Coffee wasn’t exactly hot but to be expected

Not happy, the caramel was clearly missing and also not full to the top. Tastes like it’s from one of the machines in a petrol garage.

Jess was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful with me choosing a drink.

I ordered 1 Hazel frappe and 1 caramel frappe but received 2 caramel frappes instead

Very poor slow service, more interested in restocking the fridge with milk half way through making my drink.

Neither coffee had any sugar in it which spoiled the drinks and they had to be chucked away as we are working on a site that has no facilities for making drinks. I’m absolutely fuming about this as its the second time it’s happened from this shop!!

Really helpful staff (man). There's a small step (2-3in) so my scooter couldn't access this store easily, I had to use walking stick support to enter but was given a lot of support by the man working there on 26/6/2024 at 11.40 am. The only problem was some coffee floating in the drink & the App calls this store Scoffs but there's nothing to tell you it's ever been known as that, all it says on the frontage is costa?

Always pleasant but they are often slow to clear used crockery from tables

Ordered from here lots of times before without problems. This time the driver took a bizarre route and seemed to stop for ages. Food was cold when it turned up and the toastie inedible because it was solid because it was cold, the other went in the bin because it was cold and the egg in the wrap was congealed. Also missing the third food item so one person would have had nothing to eat if the food was edible

Nice place and their drinks are very tasty. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The food could be better but the drinks more than make up for it.

Fast efficient service. Though the hot chocolate had leaked and 1/3 of a cup was lost but did love how the drinks were capped to stop them spilling. Just need a more secure way

Lovely place, although the seating area is limited outside, which is a shame as it is a sun trap in the summer, so it is a great place to sit. There is sometimes a queue, and you can wait up to 10- 15 minutes for a coffee.

The drinks turned up with one bag tilted to one side I opened it and the drink poured out all over the kitchen side so one person didn’t get a coffee and the other two the lids didn’t fit the cups properly and now there doesn’t seem to be an option on just eat to get a refund really disappointed with the service from start to finish

Hot chocolate was great and still hot when delivered and after waiting another 5 minutes because i always forget i have a hot drink next me. But the only problem was they did get one item wrong but its all good because I still ate it and it was great. I'll be still ordering from them again because if I need a hot drink i know who to order from thanks again. And to all have a lovely day

Cycle alone. No cash. Do take card . Minimum spend £5. Coffee £2.80. What a joke. All looked a bit rough and smelled of funfair in the 70s that was on this field. Prob same people. I'm sure my coffee is no loss but how may times do people not bother. . Good old cockney nonsense . Made me feel nostalgic.

I paid extra for vanilla and there was none in any of my drinks!

I ordered sugar but there wasn't any, nor was there a wooden stirrer for my coffee, very unusual for the Gidea Park branch. Coffee had leaked out a bit, again very unusual for Costa.
