Thank you to the staff, especially Katy and Lucy for making me feel very welcome for the two nights I was in the area. The live music tonight was very professional and enjoyable - and the beer very good. Loved the “village feel” - almost as good as my favourite Greek Tavernas. I shall return! Thank you 🇬🇷

Dropped into The Fox after a walk on Warren Farm Nature Reserve and the canal. Lovely roast chicken and beef with loads of veg and classy ice cream dessert. A very wide selection of real ale, IPAs and lagers - puts lazy pubs to shame. Nice interior attracting families and people of ages and plenty of shelter/room in the beer garden. Friendly staff and great value, a gem in lovely Hanwell.

Diré irónicamente que no soy un fan masivo del kebab, por lo que me sorprendió tanto que me gusta! Pido la caja de Doner Meat and Chips la mayoría de las veces y la carne es tan agradable, que las salsas que la acompañan también son un verdadero complemento. Fui a la tienda ayer y el personal fue muy paciente con ella, ya que parece un faff para autenticar su final. ¡Soy definitivamente un cliente repetido!

Not good food at all. Ate in the other branch many times in previous years ago. Only half order was taken and she handed it to kitchen while one member was still deciding what to eat, so half food came out before we finished ordering. Food had a terrible taste. Wished we had chosen another place nearby. A complete waste of money.

Went into Starbucks and mite as well spoken to a brick wall ? No greeting no passion and kinda rude if honest ? Asked them how business was to a nod and as I was leaving I wished all staff and merry xmas....to nothing in return , not even a nod this time .....for a time where people are desperate for work people should learn to respect the power of customer service

So today I ordered from here via just eat and within 5 mins the restaurant called and asked if I could cancel the just eat order and they’d do it cheaper for me so I said that was fine, I even said because of that I’d give a generous tip as a thank you. Almost an hour later I’m sat waiting so called them back on the number they called me as soon as I asked where my order was he hung up and I’ve called 3 times since and had no response. Absolutely appalling to be honest as I’ve always ordered from them never had any problems and now this. Sorry but I will never order again.

Hi my name is Abdi Alkari, I made an order from Bagel and shake and my order was damaged when it had arrived. The food was wet and crushed, as a result the Milkshake was leaking on the food. It looked like it had been dropped. This experience ruined my dinner, the driver also waited at the bottom of a 5 flight of stairs, I had to run just to get it on time and this is what I received. I strongly concur you take action against your employees.

Visité el pub el 22 de enero de 2019 para desayunar. Había estado usando el pub de forma intermitente durante 10 años o más sin problemas. En esta ocasión llegué a eso de las 12. 30 y pidió una cerveza y desayuno. La nueva camarera me informó que tenía que cambiar el barril. Cuando se entregó, de repente noté un fuerte olor a lejía en el bar, pero supuse que estaban limpiando las cubiertas. Cuando probé la cerveza me atraganté. Sabía como (lo que imagino) lavando sabores líquidos. Obviamente, había una gran concentración de limpiador de tuberías en el vidrio. La camarera estaba confundida y confesó que no sabía de dónde había salido el abrumador olor a lejía, pero admitió que mi vaso de cerveza apestaba. Llamó a su superior, quien procedió a investigar y luego limpió la línea correctamente. No me dijeron nada, solo lugares comunes, pero ella estaba claramente preocupada. Después de visitar el baño para limpiarme la garganta, me devolvieron el dinero y me ofrecieron una cerveza diferente. En ningún momento admitieron ni aconsejaron que me había tragado una sustancia cáustica. Se trata de contener la situación, sin tener en cuenta mi bienestar. Salí del pub enfadado por su actitud. No volveré

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! The food is bad and the pizza is made from expired rotten dough. The pizza had holes in it so they might also have a mice problem or they gave us gone off expired pizza that was left in a box for days. It was so stale and inedible. We had to throw it in the bin! Never ever again!!

He comido muchos burritos y este fue, con mucho, el peor burrito que he comido. Tanto la carne a la parrilla como los rellenos de pollo eran insípidos, pesados y horribles. Nuestros extras que pedimos con los burritos ni siquiera estaban en los burritos y en las ollas. Aunque esto fue molesto, me alegro de que estas salsas no estuvieran en nuestros burritos, ya que tenían un sabor procesado, suave y muy artificial. El chili de ternera en los nachos sabía a algo de una cena escolar, eran casi comestibles pero no agradables. Las patatas fritas mexicanas de la calle eran insípidas y tenían esas horribles salsas procesadas previamente compradas que las empeoraban. Las patatas fritas habrían estado bien si fueran sencillas. Yariba yariba ofrece la peor comida mexicana que he probado. Me sorprende cómo pueden cobrar tanto por suciedad insípida, comprada previamente y procesada. Me gustaría que me devolvieran mi dinero porque de ninguna manera vale lo que pagamos. Esperaba algo fresco y delicioso a la par con marcas como Mission Burrito, pero estaba totalmente equivocado. ¡No malgastes tu dinero en esta empresa! no deberían servir comida a los clientes que pagan. Tal vez deberían hacerlo gratis y pueden alimentar a los desamparados, pero dudo que tampoco se lo coman.

This branch shut many months ago but is somehow still marked as open and I can't seem to edit it (and it does'nt seem like kfc cares that much either with their dodgy automated responses)
