Paradise bar&dinner in Haringey

I used to get take away coffee from this place because is local but I stopped. The staff almost never smile and they hardly greeting people. Yesterday we ordered TAKE AWAY and we spent £80-£90 for food that was HORRIBLE. The chicken nuggets were smelling fish and were very difficult to chew (Not fresh at all) most of the things were no taste. In the end we ended up with a stomach ache because the fried food was awful. Probably they serve fresh food if you sit and eat in door but definitely for TAKE AWAY is bad option.

It's good but it's very expensive.

The food is not bad but the service is terrible. You cannot ask a question. Some things come too early, some things come too late. I don't think I will come again.

I regret to say that I don't recommend this place as the food is pretty good to be honest! However the owner’s attitude and treatment of his customers is shocking, we asked a question about something he didn’t know and he just started shouting at us saying he doesn’t know and so on… I was so speechless I couldn’t say nothing… at the end he did apologise, but it looked so fake that I just wanted to leave the place. One last thing that was the top of the cherry was that they added some extra stuff to our bill and luckily my wife asked for the receipt so we realised, otherwise we would have gone paying them extra for absolutely not worthy service.

Visited on a weekend with a few Bulgarian friends and we were pleasantly surprised that here they serve Bulgarian food. We were warmly greeted by a friendly waitress and sat in the garden. The atmosphere is nice,the service was quick and the food was great. The chicken steak was juicy and we'll seasoned and the homemade honey cake is fantastic!

The food is wonderful and very tasty! The very blonde waitress who served us acted like she couldn't and messed up the whole bill for me and my friends and we had to pay extra for things that weren't on the bill? And when we asked her for help she said to GET FIXED and left us and then we asked her about the bills of the previous paid things she said she can't give them unacceptable behavior! Customer service zero!!!

One blonde waitress was extremely rude, confused the orders and the bill too, and when we asked her for help with my friends the answer was "fix yourself, I need to be paid." The bill was paid twice because we were a company and the people who left and paid according to it were not.

The food is great, but a blonde waitress messed up the whole bill, since we were a company and paid separately, in the end it turned out that things that were paid for were not removed from the bill and we had to pay again. When we asked for attention, she did NOT address us like that and told us to get better! We also said that some things have been paid for and we want the previous receipts, she replied that she could not give them. Also, when he brought the orders, he put them in different places, he didn't remember who had ordered what, nor did he ask, but he came and put them on the table and we had to pass them to each other! Customer service zero!! Find yourself a better staff!

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service! The young, blonde lady who was in the role of "waitress" for me and my friends, was definitely not aware of what her duties were. The conclusion of the evening was that the bill was confused and paid twice, with a refusal on her part to pay attention to us. I hope her employer reads this and fines her accordingly!

Rude staff, sitting around chatting and drinking coffee all day with other customers and opened door, but ignored me and my girlfriends request to close it as was cold due to my health and moaned about my girlfriend walking with her frame, would they moan about buggies coming into their place of work?

We discovered this place a while back and have been going regularly ever since. You can always find a lot of friendly folk there :) if Bulgarians go there to eat, then the food must be good, right? Wrong - food is FANTASTIC! :))) Menu is very decent, they serve Bulgarian beer&wine too. Coffee is short & strong and make sure to ask for a desert (if you have any space left:)) Highly recommended!
