Standard Costa coffee. Great location being located next to turnpike lane station and near the mall. Service is quick and staff are friendly. Definitely much quieter than the Costa inside the mall up the road. Highly recommend

The front door glass, repeatedly damaged by vandals, is as cracked as it can be. The windows are graffitied with bad language and they have to cover them with thick white plastic. Got my phone snatched while leaning on one of these windows. They didn't have CCTVs installed while many nearby shops had.

I'm a regular customer as this costa branch the staff here are great and always very friendly. It's a nice place to sit down and enjoy a nice coffee and toastie etc. I do feel bad for the staff sometimes as the shop tends to get shoplifters quite frequently they should perhaps consider moving the fridges behind the counter so the staff would pick up any sandwich orders etc they also unfortunately get alot of beggars asking people for money the staff do try thier best to take care of those situations as best as they can.

Despite the weird people everyday; friendly staff works there. Well done

Nice atmosphere Fast service Friendly, helpful, and kind customer service. Kids and friendly. Good spot. Download Costa app is very beneficial. I recommend breakfast and frappes. Possibility to charge your devices. Free WiFi provided. Access to toilet. Strongly recommend Fresh Croissant 🥐 and my favourite chocolate twister- I love it , its melt it my mouth. It's really tasty .... Lemon muffins or caramel shortbread biscuits are also very nice. I am always struggling to pick one of them, so usually take them all 😉

I ordered on Just Eat this morning. Service at this Costa Coffee very poor. Took over 10 mins for my order to go through. I ordered an Iced Frappe and 2 Sausage Baps. They forgot to hand the Sausage Baps to the delivery driver. Only received the Iced Frappe. Won't be ordering from the this Costa Coffee again. I've got no problems with the driver or Just Eat.

The Tirninpikelane’s brunch is a dangerous place, for customs and employees, who should not be subjected to defending themselves against the low-respecting population, and from thieves who enter aggressively several times to steal food! A Security guard is very necessary!

While the staff were really kind, I didn't feel very safe sitting in the café drinking my coffee as I saw a thief stealing from the fridge and a homeless lady coming in and aggressively asking for change from customers.

Needed a bite and a coffee ☕️ 😋 I've given a 5 star rating for services and food. But the atmosphere I like to question. Because I noticed that there were a group sitting together in the middle of the area,not ordering anything, and being very loud in the language dialect that they were talking about. I just don't understand why the owners of these establishmen are not asking them this group. "If you're not buying anything, can you please exit the premises so other customers can buy their food and drink and sit down if they're eating in the premises.

Loved my visit..Best coffee in town. Staff are so friendly and the establishment is a perfect place to spend an hour as one can avail access to WiFi and charging points... Excellent place to meet one's friends and colleagues. . Costa Coffee is not only a coffee but also a hub with it's own hub.. Will definetly back as I am a coffeholic. Merry Xmas to the Staff 😊

It was early morning, the staff were efficient but a man came in begging customers for free coffee, he had the audacity to criticise the staff as he stole the tips and then continued begging customers for coffee. When he got a free coffee, he used the stolen money to purchase the discount breakfast deal.

they said they don't make filter coffee, and they didn't care when I said why. However, as an important coffee company, how does Costla not make filter coffee?

I go nearly every Sunday morning on my way into work. The staff are always friendly and efficient, and the cafe always looks clean and tidy. You can tell there are customers who go much more regularly than I do, and the staff seem to have struck up a great rapport with them.

I went to this Costa Coffee and before I ordered I asked if they have an iced coffee with ice-cream and the answer was YES. When I received it it had no ice cream and when I queried it I was told very arrogantly that they “don’t do ice-cream”. No apology for making a mistake, just more arrogance and self-importance. I was telling my friends yesterday and 3 of them informed us they’ve had problems at this Costa Coffee. It has put me off going to Costa. Are they franchised? Is this arrogance the same attitude and incompetence throughout all Costas?

I visited this shop today with my 3 month old baby to get a take away coffee & cake. The customer behind me had a dog, which was not a guide dog. I noticed this because the lady was not keeping the dog on a tight leash. The dog started to bark and my baby became scared. Rather than enforce Costa policy on no dogs the staff member came round to the front of the counter and started playing with the dog. If that wasn’t bad enough there was no concern for social distancing. I’ve complained to Costa customer care & hope they take this matter seriously which was no doubt captured on the shops CCTV. Simply disgusting !

It’s ok 🤷‍♂️ if you’ve been to one Costa, you’ve been to a Costa. Handy location, open very early and late.

there are very few places to sit, maximum 10 or something and ppl spending hours on their computers with 1 old coffee and looking like eagles if you try to sit next to them, really not nice atmosphere at all , i bought the drink and had to leave as there was impossible to sit down

I simply hate Costa coffee. The coffee itself is awful - bitter, over heated milk, sizes are far too large. The music drowns out your voice when ordering. There's none of the little extras that you get at rival coffee shops, such as water. This branch in particular has recently had a revamp, so added a point for that, but doesn't much control the quality of its clientele - by which I mean preventing the local drinks from taking over tables all day and shouting at people who have actually bought coffee. WiFi didn't work.

13-02-20 17:30. It’s tea time..unfortunately the staff (blonde barista) was very rude and unhappy to work. Even when I asked for something else after I had payed for my tea she looked at me very badly and let colleague serve the cookie that I asked after!! Very disappointed...I came here to relaxing with my fiancé but I bin my time to write this review instead! Horrible service, zero stars

Costa as usual, gives you a decent coffee experience. The price is good, the space is comfortable and the coffee tastes good. The iced coffees are great options for the warm temperatures and now costa is offering some different flavor options to try. I like how they are one of the only coffee shops that offer lactose free milk as an option.

Asked and paid for 2 items. After 10 minutes waiting they tell me they don't have any of them. They give me cash instead (I paid with my credit card). I got locked in the less disable-friendly toilet ever. Just ruined my breakfast, which is good for a company that serves breakfast.

Cozy atmosphere on a rainy day enjoying a hot chocolate by the window! Missing a star for cleaning felt it needed a hand, especially the restroom.

Lovely place, staff are friendly and welcoming. The only negative thing is that you need to enter a code whenever you enter the toilet.
