I did not receive my order. It shows delivered however the driver has not delivered it successfully. He was on the way and suddenly it showed delivered. As a result, the driver has marked it as delivered without delivering.

Este restaurante está situado no lejos de donde vivo y he estado pensando en llevar a mi hija allí durante siglos. No nos decepcionaron. La caja de pollo katsu bento era increíble y muy sabroso con un montón de pequeñas adiciones en los compartimentos. También vino con una sopa de miso que era muy agradable. La colada de pino estaba tan buena, que podría haber tomado unos cuantos más de esos. Ambiente encantador, ya que estábamos sentados en la zona de jardín al aire libre. El servicio fue genial, muy rápido. Sin duda volvería a probar otra cosa.

They done nice interior design. However they increased price by allot (this is only okay when you also raise your quality of shisha) sadly I get migraine often and it don't happen other places.

Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly at all. I asked one of them several times to bring something, but he just looked at me and then turned away without saying a word. This happened more than once, and overall the service was disappointing. Definitely not a welcoming atmosphere

La comida era absolutamente horrible! ¡El plato era asqueroso y ese soy yo siendo educado! ¡Ninguna ensalada fue servida con la comida tampoco! ¡El precio era extorsivo por tan mala comida! También es una comida para la que estamos aquí y nos sentimos como si estuviéramos comiendo en un club nocturno extremadamente ruidoso y no podíamos hablar entre nosotros! ¡EVITA! ¡EVITA! ¡EVITA!

This restaurant used to be so good and very good service but however now it went down. Last time I went to this restaurant it was 5 years ago and the service was amazing and it was enough food to feed a family of 3 with a good price and they used to serve free tea and backlava which it was nice from them but however we went to the restaurant again and they served us rice that was done the day before and the meat was very chewy, on top of that I paid £20 for a plate which half of it was just salad and only had like 8 pieces of meat with rice from the left over from the day before (I could taste it wasn’t fresh rice) and the man from the shop told me this meal was for 2 people but when me and daughter ate it we were still hungry and I couldn’t even carry on eating it because the meat was just so chewy. The portion of the food was very small

Yesterday I was served by Pavel. He made me a tasty hot drink. He is friendly and welcoming. I am very satisfied with the service delivered.
