Nice and confortable place, the food is very good and the stuff service is fast and gentle. Liliana serves us and she is really funny and nice person. High recommend place!

We opted for this restaurant for my friends birthday dinner . We booked a table for 12 . A table for 10 was ready upon our arrival . However , the host or the manager quickly offered us a nicer larger table . Thank you for that ! We have all enjoyed our food a lot . It is definitely not cheap. The menu is on the pricey side . Some of it worth it , some of it - not so much . They bring you complimentary bread and yoghurt dip which was absolutely yummy ! I do not understand why this place has so many negative reviews about staff - we were treated in a very friendly and professional manner . I cannot fault the staff at all. But yeah, be ready to pay up ha ha .

Thank you so much, Kervan. We ordered 5 Kervan specials with meze for our daughter's baby shower, and they delivered the food in perfect condition. It was divided into many plates, and the quantity of salads was impressive. The food tasted amazing! Everyone asked about the restaurant, and they all loved the food. Although Kervan doesn’t have delivery options, we went to the restaurant, and thankfully they agreed to deliver our bulky order. Note that: some of the plates in the pictures are 2 or 3 plates below each other as there where not enough space for all plates.

Small portions for the price they charge

I have been coming to this restaurant for years, either for lunch, dinner, or birthday celebrations. I am a bit disappointed as I went there on Saturday night with 2 friends, and as usual, after we ordered, we were given a basket of bread. The bread they gave us was stone cold and definitely was not fresh. It's as if they had taken a bunch of left over bread from others peoples tables, put in in a basket and served it to us. I don't know if this was the case here, but I have witnessed this being done at other Turkish restaurants before, which is absolutely disgusting. Nevertheless, we immediately sent it back, and when they brought the new basket of bread, we could definitely tell the difference, as it was warm and fresh. The food and service is good, so I'm not taking that away from them, but I'm hoping I'm wrong about the bread issue 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Our family and friends enjoy the food and atmosphere in the restaurant a lot and use to celebrate special moments here. Yesterday, we celebrated b-day and all was great from the easy booking, friendly welcome and excellent service that accommodates well the customer needs to tasty food and delicious deserts. Definitely it is a place to visit to become your favourite.

The salad, warm bread and cucumber yoghurt dip arrived promptly. Always a good indicator that they care about their service. The Manti was an interesting dish that they describe as a lamb ravioli although it's closer to pirogi in my opinion. Cumin spiced lamb filling topped with yoghurt and spicy butter. The mixed doner was just ok, not a particularly generous portion and their lamb doner was a little dry. The chicken stew was the dish that stole the show , a very big portion with lots of sauce and mashed potato.

A very happy customer! I hosted a birthday dinner for 20 guests. From the start to finish the experience was perfect. Valey and his team were immaculate and professional in their presentation and delivery. I brought my birthday cake. The table was significantly spacious given the big party. I had the table to us for almost four hours. The quality of the food was at par excellence. I order fresh orange juice jugs for drinks, their biggest platters and mezzes. I ordered for twenty people but the left over was so much that 25 people could have been fed. Everyone left happy and I would host here again. Thank you.

It was a really nice atmosphere for families to have a nice meal. The staff were very efficient as it was a Christmas staff lunch that we had where things can be pretty hectic while dealing with other customers as well. My hats off to them all 🎉🎉

I have Turkish food and think it’s just meat and rice so don’t want to go again but everytime I have it, all that goes down the drain and I enjoy it. The food was great and so was the drink (a pineapple ciroc drink, can’t remember the name exactly). We got the hot meze platter and the kervan special. The meat was nice and tender and as always I enjoyed the bulgar and bread. The place was beautiful, very aesthetic and a great place for the family.

I needed to throw my salad because i specifically wrote NO ONIONS IN SALAD but regardless i find them in , so pay attention to what do you get even if you give them instructions because they don't read it specifically someone with allergies...

In the past I had a very good experience in this restaurant, so I chose to return. This time wasn't the greatest, first... I would like to flag that I couldn't use the ladies bathrooms, each of the toilets were dirty and full of toilet paper on the floor. Second the food wasn't the best, plus we never been checked, never been asked for desserts or second drinks. We had to chase the waitress all the time. Disappointing for such a lovely place... 🥺

This evening at Kervan Sofrası was a delightful experience. The main dish, manti, exceeded our expectations with its soft dough and generous filling, complemented perfectly by yogurt and sauce. We started with lentil soup, warm and hearty, followed by crispy Lahmacun that was rich in flavor. We also ordered Karides Tava, which were fresh and delicious. For dessert, the Baklava was light and perfectly sweetened, paired nicely with Turkish tea. The service was fast and friendly, with special thanks to Veli and Bülent for their hospitality. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine!

You were good keeping time but the man you employed was useless took him 20 minutes after arriving to find my place

I used to love this restaurant, but the sea-bass fillet gave me food poisoning.

The food is good and the waiters are attentive.

Staff were very friendly and food was value for money.

Sea bream and köfte kebap were both a little dry unfortunately, last time we visited the food was better. Shame.

Very basic food. Kebab shops serves better food than this restaurant. Service is awful. They rush you. Atmosphere is not relaxed at all. Felt like they wanted us out from the restaurant. I saw one couple leaving the restaurant because they did not like the atmosphere. People come to restaurant to have a relaxed time and enjoy with friends and family. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Good service but food is packed with oil and very heavy. Not worth £52 for a meal for two. Although you get a lot of food the flavour and taste does not hit the spot.

An unprofessional team who poured alcohol into our cocktail without permission and after they found out they poured it down the sink so we couldn't use it as evidence.👎

The food was tasty, fresh, colourful, well seasoned and full of varieties. My team and I ordered two jumbo platters. Liliana our hostess and her team members were very warm, friendly and prompt with the service.

Their very rude behavior, they poured alcohol in our cocktail without our permission and order, and they didn't even apologize to us for it and denied it. They played with our friend, who was a Muslim, by drinking alcohol and laughing at him in the kitchen. This is really shameful. is
