While the barista were super friendly and smiley which must be quite difficult to maintain in such a busy location, the oat milk latte I had was without comparison, hands down the worst one I have ever had. Basically it was undrinkable and I'm still debating with myself which was more eyewatering, the hideous taste of what I can only describe as flavoured dish water or the over inflated price.

I wasn't expecting that much expensive and it was worst costumer service, it's not worth to pay drink and pastry for £9.

Well what a way to start a holiday Thank you to the lovely staff at terminal 3 I am not sure what I did to deserves your generous hospitality but I am extremely grateful….well maybe not the waist line the cookie was Divine indeed. I shall work the calories off. Thank you again best wishes

Coffee and croissant was good but I saw something completely crazy happening: - In front of me, two families with kids, one from the US and one from China. - Both family asked to pay with their local currencies. - Cashier confused call the manager to ask for permission. - Manager says let me handle it to cashier. - Than proceed to say: yes but no refund or receipt to both families who accepts, one after the other. - Manager takes a pastry bag (usually used for croissant), put the foreign cash-in. - As I walk to the counter, he look at me as I was looking at the money pastry bag, lough, put it in his jean pocket and say "you didn't saw anything" and what can I get for you. - I asked for my latte, paid and when collecting it, he had prepared a croissant as well for me. - Thanks but you're still a crook.

I found hair stuck inside my dark chocolate cookie, there was no apology from the staff rather smiling, at they gave a new one. Wouldn’t expect this from Pret specially charing higher prices inside the airport and different prices in london. I’m a frequent customer.

The best tomato soup. Quick and friendly service and a place to sit away from some of the mayhem of the T3 waiting area. Decent place to get a bite where you can control your own destiny.

Staff is rude. Specifically ordered an oat latte, and everyone behind me got their drinks before me. They missed my order and gave me a latte instead. I said I ordered an oat latte and the barista gave me an eye. Waiting extra time and wrong order and got treated rude.

Awesome place. Was passing through in transit and did not have any pounds. They said they did accept dollars but might not have change to give in dollars and gave the huge sandwich on the house. Amazing gesture and customer service.

21 quid for matcha coloured luke warm water, a depressing smoked salmon sandwich and a bacon toastie which ended up being the only passable thing. The other stuff was barely edible and yet they charge more than restaurants do. No idea how Pret as a chain still exists, just do yourself a favor and go to the pub next door or the nero's at terminal 5.

Pret’s wraps are a fraud. When you open the package at least a quarter of it is empty then each half wrap has a hole in it lacking filling/ingredients. Disgraceful.

This is my second time stopping through this location and every time I approach the counter to purchase the cashier walks away and finds “something else to do”. This is blatantly racist and the entire staff needs to be fired. A shame how you all run such an establishment with disgusting human beings giving “customer service”. I will never visit this location ever again. Google has shadow banned this review as well as many others who have had a similar experience - I no longer trust them.

I asked for the advertised black coffee. They told me they did not offer it today, but said they could give me an americano for no extra charge. Then they proceeded to charge me for the americano. I asked to not be charged and asked for the receipt as the price was too high, and they just offered me a plain croissant instead.

I ordered the white filter, and I must say, it was the worst I’ve ever had…far too watery, almost like flavoured water rather than proper coffee. That said, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. The London cheesecake was absolutely delicious. All in all, despite the disappointing coffee, I still managed to have a pleasant time.

I was served by Priya Rani who demonstrated exceptional customer service and was extremely helpful in explaining the food on offer and serving in a very polite, professional manner. Great work!

Don't go to this place. I got poisoned by their wraps yesterday. Diarrhoea, vomiting... What a birthday gift.

I visited the Pret A Manger at the airport terminal 3 and was very impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. The shop is clean and welcoming, and both the coffee and toast were great. A great spot for travelers looking for quick, quality service. Highly recommended!

Chicken satay wrap didn't have even a hint of peanut flavour. Tea almost undrinkable. Good job there's not much you can do to a packet of crisps.

