I have been drinking Costa coffee for as long as I can remember. Across the UK due to my job. However this is my local Costa and quite frankly the best Costa Ive ever had the pleasure of being a regular in. Im in almost every day sometimes twice and that is mainly down to the wonderful service and welcoming environment. The facility is always clean and calm. The staff are always cheerful and make a real difference to the start of my day. Thank you so much all the staff at Costa Collier Row.

The new pigs in blanket was very good even better with a nutcracker hot chocolate staff are very friendly ... top job abbey and laura 👌

Excellent service and staff who are very accommodating.

Compared with other Costa shops around, like Hornchurch and Upminster, this one from Collier Row offered poor service, bad attitude, and cringe atmosphere from the grumpy baristas, this lady was not following the original drink ingredients and she missed adding the bubbles in the frappe and in the second drink the caramel topping barely could be taste. Can you please hire professionals workers, specifically now when the Christmas is coming we want to come with pleasure to our local Costa. Thank you and I hope someone from the head office actually reading the reviews.

Worst experience with this branch.

coffee was nice and full and up to its usual geat standard. No sugar which is really annoying. The pastry was stale and the shwarma lacked content(havnt tried it yet though). so overall poor value for money.

Staff are always good and very helpful. Places always clean prices reasonable.

I wasn’t able to consume any of what I ordered as the bag ripped and food got wet and most of drinks were half empty

Driver spilled our beverages into the bag as he was carrying it horizontally. Drink was spilled on sugar sachets and coffee lost and cream spilled out.

Just popped in for a quick coffee on Sunday. Was super impressed by the service. I'm afraid I didn't get the lady's name but she was so friendly and made our drinks up perfectly, gave good product advice and had an amazing attitude. Her badge said batista in training but it seemed she had been doing it for years. Thank you. We'll be back

Costa Coffee at collier row is always 5 star but today ordered a large latte and chocolate twist really looking forward to it driver handed the bag over and when I opened the bag no chocolate twist 🥲 it was crossed off in biro on the receipt attached to the bag usually when you order it tells you what’s not available so can’t understand why my chocolate twist wasn’t available or if I’d known I would of order something else it’s not the same having a coffee without something sweet sorry for going

Delivery did not knock left coffee in porch found it 10 minutes later

Quick delivery and order correct however two of the drinks spilt over and was leaking therefore was no drink left waste of money

People who work in Costa can’t afford Costa which is why the quality of Coffee and other products are not of the standard expected for such a high priced commodity..

First of all is about hygiene, there was a blonde lady that she was touching the straw with her hands without using a tissue which is against costa policy regarding hygiene. Also, she did throw only ice in my cooler (probably so boring to wash afterward but she gets pay for it!) . If I wanted to drink ice I could not spend £5 for a cooler….Also, they don’t use the tea you pay for they are yousing only breakfast tea….. You should employ people that are doing their job proper not waiste of time like the blonde lady :)

Coffees arrived slightly too cold, we expected them to not be hot but these were a little too cold. The delivery driver didn’t even talk to us as he was on his phone talking to someone else on loud speaker. He didn’t even make eye contact. Puts us off ordering again.

The hot chocolate was a 10/10 and so was the service !

the roll/bap was either stale or had been bake bone dry, and the sausages were shriveled and hard, and I paid £4.40 for that never again.

I asked for the delivery for 12.30 and the app said it would come at 12.20 but it arrived at 12.15 whilst I was on a work call

I always want the experience at this Costa to be lovely, and I persisted for quite a while. It’s well located, always clean and has parking (although only for 15 minutes, so not good if you want to stay). However, on most visits at least one of the following is the case: - Card payments aren’t working, so you have to go and get cash - Toilets are out of order, so not helpful for younger children - Staff are bickering or passive aggressive towards each other - The coffee itself (my regular is a chai latte) lacks flavour/syrup When you combine these issues with the £3-4 cost of a drink and Costa’s decision to charge customers more for more environmentally friendly dairy alternatives, I’d save your money and head round the corner to Cafe 23.

The roll was obviously left on the hit plate or something and the roll was basically cooked. The food isn't usually like this, so I was disappointed, as Costa's isn't cheap

Driver called from his car to tell me he was outside. I expect my delivery to be brought to me as usual.

I ordered a drink in the morning and it arrived spilled, and I submitted a refund request - I then ordered another drink later that day and this time it had spilled again all over the driver. Again, I've submitted a refund request, but what makes this a pain is the fact that even though I didn't receive my drinks, I didn't have my delivery cost refunded. I have picture evidence of the damage too. What shocks me is that Costa - a company known for its drinks - can continue to fail to package their drinks properly when they know they are going to be delivered. Atrocious.

I ordered for a roast chicken fajita wrap, and got delivered a chicken and bacon toast. There's no way of contacting just eat or the restaurant to sort it. I want a full refund for the order.

I ordered an egg, mushroom and spinach nap and it had obviously been left on a hot plate or something too long, as I could've used half of it as a missile, it was so hard. The food's never usually like that, so I was disappointed

It's 2022, get your network fixed already, it's been months of cash only, how hard can it be to get tech support! No one cares about contractual obligation to service providers, get it fixed!

I live a across the road literally and it took 20 mins from him calling me to ask where I was to actually find me so prob took around 25 mins from actually leaving the restaurant! I live around a 3min walk my coffee was literally stone cold unsure what he was doing but took 20-25 mins to deliver a coffee to across the road unbelievable

Unfortunately got my wrap heated. If I had wanted it heated would have asked for that

The delivery driver had the coffees laying down on the passenger seat. Can someone please tell me why this makes sense? So now everything is wet inside the bags ? Amazing

Whenever we go to this place the staff make it out like we’re crazy and don’t know what we ask for. We look at the menu online (I’m aware some stores may not have certain items from online menu’s) they say do you mean___ like no I mean what I say you should research the company you work for a bit more. Also if I’m asking you to put oat milk in my coffee just do it? I’m paying for it? Not everything everytime we go in there needs to be questuoned? Just bored staff. Just look at the reviews below. This place has nothing and still advertised it on Deliveroo Letting us pay for it when they don’t even have it in store? Just weird vibes avoid. Food is crusty too.

It's not busy as in the center. Me and my husband spend a good chat, enjoyed our coffee. Staff were friendly and lovely. I guess it's because it's not as busy as in other branch where staff are over worked.
