Hardly any vegetables on the pizza

Ordered a pizza from here on just eat for delivery. Only 5 minute drive down the road from me. Food didn’t arrive even after the time specified (over an hour later). Tried to call and check on the order but phone wasn’t answered. Terrible service, do not reccommend.

Shockingly bad value for money. Do not buy from this chain, as you do have good independent pizza shops around. I would even say that it is a rip off. The pizza in the picture was about £24….

They served me really bad , I ordered less cheese and less souse but they put it exra cheese so I paid for not eating the food.it is not fair I will never be your customer anymore was Sunday 20 of July?

I think they're gaming the delivery system that Dominos HQ monitor as they'll mark the item delivered 20-40 mins before it arrives they do this consistently and can be quite disconcerting for the customer. They got my order wrong on a half and half pizza, they were quick to resolve and get the correct pizza back out to me however I found it quite comical that they needed the wrong half of the pizza back for 'training purposes' 🤣 Pizza Hut and Pappa Johns in the area seem to offer a better quality of service.

Have already reported an issue with Domino's on this order and waiting for their Reply

got given the wrong order twice last night! this isnt the first time more like the 5th or 6th time this has happened, will be calling up for a refund today for sure!

The stingiest Dominos I’ve ever ordered from! Vegi supreme has barely any vegetables and almost no cheese. Only when I order extra of each ingridient it looks like a standard Dominos pizza! Why do I have to pay extra for a standard?? Had no problem with deliveries hence 2 stars, all delivery people are on time and very nice.

Have ordered domino's many times before but the pizza was insanely expensive for such a tiny pizza. Still hungry. So disappointing.

Don’t order through just eat. Took our order, charged us, waited an hour… nothing delivered. Called the restaurant and said they stopped taking order half an hour before we even ordered.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ordered for delivery and was marked as delivered on the app when it had not arrived. Called the store and was asked for my details and then they just hang up. Have to call again then they said they don’t accept order from Uber eat however they still marked as complete order.I have to pay 42.76£ however the food wasn’t arrived.

My son got some cookies here yesterday and a drunk man knocked them out of his hand . Going in dominos and ordering another portion costing 4.50 the lovely staff told CoCo the manager who then gave us an extra portion FREE. This was such a lovely gesture and we thank them and CoCo immensely. Thank you for your kindness . Its so nice to have kind people around .

We recently ordered pizza and chicken wings but I must say the pizza was very dry, bland and not appetising : lack of quality.We were left very disappointed (chicken wings were absolutely fine).Delivery was fine.

Wrong food delivered called and explained original was resent and refused to give it to me manager accused me of lying I offered to go to the shop with the pizza but was told no driver has to bring it so we can check it driver left with the original (correct pizza) spoke to two mangers who were less than helpful offering a free drink next time I don’t go in to a pizza shop for a drink I go for the food still without the pizza originally ordered after speaking to customer service. Received response told to go to there website to give more info ( store order number etc) store not found link says click here if store is not on the list takes me to the website to order amazing support and service from dominos (not really sarcasm) papa johns next door offers same price for same quality would not recommend this company

It was a very bad experience the pizza was so cold and when called the shop they ignored us

Very frustrating and when food finally arrived (over an hour and we live a mile away) it was cold. Had my family waiting hungry so ended up warming in the oven. Really poor service and will be ordering from another local pizza company from now on.

Ordered pizza for collection, use food tracking by domino’s app, when come to collect pizza guy just started making it . What’s point with this app tracker. Not even busy time and had to wait in total 25min.

Very very bad service today . We spoke to 3 people and they don’t have clue what to say so eventually I cancelled the order. Extremely poor communication and bad English. No way I will order from them .

Ordered 5 pizzas, delivery was on time. The pizzas were under cooked. Vegetarian pizzas had less cheese on it and the pizza were not cut properly. We had to put the pizza back in the oven at home for another 5mins for it to be cooked perfectly. Very disappointed with pizzas and will not use this branch again.

One of the employees coughed on her hand and didn’t wash her hands after. She processed to cough again and not wash her hands. Staff were not very approachable. Will not come here again. Questioning the 5 star rating in this branch.

I ordered double sauce by mistake, and the absolute heroes working there sent out a fresh one with my intended order to exchange for free. Champions

Two items were missing from my order, the BBQ chicken wings and pepperoni dough balls. I immediately called the store at 9pm about this and they said the two remaining items would be dispatched and delivered in 15 mins. It wasn't. I called again after 20 mins and was told it was on the way. It wasn't. I called again an hour later at 10:20pm and was told it was still in transit only to be called back 3 mins later and be told by the branch manager, Bogdan, that there was no intention of delivering my missing items. He said he packed it himself and both he and delivery driver checked the contents before sending it off but clearly they didn't check it properly. I would not call chasing a missing item at 10:30pm on a £75 order for no reason. I find it hard to believe the delivery driver was in transit for over an hour and then asked to turn back by the manager as I live 20 mins away. I believe the store had no intention to deliver our missing items and the manager Bogdan provided a poor customer service as he refused to even supply a partial refund considering it's c. £10 worth of missing items in a £75 order. Very, very poor customer service and this business will lose customers as a result. I will NEVER use this or another Domino's again.

