What a polite and kind costumer service from ELI I do go to many shops every day but Eli really know how to give a good costumer service she is so smile and positive thank you

I have the very helpful service at last night .I run the store in last minute and the lady name is Halimi she help me to choose my food it was noodles fine but the wings was amazing and fire cracker chicken was nice and spicy 😋

Eli has outstanding customer service and made sure my food was ready as fast as she could and also asked about my allergies as of being lactose intolerant so that's very thoughtful of her. Deserves a Raise!

Ordered via deliveries for my family of 6. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as last time I ordered via deliveroo an item was missing, today as a half term treat for the family I ordered again and AGAIN a whole meal was missing. Phone number doesn't work, no way of getting hold of them except putting a claim through deliveroo which last time was never refunded. Let's see what happens this time. Never ordering from here again.

Spent £12 quid, loaded up on chicken for my main, with cauliflower rice, and had ten chicken bites with a large pepsi max, honestly for a cut you cant find a place better than this

I’ve placed an order from here after a year later to see if there would be an improvement but it’s gone worse. The portions are ridiculously small. They don’t take customers feedback into consideration as I’ve seen many people’s feedback about how portions are small but they don’t seem to take it, I’ve ordered a katsu sauce and was there actually sauce in it as it was only one spoon inside it although I’ve placed it as extra and gave £1.50 for it. The spring rolls were burnt the chicken was very dry and barely had any chicken. Very appealing and dissappointing

I don't want to even give one star. When a man orders food, they get filled up but when it's a woman, it's barely filled. They should employ someone better, not someone high on MSG dragon

Very clean and sanitary shop, they have very good customer service asked me if i enjoyed my meal, and the food is excellent, with a large range of meals to choose from. Will definitely be visiting again!!

I did not receive my order. It shows delivered however the driver has not delivered it successfully. He was on the way and suddenly it showed delivered. As a result, the driver has marked it as delivered without delivering.

The atmosphere, food and the staffs behaviour was awesome special thanks to prince and I recommend everyone to come and explore the beautiful place

Driver got lost, he rang me but his English was nonexistent. He ended up stopping some random person in the street and got them to speak to me. Could hear him telling driver he was on wrong street. I spoke to driver 4 times couldn’t understand him
