Premier Inn London Hayes, Heathrow (North A4020) hotel in Hillingdon

Normally pleased overall with Premier Inn, this one not so much though. The ground floor room had a really small bathroom, didn't smell mega clean either......

Really very bad experience.AC was not functioning properly.Requested to change the room but staff said family rooms are fully booked.Uncomfortable night spent with young kids.never recommended

A Premier Inn with the usual furnishings and decor. Not quite as fresh and new as some premier inns but it's all as expected.

Room itself was ok no issues really but the bathroom was awful it had chips in the bath tub the back board where the toilet is was unsteady and actually fell when I went to flush the toilet it’s not screwed in and secured this could have injured a child risk assessment on all rooms should be carried out.. dust in the bathroom it’s like the rooms not ever been used..wouldn’t recommend this place at all

TRADESMEN DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU’LL BE ROBBED DO NOT STAY HERE, IT’S UNSAFE!!!! We watched the thieves mid-theft robbing our tools from our van after robbing the van next to us too. We have them on video. 3 men with distinctive logos on their hats and jackets. They had clearly been tipped off by a staff member. There were other incognito vans which had been left alone but the sign written ones were broken into with thousands of pounds worth of tools stolen. After talking to other contractors that have stayed in this hotel, they have had their vans broken into and tools robbed from them too. Even the reviews on trip advisor highlight the robberies. The police told us that they had been called to robberies at the hotel 8 times in the last two weeks. Staff don’t care, CCTV is not shared which highlights our suspicions of an insider tipping off the thieves. We even had to pay for the car park after being robbed

I don’t blame the staff but this hotel is seriously in need of refurbishment. Carpet was old and murky. The one chair was badly stained. The pub next door was dysfunctional and unable to serve us a meal as had been advertised. Horrible experience!!!!

No security on parking! Vans robbed.

First of all, there’s NO USB charging points in the hotel room at all!! I had to go out and buy a charging plug for my devices. Secondly, there’s WiFi is non existent!

The worst experience from Premier Inn. No manners to the guests. The staff in the front desk don’t know how to behave to the guests. Their behaviour is like they are giving the rooms and services for free. Room keys are not working. As I travel a lot Iam a regular user of Travelodge and Premier inn. But this is the first time we are seeing these kind of attitude from a staff. Very bad experience.

It's certainly not the best premiere Inn out there, the place generally looks and feels tired, notices everywhere about break in to vehicles, parking cost £5/£6/£7/£8 depending on which notice you look at. I wouldn't stay here again

Pretty solid place to stay if traveling in to London for a vacation, the bathroom in our room was a bit dated and the fixtures had some rust, and the desk chair had a wet stain on it, but overall a great experience and would stay there again if needing a budget hotel.

Beds are to die for ,best night's sleep was had in a linger time ,not far from wembley and travel time was good to get there .Food next door for breakfast was worth it .

This place is a disgrace dirty,noisy the staff are not helpful no restaurant until 6pm. This is no where near the standard off a premier inn and i have stayed in at least 70 off them that is why i pay the premium because i know what i am getting not here. Never again

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of days. The day staff were great but the night staff were a bit rude when talking to you. They were not very helpful when you had a problem with getting back in the hotel. Ordered breakfast both days there. But on the last day no chefs turned up for work so had no breakfast.

Clean room, friendly staff, so close to Heathrow (30 min bus, bus stop right in front of hotel) and the city centre. The trip to Wembley Stadium is also quite short and easy. It was really quiet, even though we had a room facing the street and parking lot. Can only recommend this hotel, especially for the very affordable price!

Really old and tired looking rooms they also have the cheek to charge you parking (£6) But worrying to see lots of signs saying thieves operate in this area and not to leave any valuables in your car.

Despite the rooms being VERY dated they are always cleaned up to standard by the housekeeping team, have been staying here for business on multiple occasions. Thank you for another lovely stay. reception staff are always so kind😊🎉

Room smelt like damp and on and on further inspection behind the headboard was mould and also the corner of the room ( pictures added ), and god know what contraction was added to the tap, but the water can out in a weak fan like motion also in added a couple of pictures.

Enjoyed our stay there. Beds are very comfortable. For the money it costs it’s very good. People think these are supposed to be 5 star hotels but they are only paying half the price. The staff are very helpful especially ele who went up and beyond to accommodate us and make sure our stay was pleasant
