Zeera in Haringey

Great food but a huge shame they can’t be reliable with opening times. Not sure if there’s a pattern but it’s completely hit n miss as to whether they’re open during their opening hours…Supposed to be open until 2am (as per uber eats and their own website) but it’s a rare occurrence. It’s 11:30pm as I’m typing this and they’re closed? Make that make sense! So disappointing.

Always tasty, food is hot, so now a repeat customer.

Some parts of the chicken was not cooked properly, had to spit it out. clearly they had rushed it. Other than that, one of the poppadoms was not fresh, I have noticed that they always add in a bad poppadoms just because it comes free with the meal. This is not good.

Average Pakistani style food from Bangladeshi run takeaway Nothing special. Enjoyed the Lamb Seekh. Biryani flavourless and served with that weird bangladeshi vegetable water sauce thing. Menu consists of 1000 things, from pizza to chips to chicken to rice. Completely unnecessary - the menu being this wide gives creedence to the view that very little, if anything offered, is fresh.

Quality isn’t great, old and stale naan bread chewy lamb. Wouldn’t recommend

Arrived cold which is extremely unusual as we order quite a few time from here and always great. Had to reheat it so not great when you’ve spent over £30. Shame

I’m afraid even that the food was good, there is a problem between this restaurant and the just eat App. Got overcharged 10£ for a dish, the restaurant did good by letting me know and say to contact just eat, and just eat said that it is not their problem because the price is clearly indicated on the menu, and that is the restaurant responsibility to sort it out. Result, I still got overcharged and frustrated. Thank you both

Restaurant didn't give a delivery time, so they couldn't be late! JustEat live update moved from 18:05 to 18:27, but food still came in about an hour from ordering.

The outer part of the chicken meat and vegetables were burnt, they obviously grilled the skewers in a rush because the inner parts of the cubes were uncooked. Very disappointed.

Its an honest review. This was my 5th order from this restuarant. The food is just wow. If you like indian or asian foods like me then i can say this is one of the best restuarant. Atleast they cooked the dishes proper way and spices not like others every dishes are taste like same. I just loved the food and my guests too. go for it. thank you.

As always, Zeera never disappoints! Just the most deliciously-prepared foods and excellent service! I have yet to find another restaurant that does their Hara kebab (although didn’t order one this time) which is absolutely delicious! If they deliver to you, forget any other Indian / Bengali takeaway - Zeera really is the best of them!

The delivery came crushed and luke warm which was a shame, hard to eat a shattered poppadom. Delivery driver also almost gave my food away to the wrong address! The next estate. My address is clear and there’s a big sign at the entrance. Food itself was nice but also hard to pass judgement when it doesn’t arrive hot. Chicken wasn’t particularly tender. Would consider ordering again to give it a second chance, shame about first experience.

This restaurant's food tastes good, but my experience with them wasn't very nice. I ordered biryanis and requested tarka dal. When I called to confirm, the staff said they would give me vegetables instead. The way it was communicated made me feel forced to accept the vegetables. I'm happy to cooperate with any restaurant as long as they are polite. The staff here needs more training.

Fantastic food — was not expecting much ordering a curry at 1.30 on a Monday morning but it blew us away! High quality tasting meat in healthy portions and delicious sauces. Aloo Paratha was a highlight as well.

My pilau rice was missing when the order arrived, and they told me they cannot deliver the rice. Now my food is getting cold trying to deal with all this and I have no rice with my kebab. Very poor.

Chicken tikka tastes nothing like chicken tikka masala. Bland and runny like water.

The dishes (Korma and Chicken Tikka) were amazing. However, we would not recommend the sauces. Also, we forgot to order the rice. Might have been our mistake but would be great to add to the description that it‘s not included.

I had high hopes for this restaurant given the reviews, however I was left quite disappointed with the quality. Whilst my partner’s Chicken Tikka Korma was enjoyed, I can’t say the same for my King Prawn Bhuna. I couldn’t bring myself to eat it after seeing the 2cm of oil that was on the surface. I did enjoy the King Prawn Puri though at least.

Excellent Quality Indian Cuisine! Samosas and Chicken/Lamb Tikka was delicious. Chicken Beguni well spiced and very tasty. Chicken Biryani was very good but please use less onions next time. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I received the bag of food with the containers tipped sideways. This meant two of the items ordered were spilt in the bag. I can't fully blame the restaurant for this as it was more than likely the driver's fault! And Zeera use Just Eat delivery drivers. Might be an idea to wrap the containers in cling film or foil to combat this though. The items that were not spilt/savaged were excellent. Beautifully spiced as always!

The food was nice. Rice a little colder then I would of liked but apart from that it was nice.

Absolutely ecstatic that they have resumed delivery to my post-code. This is my go-to for curry, saag aloo, and naan. A delicious meal, with enough for seconds tomorrow.

Good. So good, I question why the media doesn’t cover takeaways in their reviews? I know some do walk ins, but phone ups? Faye Maschler, Giles Coren, Jay Rayner et al. They want to sit in a restaurant and pay over the odds for dull, small portions. I want them to sit in my front room and be woken up by a chef who deserve Michelin star recognition. Delivery, btw, was straight to the door. No complaints at all. Super job all round.

The wasn’t taste good. Specially the material in naan and alu pratha was not much, you can’t even differentiate that was that a normal paratha or alu paratha. And i ordered the mint chutney but i haven’t got chutney and raita was sweet 😂😂. Who makes the mint raita sweet. Overall very bad experience, will never recommend to any one.

Ordered the chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, sikh kabab, paratha and garlic naan for the first time. Everything was great. Amazing flavors. Will definitely from here again.

First take away we have had from here. Food was flavoursome. Korma was nice and sweet the Masala was lush as was the starters. Portions were a decent size and was price. Think this is my new fave Indian!