Highly disappointed when I receive my Plain Soy Cappuccino with mocha powder on top of the beautiful foam. Unfortunately, with strict dietary requirements I was unable to drink my beverage before my flight.

The franchise is great, with seating facilities, sandwiches, salads, fruits and snacks. Fair price. Cozy place with music and good rest from one flight to another.

Pret offers a good range of healthy options, including sandwiches, salads, and juices, which is appreciated by health-conscious travelers.

Great and convenient cafe to refresh before departing or seeing someone off. Ample seats, not so crowded but in summer it is very warm.

Excellent location. Food was fresh and hot, well prepared overall. Staff was on point - friendly and quick to serve the lines. Prices are reasonable which makes this a great choice before departing on an international flight. The dining area is small and it was very hot, perhaps the AC was down so we ended up eating in the general waiting area. Highly recommend this location.

Has pretty good food considering its at airport. Usually airport food is horrible but this place has some nice wraps

I used to like to have a bite in Pret before my departure but it’s not what it used to be. Prices went incredibly high and the place is really filthy. After I finished my food I realised I was sitting in a chewing gum. The table was incredibly dirty as well. What a shame.

So I arrived to the airport as 3 hours layover, I was hungry I found this place and grabbed a sandwich and waited in line, as it was time to pay. I had an old version of £20 note, the cashier said we don’t take these it’s too old, they are phased out. So I had to cancel my order and get new version of British pounds and come back. After my adventure at the exchange place, I returned to the place and got my sandwich and drinks. The cashier said we take euros too!!! (NOW YOU TELL ME ??) lol but she was friendly and helpful so I giver her props for that. Sandwich was a bit tough but tasty. Service was 9/10 I had a strange ordeal on this trip. But it all turned better. This post was posted on March 20203 and removed without an explanation y go*gle. So I decided to repost it.

The Muslim woman work here chats to every man with great enthusiasm but ignores every single request from female customers including me. Still don't know what's wrong with her🤷🏽‍♀️

Great food and location. Positioned right by the gate

Just don't get a espresso here or at any other PAM store. They simply have no idea how to make a good coffee. Sandwiches are acceptable, but expensive for what you get. There is a real Italian espresso mini truck neat gate 36 few meters after.

Being a member of the Pret I drink coffee everyday from Pret near my office but the Worst coffee I have ever had In this place recently. Asian lady at the cash point was so rude. Whenever I am going to travel I will never ever go to this Pret at all also they really need to learn how to make a coffee.

I visited with a British friend. The fruit is dizzy. The plastic bottle was sticky. Five stars.

This is a store that has severe discrimination against Asians. My wife and I were in line at the register, but when it was our turn, a female cashier suddenly glared at us and closed the register. While we were stunned, the male staff at the other cash register next to us beckoned people in line behind us, and we were unable to get them to register. By the way, my wife is working overseas and speaks English fluently, so there was no way we made any mistakes or didn't understand the language. According to my wife, there is some discrimination against Asians living in Europe, but this was the first time she had experienced such blatant discrimination, and she said it was really bad at this restaurant.

Here around 1400hrs in Heathrow T3 departures area on the first floor around 1400hrs on 7/1/24. Till supervisor more interested in serving friends made repeated errors with my order and cutlery requirements. Poorly stocked, lacking self service facilities you'd normally expect in Pret. Really in need of close attention from management as supervisor looks in need of a complete refresher course in service

Close to the security gates at T3 Heathrow there’s a clean, well stocked, spacious Pret with some very friendly staff. Thank you to Fakhra who provided excellent service 😊

Awful coffee even after 3 attempts. £3.90!!

They don't accept cash. Very bad to discriminate your clients on these basis.

Poor service. Chicken salad had issues with tomato where it tasted like fish so I shared this feedback with staff and there was not even an apology and instead was asked to show the tomatoes with him so he can show to supervisor. Also no trays in this Pret so multiple trips to collect your food if you are in a group

A convenient and not too pricey place if you would like a quick bite and a nice cup of coffee before catching your flight.

