The guys are brilliant. My deep-pan, barbecue-based pizza is always on time.

Honestly such an amazing pizza, the pizza tasted spectacular as normal, Door2door never fail to disappoint with their food or service. They really know how to look after their customers. Honestly the best pizza place in west London. Ten ten service.

The pizza and fries cheese are completely frozen and won't recover even after reheating.

I'm a regular customer that always comes back. This is my go-to pizza shop, there is a Hot House Pizza down the road and the two are incomparable because Door To Door beats it every time! Love these guys. Thank you for your pizza service! My order is always the BBQ base, sweetcorn and plain chicken pizza, nothing beats it the way these guys make it!

We ordered online on justeats-we got the offer for buy 1 get 1 free and 1 pizza is for £25!! Its crazy!! We ordered 2 pizzas and did NOT get any free pizzas lol it was horrible. Do not recommend because they are thieves!! Go in to the actual shop to ensure they don't rob you of your money because no sane person would sell pizza for £25. Horrible people and horrible place!! Pure thieves.

Usually, it’s very hard for me to leave something on my plate, today it happened. Mozzarella Sticks with no taste at all, just the taste of cooking oil and the pizza was not good, the garlic had a weird taste.

Delivery guy was so rude. He didn’t even know how to behave with customer. No work ethics. I’m regular customer. I’m ordering every week from them almost more than 3 year plus.Sometime twice in a week. Also occasionally placed big orders as well. I’m disappointed. He was disrespectful and keep arguing for the waiting time of one minute on the door. Even my little daughter was standing next to me. But still he was arguing.Next time, I will not order any food from them.

I always come here with my fiance ever since I found a hair in Hot House Pizza's pizzas. They never disappoint. I highly recommend Door 2 Door pizza. Very respectful men and boys. They take a little long but it's worth the wait, amazing food. Never disappoints. I haven't had a bad experience with these guys. I absolutely love them. I always get my pizza from them! In addition, the wings were cooked to perfection, slid right off the bone. Absolutely beautiful.

Thick pizzas, tasty, reasonably fast, highly hygienic and friendly staff. I understand they have free delivery too, though I have not tried that myself. Would def recommend.

I don't normally leave reviews but always happy with the service when coming here. The young lad who appears to be the manager/ owner always so friendly which you don't normally get from local spots and the quality to price ratio is really good also.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Please look elsewhere! I was appalled at the disgusting hygiene and lack of customer service. Very rude old man with no sense of running a business. Pizza was burnt. Seemed like the veg toppings were expired. Peppers were old and wrinkly. Looked like they were cut days ago. Please save yourself from food poisoning.

This is the best pizza I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The staff are incredibly friendly. It’s nice to see a family business that cares about their customers and the quality of their products. And they don’t just make pizz. They also do catering for events so it’s perfect for parties or special occasions.

Food was freezing cold and hard and the driver was very rude made me go downstairs to collect my food with my baby. Absolutely shocking never had this problem before with door2door but will never be using again.

Horrific service with rude and incompetent staff. The boy with the bushy hair served all his mates before he served me. Pizza was left out for 40 minutes and I had to ask for him to give me the pizza along with the food. He said 15 minutes however I sat there for an hour waiting! Please do not waste your time and order elsewhere absolutely horrified by this experience. Pizza was cold by the time I ate it

Absoulte poor service I ordered a pizza through just eat using a student discount code with £15 off my order and the owner brought the pizza to my house and didn't give us our order as he was not willing to sell if purchased using an offer code. They shouldn't have accepted our order in the first place.

Don't waste your time and hard earned money. I rarely leave reviews, but hopefully I can save some people the hassle and their money. Twice I've ordered, once for delivery and another for collection. Delivery was over 40mins late and was missing an item. I was told it would take over an hour to deliver the item and a refund wasn't an option! It sounded like I was talking to a 14 year old girl with no customer service experience or understanding. I wrote that bad experience off and tried to order for collection two months later. This time I'm greeted by a very young boy who informs me all offers are invalid despite what Google, their own website and even the pricing on their in-store menu says. I hung up. There are better independent shops who deserve your support and money. Amore, Hot House and others to name a few who are local and provide a better service. Spend wisely and don't support below par service.

The best pizza in town!!! Whether you get thin crust or deep pan, the base is not greasy at all. You can tell that it is freshly made in-house. They go above & beyond to ensure they deliver the best pizza. Super tasty. We get pizza at least once a month and we always make sure we get it from door-2-door pizza.

Pizza is sublime. That tomato sauce is hits the spot everytime. More generous with the toppings than Dominos!!

They made my order completely wrong In some places the dough was raw and in others the dough was hard.the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t let me speak when I was telling him that my order wasn’t right and if he could make it again and was very rude.I will not be getting pizza from here ever again.

First time trying this place and was served BURNT and DRY Spaghetti bolognese, this was recommended by the restaurant! The food was not even edible, went straight in the bin. First and last time eating here. Was told that this was due to a new supplier but you failed to even offer a refund for this, awful awful service. If you are receiving complaints from multiple customers for the lasagne and spaghetti, why are you still selling these??? Called up before 10pm and was told there is nothing they can do as they are closing but their website states they close at 11pm. Waste of money. Avoid.

Lasagne was lukewarm around the outside, cold in the middle and garlic bread with cheese was lukewarm. BBQ ribs were ok.

I ordered stuffed crust. Half of the pizza was just crust. No stuffed crust. I need a refund for the stuff crust. This pizza place always skimp on stuff crust. I will alway give a bad review unless they correct their mistakes.

Well timing is not bad but over food was bad. It was warm but. Garlic bred was looki like some put him to microway for 1 or 2 min. Both pizza was overcook. When I'm mean over cook I mean cheese was brown and even burn in some place. Both pizza been dry so badly that was no souce. Instead nice chesse finish with double cheese i found hard dark brow shell from overcooked . So even if the deal looks cheap food quality is really low. Only one think was made ok it was jalepeno cream cheese. Never again food from them.
