Very tasty Thai food, great restaurant!

Ordered prawn phad Thai. Prawns were so spoiled could go near the dish and stunk up my whole house. Be careful.

We had a lovely dinner here with delicious Thai food. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The papaya salad could have been a lot spicier but I appreciate that you have to reduce the spice levels for English people lol I would definitely come back. I had the duck red curry and the meat was so soft and tasty and for dessert I had the deep fried banana which was delicious. Highly recommend!

Fresh, authentic Thai food. Pleasant atmosphere and service.

First time visiting this place since it came under the Fabrica umbrella a few years ago. Found the food quality mixed, with some seafood dishes clearly reheated straight from the tin. Mediocre food, with the odd dish straying into good, but at least the prices aren't too high. Better (but a lot more expensive) Tapas in Bar Esteban on the other side of Crouch End, but La Fabrica is ok if you are on more of a budget. Used to be better when it was "La Bota" a few years back.

The best authentic thai food and amazing service all at an affordable price.

My favourite restaurant in Crouch End. Highly recommend the Thai Holy Basil with Beef stir-fry. Good value discounts for takeaway, too.

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff. Food quickly prepared and served of wonderful quality. The only thing I would add. Where are the traditional Thai desserts? I love them when I am in Thailand and there is much more than just the fried banana and Ice cream. Another great compliment, Food is prepared without the hideous MSG chemical.

5 stars all around.the BEST green curry I've had in the UK hands down. Try it and let me know if otherwise. Service is really good! Staff are very lovely. Only feedback would be the starters are abit small the chicken wings were a bit over fried/cooked and aswell as the chicken satay but it was still tasty, the mains definitely make up for it and the service!

The Thai coconut curry was excellent, very tasty, but my experience was ruined by the smell of damp in the restaurant.

Got food poisoning within 2 hours of eating this food. When I called the restaurant, they denied all responsibility. Not very helpful.

We had a really lovely NYE dinner here, before heading off to Parliament Hill. Staff and food were lovely, especially the papaya spicy salad. Thanks for squeezing us in on such a busy night.

Lovely venue, good location. Food can quickly. It was fresh and tasty. Quite reasonably priced and had a great atmosphere.

We needed to find a restaurant for our 21st wedding anniversary and after reading the reviews we decided to choose Paccata. We didn't regret our decision. All the staff were lovely and even though my hubby was 45 minutes late they didn’t make me feel we were in the way!. The food was great, tasty and plenty of it. We had a great meal. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Prawn on toast's burnt and the prawn inside the bread wasnt cooked properly 😅 how can you send food to customers in an awful state :,( this should be illegal lol

By far this has been the best thai food experience closest to Thailand. Definitely try the papaya salad it’s jam packed with flavour!

I was pleasantly surprised. We came during lunch, no other patrons inside. Friendly waiter who was attentive without being pushy. Gave us fresh water refill without us having to ask. Food was fabulous! I had Thai green curry with chicken and my husband had pork pad Thai and chicken satay starter. We absolutely loved it and will be back soon!

Fabulous food and very helpful staff. Very good range of vegetarian options. Altogether a great night out. Very pleased indeed that we decided to try this restaurant.

Excellent food (what I had and part of what those with me had) and drink but you need to ensure you get the orders right. Some of the dishes have a choice of pork and prawn among other things, and pork and prawn sound quite similar especially during a busy night as it was on Saturday 23rd Sept. In this case at least, remember to relay what the customer has ordered to ensure you have got the correct order.

Had a takeout from here in September 2023. The Papaya salad was delicious, and the Thai green curry was very tasty. The Tom Kha was less exciting - but would definitely get a takeout again. Sensibly priced too.

Best Thai restaurant in North London. I recommend their most tender Tiger Cry and Thai Ice Tea.

Great food at reasonable prices. I loved the bread with tomato as you could taste the garlic and I love garlic! Some places don't use garlic at all. Flavoursome food. Enjoyed the bravas sauce with the potatoes too and geeen beans and artichokes. Would go back again.

Paccata is always a solid option to eat out in crouch end. It might not be the fanciest, the tastiest or the most amazing meal but it's always a good option

Delightful. They were busy, and almost fully booked, but still made room for us. The food came out fast and was super delicious. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Will definitely come back!

I ordered phad with duck breast and egg fried rice. Its quality wasn't special, like any other Thai restaurant. The portion was small to medium. Nothing special about the food to be honest. The vibe is pretty good, but not something amazing. Won't go there again as there are lots of better Thai restaurants in the neighborhood.

It's a nice place, but if you like spicy food (Thai style spicy), then it's not a good choice. They couldn't make it spicy, since they didn't have any spicy chillis (it was explained that spicy is only sometimes possible, when they have spicy chillis so it's kind of luck of the day). I get it, it seems that the more bland anglicised thai food is indeed popular in England!

