The best restaurants in Pettits Havering London

We love coming here but unfortunately on this occasion the experience was very poor. It was a Wednesday eve around 8pm. We ordered a starter , garlic bread, this had to be sent back due to half of the bread not having any cheese on it. Then we waited 45 minutes to be served our pizza. It wasn't busy, no urgency, very slow, only 4 tables in and a table after we arrived got their pizzas first. Another table complained as they had waited nearly an hour to be served their food. The very young staff seemed to be giving more priority to the delivery guys who kept coming in for take aways. So sorry, we won't be back. Such a shame.

It was ok. Tho my husband had a fall. The step up should have black and yellow tape on it. To show it up more. Bit of a hazard.

The bathroom is dirty, Sunday morning. There is no soap. I take a coffee and a triple chocolate muffin. The coffee was ok, but the muffin was dry, old and disgusting. Dirty place.

Very friendly staff, free easy parking, food was delicious, served fresh and efficiently. Shisha was very smooth, long lasting and good price. Would recommend 10/10

My partner and I have been to Kushi on several occasions now, and each time it has impressed us with the quality of the food and the great service. We would definitely recommend anyone to try the dine-in experience as it is amazing for the price!

Worst restaurant I've been to in the Romford and Gidea park area. I've never seen a restaurant so unorganised and disgusting. Food expensive and portions are small. place was near enough empty when I went and I now I know why. Reviews are misleading as there was nothing fantastic about the place. Spend your money elsewhere.

Went there this Sunday and it was closed even the shop top board of desi kitchen was removed. Don't know if they are still operating as they didn't pick our call either.

Got a takeout on Thursday... was like old food !! ... chicken and squid really chewy like it had been reheated again and again chowmein really greasy we put 80% of it in the bin and made a sandwich ... never again

We went to Havester in Gidea Park, Romford. The food...dinner and dessert was amazing, the atmosphere was 10/10 and the staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning. Our server Kimberley was really nice and attentive even though they were super busy.

I’ve had a lot of Chinese and this was by far the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life. £23 spent and after 2 bites the whole lot went in the bin. Nasty.