The worse service from the manager I received my order after 1 hour and 20 minutes And they are so rude when you call them . Cold pizza and wet box after more than one hiur waiting That manager should not work as a manager ..

If you like food poisoning, get your food from here! I saw them drop the ingredients on the floor deliberately and then put it back on the pizza. I have complained to the manager but it seems he doesn’t care! Be warned!

I placed an online order and my food came stone cold. I called and told them it was super cold and wanted a replacement and they could take the whole order as I didn’t eat it. They didn’t come to collect and deliver a new pizza. I managed to speak to the manager and he told me I will be getting a refund. 2 weeks later, no refund and no memory of any of this taking place. When I called up to chase the refund, he hung up on me. Never will I order dominos again!

Had a really weird experience/encounter with driver. Spoke to manager Yunus (sorry if incorrect spelling) and he resolved the issue for me. Sent another driver with the missing items, very friendly guy, good customer service. Thank you to the manager.

Rude & unknowledgable staff. They need to be trained to read the order back to the customer, to be polite, check the order before handing over to the customer and if you messed up an apology would not hurt!

They fail to even deliver the food you've paid for. You rarely receive all the food you have ordered when it does arrive. Dominos from other franchises can be good but DO NOT use West Ealing dominos. On many occasions, after a couple of hours of waiting I would call up asking if they forgot the order. The same careless, dumb response, 'it will be with you in 5 minutes.' I'm not joking when I say this happens frequently. But the funniest part is that after phoning and waiting hours, they will finally deliver a portion of your order and forget the rest! Nearly every time! Other people that I've spoken to about west Ealing dominos say the same thing. Their conclusion was that they're not understaffed, their staff are just a bit thick and don't seem to really care.

Fresh pizza, fast service. Lost a point for having an out of date menu on display so I didn't get the pizza I wanted.

Went in to get kickers, asked for well done because am pregnant and I had food poisoning from them before.it was refused. I mean I work in Dominos myself. It’s not that hard to do well done. LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

What a Scam. I ordered two Large pizza 🍕 and side wings cost me a total £23.97 and I used my Voucher from confused.com £20 to spend free. I spose to pay £3.97 but they DOMINOS Scammer took all £23.97 from my card. I call the store spoke to manager name Coco sort this out he Totally deny 🤐, & don't help me out . Every one knows in local they selling large pizza for 9.99 each .never mind they lost to many customers.good luck with your POOR service

Arrived in the store and was not served for 5 mins. I was the only customer! Go figure... when they are busy. Then asked for half a pepperoni pizza - as our two kids always want different toppings. I was told this was not possible?!! As customers would keep asking ... now from a mathematical perspective why would a business trying to make a profit not want to reduce ingredients cost and have less food waste? This seems like an odd policy decision i would rethink if i was the franchise owner. Also address the fact that employees are too busy to serve customers.

Will not buy from here again. First time ordered a delivery. One hour later food arrived and every thing was cold. Second time ordered on line and used code to get £10 off if you spent over £30. Code didn't work. Phoned shop to be told cancel and re order. Problem with that you had to wait up to 4 days for refund. Rude and unhelpful staff.

10.30pm Sunday 26th January 2020. My first-ever Domino's Pizza gets delivered from the West Ealing branch. I chose the Veggie Supreme and Garlic Bread meal deal for £12.99. The pizza was lukewarm and garlic bread was slightly cooler than the pizza. It took 34:23 seconds to arrive, which is accurate as I had the stop watch on. I was so hungry after a 4.5 drive and as it arrived bang on the dot of Match of the Day starting, so I did not ring the branch to complain. I would not recommend buying from this branch.

1 star because they are not passing on the VAT reduction to customers. Otherwise it would've been 5 star because I just LUV LUV LUV a Domino's. YUM YUM YUM.