Popped in for a quick a bite and had the the most fantastic experience. The people there are so nice! So warm and friendly, it felt like home. We only ordered 2 mains. The beef phad kraphow blew us away! The noodles were great but the beef was exceptional! I'm definitely going back for more. I've found a new favourite place. I left there smiling.

Never disappoints. Have been frequently eating here for two years and what’s most impressive is the consistency in quality food. I’m yet to be disappointed. Highly recommend eating in if you can as the atmosphere is great and the staff are lovely… if you do opt for a takeaway, rest assured the food is guaranteed to arrive hot. The spiced aubergine is out of this world.

I’ve been here several times with lots of different friends. Without exception, it’s always been a really pleasant experience, both food and service! Bonus points for the excellent and varied vegan menu!

We booked a table for 5.30, had a confirmation email that our table was for 5.30. We turned up at 5.25, the restaurant was empty but there were staff there. They told us they didn’t open until 6.00, didn’t seem to care that they had accepted a booking for 5.30. The staff were quite offhand and rude. I’ll definitely not even consider going there again.

The food is always fantastic here! Probably one of the best authentic Thai restaurants that I’ve found in London. The only small criticism that I have is that it’s very popular with delivery takeaway drivers, so sometimes the service gets neglected in the restaurant.

Enjoyed the food, especially Pad Khee Mao. Will come back.

Wonderful place from start to end- staff are excellent and food was beyond excellent. Honestly cannot recommend enough - every dish was delicious and perfectly proportioned- our favourite restaurant to visit when in north London.

Love this place, excellent tasty thai food. Ive been multiple times now and have recommended to many people who have also said they really enjoyed it. Shoutout to the veg spring rolls and battered french fries - 10/10!!!! Also, thoroughly enjoyed the pork neck, and phad kee mao. Wasn’t massive fan of the salt and pepper prawns, they were nice but quite salty and thick batter. Portion sizes are very good. Between two of us, we were full off 2 mains and 2 starters.

Great food. Highly recommend prawns with garlic chillie and Basil. Very authentic took me back to Bangkok days. Very friendly staff. Would have liked slightly bigger portion

One of the best Thai restaurants in London. I'm super glad we leave closely Paccata as it has delicious broccoli, pad siew, pork neck and Thai milk tea. Delicious! We always come here and recommend this place to our friends all the time.

Went for a light bite to eat with my wife on Saturday 27th at 17.15pm. We had the whole place to ourselves, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere and looks like the kind of place you could easily get lost in, a good selection of drinks and cocktails very reasonably priced. My wife had the steamed fish Neung with spiced aubergine. I went for the Thai style chicken wigs and egg fried rice. Both were delicious I could have eaten much more of the wigs had the portions been bigger.

I ordered at 20:05 and was told that I can collect my order in 20-25 mins. I came to the restaurant and had to wait another 20 minutes. I ordered my food without onion or spring onion. After the long wait outside I received my order with onion (chicken with cashews) and spring onions in the toppings for the duck. Eventually my order was brought back after longer wait and no apology was given by the waitress. Just told that she doesn't cook the food and she passed on the message but it's not her fault. Neither is mine! I was told by the same waitress (Maye) who brought the food that the spring onion is on the side with the cucumber. I am allergic to spring onion, that's the reason I mentioned no onion, not to touch the food at all. I have mentioned that I want the green curry with minimum spice and I was told it was possible by adding more coconut milk. My green curry came extremely spicy with large chunks of red chillies which I only identified when I got home. I called and explained the issues and a full refund was offered. I just wanted the food order to be prepared by my requirements not a refund. It is not the first time I ordered from this place with the same requirements but on this occasion clearly nobody paid any attention to my needs. I appreciate the popularity of Paccata restaurant but the allergies and customer requirements should be taken seriously. Evidence attached where onion was put in my chicken with cashew dish and red chillies in my green curry. Apology received on email from Paccata after sharing my experience.

We got some food delivered from here after reading really good reviews but were not very impressed. The food didn’t taste very fresh at all and it wasn’t hugely flavourful. There was also a tiny amount of prawns in the prawn pad Thai which was disappointing. The Thai Fish cakes for starter were really good but overall quite meh.

Small but lovely joint which never fails to satisfy. Good variety of Thai foods.. Vegetarian options too..

