally I got my order, the food was cold and also packed like am going to travel abroad with it I struggled to open it. Will never order in future. Had a very bad experience.

Change yesterday, staff is not smile just her face so attitude. Cha really not good not sure milk is thick or cream. food was OK before nice food and cha now change so poor and why expensive not worth. Cha is expensive just size very small worse money. You need careful and check menu real size small so expensive! I decide not go again so sad! Before best food and good money now change everything.