Worst Brach ever.. Is not first time when I'm near by them 8 min and orders take always 1 hours if not more to arrive...i keep calling then but evertime come with a reason... I was calling after 40 min from my order and they said the driver is on the way it will not take more than 10 min .. The after 30 min nothing.. I call them again.. Then says its a accident!.. We used to order Dominos regularly. We switched to Pizza Hut a few years ago because their pizzas are nicer and they do better deals. I fancied Dominos but my partner didn’t want to, I convinced him so we ordered from the West Ealing branch. It took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive, baring in mind it is a 10 minute max drive to my house from the store. There was barely any cheese on the pizza, it was just thick tomato purée with our sad looking toppings thrown on. The chicken wings tasted of nothing and these used to be our favourite bit of Dominos. Our bottle of Diet Coke was warm. Most of the food went in the bin because it was horrible and cold. There was no apology for the huge delay. I phoned the store and they didn’t seem particularly concerned that I had waited almost two hours for one pizza and a couple of sides from Dominos down the road. Sorry dominos but you’re slacking!

Wouldn't deliver 10 min up the road. I was delayed by 10 minutes for pickup (called ahead to let them know), they ate my pizza and left me to wait another 15 minutes when I arrived while they made a new one as slowly as possible.

Horrible pizza. They do not even put enough toppings on the pizza. The whole pizza was only tomato sauce, with literally nearly no toppings on. Horrible and disappointed, would not come in here ever again.

Clean and tidy take away.. few seating available(bar type table along the window and few stools ,for a quick munch),..pizza was delicious.

Ordered 2 Large Pizza's. Both Pizza's seemed undercooked and one of which was missing a few toppings. Rang immediately. After being put on hold, was told that fresh pizzas would be sent immediately. After a good 40 minutes, a knock on the door... Fresh pizza at last! Not! Driver politely asked for the original pizzas back but this was not mentioned at all on the phone. I explained that I wasn't aware and that since the pizzas had since got cold as well as undercooked - they were binned after the call. The driver then passed me the phone, for the "manager" to then ever so slowly, rudely and condescendingly tell me that he did tell me to keep the pizzas (he didn't). I told him that he didn't and that I would need to fetch them out of the bin. I am adamant that this was not mentioned as my family was in front of me during the call and I repeated what was said back to the manager. After this, he doubled down and said that it was standard policy and that there is a recording. Feeling beyond irritated, I got the pizza back with the friendly delivery man. I called again. The "manager" answered. I asked to speak to the manager. Explained the situation to her. She said that there isn't a recording. Surprise surprise, "Mr Manager" is a liar. She promised that she would speak to her colleague and hoped that this would be the first and last bad experience. All in all, my worst experience with a Domino's franchise. Glad that they got the pizzas right the second time but shame about the rudeness of the staff. Usually do enjoy a Domino's every month or so, hopefully will in the future.

Had a pizza deliverd from there, never again

I have moved recently from Chelsea to Ealing and as I always liked to order from Domino's, naturally I tried the closest one to me which is the West Ealing store. Today was my second order from this branch and while nothing was wrong with the food itself, it's still two disappointing experiences that make me not want to order from them again. The first time the delivery man ( dark skinned gentleman) had no change and I was "forced" to give £4 tip as the driver had no change and was not helpful (or even tried nor offered) to find a solution. I was tired and hungry and just gave up and let him leave with double the tip that I planned on giving. This time I thought I will avoid this and pay online. The delivery was perfect but I ordered a promotion where the Pizza comes with a new Habanero Stuffed Crust which I was so very much looking forward to, just to find out that I have not received any stuffed crust at all!!! :( I am very disappointed and even as a big Domino's lover I will not try a 3rd time with this branch!

Although the pizza arrived in timely fashion alas they forgot my side order which was really annoying as that was all I was going to get in the delivery. However my son and his friend were very happy with there delivery

Ordered food 1hr 30mins ago...3 items and still not here...had to call 3 times to keep being told itll be with me in 5mins after 30mins i called again and was told itll be any moment....10mins later i call back and ask to speak to the manager 3 times im on hold until i get through and noone even apologises...Manager very rude and baffled on about how many managers were on duty...dont bother ordering from this branch...rubbish!!! Awful customer service from this place. By mistake placed a wrong address called within a minute to change. The manager took a note and still did not deliver to the right address. Saturday night is ruined because of this. Company should be ashamed of managers like this

I just spoke to Amir on the phone, what a great service, very professional. Understood and explained quickly why my payment which read successful had not gone through and swiftly took my order on the phone instead. I don’t normally write reviews but amir’s service warrants merit!

After waiting an hour called them up. Unapologetic guy picks up and says 30 mins. Hour and a half delivery time is shocking. Plus in the past they ve messed up my order. Pizza huts a much better alternative

Appalling service, I had a 2 hour wait and I know they prepared my food and kept it somewhere heated as it came cold. I literally live down the road and the driver comes to my house with no change at all, instead asks me for change. 15 mins later I get a knock again at my door by the same driver accusing me of getting an extra drink which I am extremely angry about....
