When I placed the order it was showing food would be delivered in 35-40 minutes which is understandable I ordered food at 7:30 pm and till 8:40 I didn’t see any update on Uber Eats 3 driver was changed and these people I don’t know how they are managing orders if you can’t handle one online delivery order then u should close the account on Uber Eats. Very poor service and I was trying to call their restaurant it was going to voicemail. After 1:30 hours when finally I got my order, the food was cold and also packed like am going to travel abroad with it I struggled to open it. Will never order in future. Had a very bad experience.

Change yesterday, staff is not smile just her face so attitude. Cha really not good not sure milk is thick or cream. food was OK before nice food and cha now change so poor and why expensive not worth. Cha is expensive just size very small worse money. You need careful and check menu real size small so expensive! I decide not go again so sad! Before best food and good money now change everything.

Kulcha Junction is a gem for anyone craving authentic Punjabi flavors! The kulchas are delicious and packed with flavor, and the curries are simply amazing. Shivansh, the manager, ensures excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. He made sure we were well taken care of and added a personal touch to the experience. Highly recommend this place for great food and top-notch service!

We ordered Indian cuisine: £20 for 6 samosas and 24 small pieces of mixed pakora to take away. I feel like we basically paid double. Interestingly, the price for the pakoras was listed per kilo, but when you order them for takeaway, they charge by portion (8 small fried vegetable pakoras) without weighing them (which can hardly be more than 100-130 grams). The reheating process was also odd—they refried the samosas and pakoras again. The flavor was okay, but what about the acrolein issues? Both items were left in the oil for quite a long time, and you could clearly see they were quite browned on the outside... but that's a topic for another post, about acrolein and the importance of frying safely ;)

I recently visited their Hayes branch and was thoroughly impressed with their food and service. The Fish Pakora was a standout dish - crispy and full of flavor, with perfectly cooked fish. The Chana Bhatura was also excellent - soft and fluffy bhatura paired with spicy and flavorful chana.

Today i went to Hayes Kulcha Express Service too bad as well staff too short, Not a treat like a good service..first up all i have to wait for 10 - 15minutes for Order Placed and after that 20 - 25 minutes wait for your order. The quantity of product is too short & Price is too high which not worthable to Eat ,Taste of food is also not good.Please everyone ensure going to this place for dine in be CAREFUL Also carry a cash their because card machine doesn't work here since from january 2024. When ever ask to staff for card machine they replied we just worked here nothing else to know.

Toda ii visited with my family and we tried kulcha and some non veg starters … truely said my experience was excellent with staff but why only one boy at the front nd the resto was too bzy … but he did great job like managing all the tables accurately …. the boy served food very politely and nicely….. .. increase staff else everything was great recommended to alll

The staff was very bad There was free table and chair and the staff saying no space after getting space nobody came to clean the table for 20 minutes called staff to clean the table and menu getting menu after 3 time request for they are saying 25 minutes to 40 minutes wait so totally you have 1 hour 30 minutes we canceled the plan to dine in not recommended

Today i went may b wrong time im this restaurant ... coze they were too bzy with waitings......but when we get table the both boys take care of our table and they did great job with good service even they both are too bzy with other tables as well and the food was amazing ... now we decide we come on week days because on weekends they are totally bzy ... great job done by front staff and food was also amazing ..lobe to visit again ...