On Nov 6, 2023 (little after 12pm), we ordered two flat whites, the indian girl at counter seemed careless and impolite when we were ordering, but it didn't bother us too much until, we saw that they served another customer after us flat white, we realized that the girl at counter never informed the guy making coffee about our flat whites. When we told the other girl about this, she looked at the girl at counter, and the girl at counter had shown no emotion, not even acknowledged her mistake and apologized, just simply uttered 'oh' and went looking back at her counter without checking us. Not a good experience, especially at airport right before I am about to go through security check. Food is nice though, who can say no to salmon at pret a manger.

Worst pret. So rude. Grumpy. Made me pack the bag of food myself. Didn't give me any napkins. Or a spoon for my yogurt. Stale bread. Ridiculous prices

Oat Cappuccino from Terminal 3 around gate 28, the barista who made my cappuccinos like Latte. He just kept pouring all the milk! Look like he need to refresh the training 🥸

The staff are completely clueless. The quality of the food has really deteriorated and the prices are very expensive for what you get. I used to love Pret. I hate to say it but it's not good anymore.

One of the worst treatments from all Prets I have ever gone too. And seriously, some people need to be trained again on how to prepare a cup of latte. C'mmon, Guys!...

Clearly don’t pack your food anymore despite spending a fortune. Just hand you the bag to do it yourself . Made a latte instead of a cappuccino and then facially protested and verbalised that it was a cappuccino despite being full to the brim of milk. Oh and pls ask if customers want chocolate on top. It’s annoying.

The food was good but pricey- which is a given since it’s the airport so that’s not the issue. The issue is the rude staff that handled the food carelessly and dismissive attitude towards the customer. I understand it’s stressful to work at the airport but it’s not my fault that your job sucks.

As a member who works in Heathrow. The team and costumer services are the best ever. Espcially in Pier ( Mehdi , Jamila,Lookman,Arleen) those staffs are really good . I always get my coffee in the morning and afternoon with smile and happy face .

Unlike most other airport prets, this one is located before the security checking on the first floor when you come from the virgin check in side , has a huge seating space and also a good seating area just outside. The prices seem to be same as the high street ones and is a good affordable option if you have to wait a while before boarding ot came to see off someone.

It started of bad when I asked if I could use my NHS discount card and was told NO !! As I was looking to see if anyone at the tills we’re getting it , I noticed people were being over charged by the cashier that was serving other people he was scanning items twice while they had 1 of the item , he done it to 3 customers who were tourists going home , so I thought just cause one’s a thief , they all ain’t the same !! Let be told I was gob smacked at what was about to happen .!! I had quiet a bit off food as their was a group of us around £42 worth , the guy that was serving me scanned the same coke bottle twice ! He scanned it first and put it to one side then scanned the next bottle and put it next to it , then picked up the first bottle and scanned it again as I watched him I waited for him to finish the transaction and paid for it !! As I asked for the receipt he was in shock and wanted to say something and realised that I’ve clocked him trying to rip me off , but didn’t say anything, went to the printer were the other guy was ( who was mugging tourist off and said something) so the guy brings the receipt over and I tell him that his charged me for 3 bottles of coke as I have only 2 bottles !! The other guy comes over and says “ it’s ok take another one “ I’m like “ if I wanted 3 bottles I would of got 3 bottles!! I was gonna make a fuss but I had my children with me and didn’t want to get into an altercation and be detained for some stupid reason !! So I just left it . It happened between 16.30 to 17.30., I think it’s happening to a lot of people specially tourists who can’t speak English properly and are afraid to say something, cause nobody wants to miss their flight for a few quid !! Be vigilant or just avoid THIS pret !!!! It happened on the 27/07/23

Great location just before security, layout of the Pret is good, and quality of food/drinks is always high. However, the service needs a big improvement - unfortunately the service is too slow, too many mistakes, and too much uncertainty showed by staff. They are trying their best but training seems insufficient. A simple order took too long simply because there was not a clear mechanism in place to fulfil different customer orders, and all felt a bit chaotic. This created nervousness that the order i would get would be correct or not.

