One of staff so rude I was waiting for just eat order almost 28 minutes at end he said reject it

These guys are very unprofessional. No working phone number. I ordered food and they cancelled the order and took my money. In the middle of the night where there is no possibility of me getting any other food . My family had to go hungry until the next day. I did not get paid til the next day so we had to go hungry sadly. In this cost of living crisis many of us are struggling to buy food. For a restaurant to do this to a customer without any human remorse is inhumane and heartless

What an unfortunate order! We ordered 1/4 chicken and it was completely raw! To top it up I ordered sprite and I received a coke. Tried to contact them but the phone registered is not recognised.

Have been ordering from here on Ubereats for almost 2 years and it is always a treat to look forward to. The Jacobs burger is our favourite, love the unique flavour the sauce brings that separates Amigos from other burger stores. Good fries, miss getting some free dips with the fries though. Nice jalapeño and cheese poppers.

me and my boyfriend ordered from here was still warm when arrived. uber driver was lovely just overal 10/10 on everything defo ordering again

Ridiculous amount of chilli sauce - I couldn’t even eat the burger and my mouth and lips are on fire! I’ve ordered a few times and get the same habanero burger, today it was soaked in chilli sauce which leaked out and soaked the burger bun and all the veggies - I had one bite and couldn’t eat anymore! I don’t know if they’ve hired new staff that want to take revenge on their customers by drenching everything in chilli sauce ?! I tried to wipe as much sauce as I could with tissues but it was still too spicy as the sauce soaked into everything in the way in delivery….what a shame…

If I could leave it no stars I would. I ordered the Phat munch and I was disappointed. It arrived late, and uber blamed it on the restaurant taking thier time 'wrapping up' The onions rings had been fried so much it was just crunchy breadcrumbs as were the chicken poppers. The burger was cold and tasteless and as for the wings they had some sauce but no flavour. The fries also didn't arrive. Avoid if you can.

I got the 'Protein Packed' via an UberEats delivery. Overall, the food tasted nice and the portion size was OK. The Chicken tenders were flavoursome and juicy. The burger was tasty, but because of all the sauce, it became kind of mushy. Chips were great. Popcorn Chicken was great as well. Good flavour and a decent portion. The portion/size overall was smaller than I was expecting given the price, but it was still a reasonable size. They forgot my canned drink which was a bummer, but not a big issue.

Best burger restaurant in west London. Fantastic milkshakes, second to none. Food always delivered quickly, staff professional and friendly.

The websites misleading tells you it’s a dine in location but it’s just an industrial park for deliveroo drivers. Came all the way for no reason not impressed

Honestly Akbar and Nav do not get payed enough for this job, there service really brightened up my day. Who would’ve thought just getting a burger meal would complete my day to perfection. Terrific service and I wish you guys all the best

Not even a dine-in place. It’s random kitchens of different restaurants. Their website is misleading; it says dine-in but it’s only where deliveroo drivers pick it up. Super sketchy location behind warehouse units. No parking. Phone number not working and not even correct. Waste of time and money if you are looking for a restaurant.

Food was decent but not worth the money, I'm all about quality over quantity but you know when people are making a mug out of you, 'Serve the best quality food for the lowest price' behave, and they like to forget items when you cut off your arm to pay for it

Really good food and happy to finally have it in Uxbridge. But driver always knocks when I put in the notes to only call when they are outside. If service improves I will continue ordering! Would also be nice to have some contact details.
