Roosters Piri Piri in Hillingdon

Recently changed menu, the Wrap is so disgusting now. I honestly threw away more than half, what a waste of money. I will not be returning

Undergoing dome internal improvement, but still operating smoothly , efficiently anx professionally! Food deals are very good!!!

I ordered a uber eats delivery with them. They accepted the order and a driver was assigned. However the driver was waiting to pick up the fully paid order and the place refused to give my order and said they won't be making it. The driver tried to help and pass the phone over the counter the woman said hello and I asked why my order will not be made and then passed the phone back, where the driver said they are refusing to talk to me. I was charged for the order yet no food was delivered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!!! They have just taken the money and no refund issued when I was not at fault!!!!!

The new single seating arrangement on the left opposite the counter makes no sense your not an itsu in central London or catering to nearby universities in bulk where you need to charge laptops or your phone your a glorified chicken shop people want to sit and eat facing each other not a wall keep the woke Japanese ideology to yourselves

Roosters have been established for a long time, hence they must be doing something right, the food was very tasty i would recommended them very highly.

Chicken wasn't well cooked also chucked too much salt on the fries which made impossible to eat.

None of them wear gloves! I even suggested a couple of times but still not wearing them

Thought it would have been as good as our slough one but it wasn't did not enjoy it. I felt like the chicken may have been deep fried and then grilled as it was very crunchy and crispy maybe??? Not much sauce on the chicken the sweet potato fries were slightly burnt. I asked for a salad on the side but they had put chicken on top and mixed it up. Food is usually brought to us in slough service is exceptionally good there here it wasnt had to get it ourselves not that it was a issue but shop was fairly quiet. Overall sticking to the Slough branch!

Asked for table and seats to be cleaned as it was dirty from muddy footprints and had hair all over it. The lady proceeded to clean the muddy footsteps on the seats and used the same cloth to the clean the table. I even had to tell her how unhygienic this is. The hand washing station was filthy, with tiny little hairs all over the counter. Food was okay but the cleanliness is horrendous.

Ordered rice box and gave me 2 spoons of rice. Waste of money. Felt like a slave getting rationed.

Nyc food and staff is also nyc or cooperative

I am editing my review It went down from 4 star to 1 star. They charge for sauce and mayo. Disgusting . I have spend £40 with family Later staff asking me .50 for sauce Rubbish Never going again

My family are regular customers with roosters however we were very disaster’s our experience, we were initially cut off over the phone before receiving our order number, it took 40 mins for the order to be completed however there remained to be blood in the chicken legs and were slightly raw. We hope this is a 1 off experience and doesn’t happen again

Very disappointed, always used to order roosters Buffalo wings, which where always good size and taste lovely order then last night and wow, they should be sold as tiny baby wings there’s more little bones then Chicken, let’s just say I’ll never be ordering from roosters again, also there rice now doesn’t taste of anything.

Ordered 2 hot chicken but received salad wrap. Only few small pickles of chicken . Ordered hot but no sauce. I was disappointed. It is called peri peri CHICKEN but you don’t put chicken. Your wrap doesn’t worth £5.99. Takeaway always been rubbish in your restaurant.

At night this place is not very good. Besides of this if you order a chicken breast it tastes awfully. They don’t make it with enthusiasm. The chicken could be better.

We ordered from here for our work lunch and all of our staff where extremely happy with their food. I don't normally eat sweet potato but their fries are always a go to for me. Service is amazing, friendly and always helpful

Ordered a chicken fillet burger today and it was dry and absolutely tasteless. You literally can’t chew it. Lettuce looked overly wilted and unappealing. The quality of food in this place is shockingly unacceptable. They can’t even get plain old chips to taste good, let alone anything else. Won’t be going there again.