Drinks are horrible. No favour at all. Food is acceptable.

Very nice place for an airport. I do like the quality of the food. Nice place to wait the flight! Armchairs are a bit old, but still confortable. I personally survived 3 hours waiting for my flight. Personnel was very nice and smiling (at least today).

They stocked chicken wraps where veggie wraps were meant to go and the wrap packaging doesn't have a prominent label, so I ended up with a product I can't eat. This is the kind of things that needs to be done right, and I'm disappointed in the service.

Very rude staff! Today morning just wanted to pick up a flat white, before our departure. One of the staff said, there are three lines at the counter. When I was the next in the line, the young woman behind the counter said "go to the other line". What??? No saying hello, or good morning... Pret a manger should organise a training to their staff how to treat their customers... Of course I bought my coffee somewhere else, where the lady was able to say a Good morning to me.

Horrible service, rude staff. Better to go to Cafe Nero nearby.

£6.50 for a very average sandwich and a packet of crisps. Definitely one to avoid.

The change that the Pret a Manger store that is near Zara in Westfield White has given is wonderful. I bought a matcha latte, and the service was super fast and, of course, the Matcha Latte delicious 😋. Congratulations to the GM.

Surprisingly good. Despite being very busy. Located in Heathrow T3 past security. Lines were long but moved quickly. Americano was spot on. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Good range of items. There are limited seats inside the branch (very open) but takeout otherwise like I did. Loads of seating in the main airport area.

Certain staff members are absolutely useless

I used to look forward to prêt breakfast when traveling... But it feels like the food has been cost engineered to fulfill the label but not the sensation. A pain au raisin which lacked richness and stickiness and a vegetarian roll with omelette where the bread was like cardboard and the experience lacked any flavour.

I bought a coffee, a bottle of water and a sandwich. Came to £10.90. I did not have British pounds so I asked if I could pay with Euros. They said yes so I gave them a €20 note. They gave me £2.80 back as change. I asked why so little change and they told me that they have a much higher exchange rate than any other outlets at the airport. Beware! Most disappointed! I have been eating at Pret for a long time but this experience has changed everything.

The only place to get decent food in Heathrow arrival after a long flight.

Pretty standard Pret experience, but that's not a bad thing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, plenty of space to sit, and everything was kept clean. Good location just above the check-in desks for the terminal. Good for sitting around for a few hours if you have a flight to wait for, and good for grabbing a coffee before heading through to check-in and security.

Won't even toast their terrible sandwiches

I love Pret. The service is incredibly speedy. My flat white was ready in less than 30 seconds. If you have a subscription it works in the airport ( but weirdly not in some motorway service stations). The prices are similar to the high street too. Its always clean and friendly. Coffee and Croissant is a great way to start any flight.

Could really do with fixing the tables. Heathrow T3 departures. Not one is level, and all wobble several inches, making it easy to spill your expensive coffee!

Food is OK and fresh but is outrageously expensive, as others have mentioned be carful with the sneaky extra charges!

I am writing my feedback because I am loyal Pret Customer! I counted at least 12 employees behind the counter...When I have arrived around 12.45 pm it was not busy. 3 people working hard running up and down and the rest completely ignoring customers :( I crossed a girl eyes and I kind of understood that it was my turn to be served... She was the rudest ever... keeping asking if I wanted anything else in such annoyed way.. almost annoyed I would say because my order was quite big.. I ordered 6 Christmas pies she litteraly dropped them in the bag without even wrapping them to avoid they could smash on each other...same as for my 3 blueberry muffins...she was keeping charging and talking with other colleagues...when she realized I had a Tuna sandwich that comes toasted as standard...and after paid..she takes the Tuna sandwich and in the most slow and annoyed attitude goes to the kitchen to then come back and still ignoring clients needs,she delivered my toast... I had to ask a bag..wrapping properly my pies to avoid them to smash and I paid £41 to feel like I was almost disturbing to be another client during Boxing Day annoying with a huge order.