Amazing, fresh Spanish food. Uncomplicated but incredibly flavoursome and reasonable. One of the best Spanish restaurants I've eaten at in London

I decided to visit Paccata for mother's day, the group was large, so I'm not sure of everything that was ordered. I had the Vegetable spring rolls for starters, they come in a portion of three but are huge, they are served with sweet chilli sauce and it was absolutely delicious. For the main I had the Tiger Cry, which is a char grilled sirloin steak with lemon, chilli And coriander, this was absolutely amazing I paired this with my favourite dish on the menu which was the Battered French Fires. Honestly I could go back and Just order two of these, they were and easy 10/10. For drinks I had a virgin Mojito, which was good (no complaints). To finish up I ordered the Deep Fried Banana, this real trumped my expectations really tasty and I would recommend to anyone. Overall, if you are looking for great, tasty food, and a spot with a dark aesthetic and great décor Paccata is a great choice. Just be aware, I went on a Sunday evening and it was super busy, staff did a great job but you may have to wait.

Very disappointed in this restaurant. We booked this restaurant a week in advance. When we arrived, the table wasn’t ready. After waiting for 30 minutes they offered us a table for 4. We were a group of 6. We told the waitress that the table was too small since we were a group of 6 and they told us that on weekends that was all they could offer us because they don’t take large groups on weekend. However, there was a table of 8 behind us, who had a table reserved for them at the time they booked. If we had just walked in, it would’ve been completely understandable but it’s the fact that we had reserved a table at this restaurant and were really looking forward to it! There was no apology from staff.

ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE CAN’T GIVE ZERO. Booked 2 weeks in advance for a table 6 people to eat to celebrate a pregnancy only to turn up to the restaurant for them to put us and my pregnant wife in a table for 4 after waiting 35 minutes for a table. Absolutely ridiculous, they then said they don’t do large groups on the weekend however they reserved a table for group of 10 people with no problem. No apology, no remorse for a mistake made on their end and they did not bother whether we left or stayed. Will definitely not go there again and lost customers that have been coming here for ages.

Absolutely phenomenal food- wonderful flavours, freshly cooked and a great variety. The spinach croquettes, black rice and paella to die for. Prawns and squid so delicious. Desserts, especially the creme Catalan, divine. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service, especially from the owner Ben. Thank you for a brilliant evening, we’ll be back very soon!

Ordered via deliveroo food was not nice. Dumplings Tasted off so avoided half of them, ended up with bad stomach post good the next day. Tom yum was just watery with mushroom and chicken only and nothing else. Nothing like what it looked like. Giving 5 stars for other things as obviously I can't review those.

Worst Pad thai ever I had. It was so bitter, I could not finish my dish. People sitting with me tasted as well and they agreed something is definetly off. I talked to management but they did not care at all.

We went on a Christmas bank holiday as it was the only place open and I’m so glad. We had such a great meal with incredible flavours and textures. They had a lot of options and we decided to order most all chef’s recommendations. The salt pepper squid, the papaya salad and the crispy seabass with basil are our absolute favourites, but the deep fried giant prawns and the green curry were so delicious too. The ambience is very cozy and the music is neutral and quiet which I appreciate a lot. The waitress was really polite and food came very fast. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Forget £17 dishes and mediocre tastes of all surrounding establishments - this is, hands down, the best restaurant in Crouch End. It’s easy to say that every Thai restaurant is the same when the only thing you order is Pad Thai, and for that reason I’ve always been hesitant to go for Thai cuisine. However, Paccata was a great shot in the dark when we walked in there on a whim, too lazy to cook ourselves. I’m not the one for sauté and sweet and sour sauce combinations, my taste buds simply usually don’t agree. However, the reluctant order of the sauté chicken and sweet and sour sauce that came with our prawn crackers was one of the best compromises I made thus far. I am a convert! Even their seemingly simple dishes such as pork neck and king prawns are so brilliantly flavoursome. Being a harsh critic of most eateries, I can safely and happily recommend Paccata.

This is quite simply the best Thai restaurant around. The pork neck is so delicious, it’s hard not to order it on every occasion. The green curry is just delicious and the vegetarian gyoza I have dreams about. Everything on the menu is super tasty, I’m yet to have a dish I didn’t enjoy, and the staff are wonderful.

I enjoyed the meal, the presentation was unique, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The restaurant was excellent, waiting staff know what the food is, the cooking staff know how to cook the food Spanish style. The food was served quickly although it didn’t taste like it had been sitting there and reheated, it tasted like it was just cooked to order. All in all an excellent evening

We've been here a number of times now and we're never disappointed with the quality of the food. There's some really amazing authentic dishes. Great value for the delicious food and has a lovely atmosphere. Staff are friendly and happy to share suggestions if the menu is lost on you :) Service is quick and pleasant!

Had a lovely dinner with friends here. We ordered about 8 different dishes between us and enjoyed them all quite a bit. The portion sizes of the curries were a bit on the smaller size, but delicious nonetheless