Brought a chicken wrap the chicken still had a vein in it plus it was under cooked when told staff was not treated professionally but got a wrap back which was more cooked would have preferred my money back and when do chicken meat have veins in it

The chicken was smelly it had definently been kept for longer than supposed to when I bought this to the attention of the staff they would not let me change my food and I ended up giving them the food back… Also the staff were very rude and not helpful at all I’m not sure where they learnt their customer service skills. Always something missing from the order. When you call them they are helpful and say next time you're in we will replace the missing items however staff in restaurant refuse. What has happened to good customer service !

Food was ok but bad customer service. We went to uxbridge road, Hayes branch to eat in. The staff were not friendly, Also they did not bring the food on the table but instead left it on the counter and shouted to come and collect it. I would not waste my time there again. I would go to nandos which has much better food for similar prices and excellent customer service.

Hit or miss sometimes. Been ordering from this place for years. Sometimes the chicken is cooked well the other times it’s burnt to crisp which then affects the taste. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I have ordered a whole chicken meal on 7th of May,22. Chicken wasn't that great , mostly dry. Still we ate it. But I didn't expect with the french fries. I was surprised to find leftover fries mixed with the freshly fried fries. I paid the money in full, they didn't gave me discount on the fries. Please check the fries, so that you may not receive leftover fries in takeaway. Careful, how todays world make money. Its embarassing to treat customers like this.Hope they will look into this.

Avoid please. Hard and chewy meat.. badly cooked reheated meat. Dont know what kind of person is running this place, ppl spend money to generate business and here they destroying it by serving reheated and old badly cooked food. Rubbish.

I have been there a few times and absolutely love the place. The food there is very tasty which makes me come back. Futhermore, the service they provid especially through there employees is amazing as they have very friendly staff members who always greet with a smile and try their best to solve any concerns or question we have. Bought a take away last night got home and the chicken was burn not happy order number 650 I went to shop spoke to staff show them the photo of the burned chicken they didn’t offer replacement They worker said ah only on the skin Not happy

I tried to phone an order through but the phone was engaged so I went to the shop to be ignored for 30minutes while the staff member was on the phone to his friend before taking my order for a chicken wrap, then 15minutes later they told me there was no salad so I would have to do without, from entering the shop to leaving with my order it took nearly 1 hour, when I got home the wrap was cold and the chicken was dry and hard, the worst experience I have ever encountered, I would never go back there again.

They forgot one of my meals on delivery from Uber eats. When I rang them to see if they could resolve the issue, they said order a garlic dip on Uber eats and we will send your meal to you with extra haloumi. I said ok fine but then checked that actually just to order garlic dip from Uber eats was £5.79!!! So basically they wanted me to pay for my meal again. I am so disappointed! The girl on the phone was so rude and even said ‘I’m fasting too and I haven’t eaten too’ sorry????? Not really my responsibility. I was ordering from them for the first time and I will never do that again.

Chicken was dry and chewy. Sign says it’s steamed then cooked on the grill (Nando’s style) but definitely wasn’t steamed fresh that day, can tell it was a day or 2 old. Chicken was barely warm and hadn’t spend long on the grill. The chips were alright. Table was dirty.

One of the rubbis restaurant in London , the staff don’t clean the table ,there is one staff I think she is the manager she is extremely rude not serving properly plus , the chicken is too dry , after eating roster peri peri food in Hayes I got food poisoning I could not go work for three days ,please ovoid going to that takeaway

Every time I've gone here its been a good experience! Sometimes it can get really busy, leading to the customer service quality to drop a bit. But none the less, its good food, affordable and good seating. If you don't know what to get, go for the chicken wrap! Many thanks, Your Trusted Guru

I will never return here again! Whoever is managing this place you need to see doctor, I have never tasted anything so blend! I am utterly disappointed! It’s shame to say that Roosters Peri Peri on Uxbridge Road is far the worst I’ve ever been to! I Bring back food for my parents and they even say “there’s no peri peri sauce on the burger” when I even ask for Extra Hot and it was blend only the mayonnaise I could taste.

The worst customer services ever. Told on phone 20 min came to shop paid and then staff start their own business ignoring my repeat request for update me, 45 min waiting and no explanation or apology but in their own lingo telling to get rid of me.
