Pizza Hut Delivery in Ealing

I ordered a plant-based (vegan) Margherita pizza and got real cheese instead of vegan cheese! 😡😡😡 Spent over £30 for two large pizzas, and now I can’t eat them. What a waste of money and food. Who’s going to take responsibility for this? Unbelievable that the employees couldn’t read the order properly, don't ever order from them, stay away seriously!!

The pizza was not what I ordered. It was cold n completely dismantled.

Ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut website, and it was fulfilled by their Greenford branch. I clearly should've looked at the reviews before ordering because the pizzas were a complete mess. I have attached a photo showing the leftovers of 3 pizzas - can you set them apart? Probably not! The pizzas tasted as appalling as they looked; dry, overcooked/burnt and salty. People buy from pizza chains to enjoy a standard taste and quality, this is why most are happy to pay extra for it. The person I spoke to at the branch did offer to send a free pizza/etc, but how can 1 pizza, from the same place, make up for the way 3 other pizzas were completely ruined? In the end I really need to ask, how can someone mess up a pizza like that? Not worth the aggro, buy at your peril.

One of the worst pizza huts ever.......pizza look old and dry, toooo salty and dont know what kind of bacon that was.. only ordered due to being ill and unable to cook for the kids.

Food was cold and the pizza was very chewy more like eating rubber.

The food was really tasty and great delivery.

Staff there were very helpful, the initial gave me wrong size but were quick to get things right. Also gave me the wrong sized pizza as complimentary, which is really. Thank you & happy new year!

this order was for delivery, by mistake it was pressed as collection. please refund the amount of£35.03 ASAP and confirm in writing. thank you

The pizza seal was open and looks like the actual food was dropped somewhere and then scraped back into the box with the toppings on the side. Could not eat it as we don’t know where it was dropped and who put it back in the box. Had to throw everything away. Not the usual service we normally get from Pizza Hut or just eat

Out of any pizza place I've ever eaten my whole life, including other pizza huts. This is without a doubt the most horrific tasting pizza I've ever had. Tasted like off cheese / vomit. I will never EVER order from here again.

I ordered a vegan cheese and normal cheese pizza . Mr Sharma from Greenford called me to reconfirm it and provided the best pizza . Employees like Mr sharma is an asset and it’s a great customer service . Pizza was delicious too .

15mns late from the estimated delivery time shown. Called this branch but only to hear the automated message the phone line isn't working. Seriously? Pizza was cold and disgusting. I never throw away pizza but had to throw away half eaten food. I want my money back. Pizza hut UK HQ, if you're reading this, you should shut this store down. It's disgrace to your brand. I ordered from pizza hut website and there was no option to choose which branch I could order. Next time I'll try South ealing branch through other delivery app route. People, avoid Greenford branch at all cost. There WAS a reason why already low rating.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst Pizza Hut I've been to but unfortunately they're the only one that delivers to us. The food is over an hour late, their telephone line doesn't work and after complaining to the staff, they told me to go eat the pizza before it gets cold. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!

Order here online , pizzas came sqashed as they did not pack the plastic supports in the box and all toppings the the pizza are stick to the lid of the box , called the store , the phones are not working so cannot get refund or replacement cannot even contact online , left with 2 dough disk and £25 ripped off , not happy customer

I recently placed a takeaway order at Pizza Hut Greenford and was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Manager Muneeb. Despite it being a busy evening, Muneeb ensured that my order was prepared promptly and accurately. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Not only did he ensure that my order was perfect, but he also took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making me feel valued as a customer. Kudos to Muneeb and the team at Pizza Hut Greenford for their outstanding service!

Really poor - got my order wrong and spoke to Hasim who was rude and told me to complain and cut me off - stay away

The staff is abusive. They don’t know how to talk with customers. I made a call to order but staff abused me on call. When I go to shop for this mess they said what proof you have. This type of staff needs to be punished.

I’ve ordered from here many times, all have been very good quality in general and have been enjoying their pizzas for a very long time. Today I somehow got a pizza that was very wet on the button and just soggy and inedible… rang the restaurant before sending an email as a complaint, the manager was rather helpful and remade our pizza for us and sent it again… first it put us off the food but to be fair, you could see they had put extra effort in the remake and was better than what I expected. Just wanted to day thank you very much for actually having a good customer service as well as good food. You’re deffo in my good books

I Love this Pizza Hut. There are some shady outlets out there, but not this one. Hats off to you Pizza Hut, brilliant service. We've Been using the Greenford Branch for some time now. Love it.

1 and half hour to deliver one pizza???? It was not cooked in heaven.

Ordered on Uber eats and added special instructions that were completely ignored. When I called the shop to explain, the worker Sadd, was very unhelpful and also very challenging to say the least. The employees excuse as to why my order requirements were not met, was that I “added a delivery note and not an order note”. But I’ve ordered this way multiple times with no problem. He was disrespectful and fast to pass the blame/ issue onto Uber. Uber claims they “aim to partner with merchants who exhibit professionalism, in order for customers to have a great experience when ordering through the Uber Eats app”. Meaning it’s down to pure unprofessionalism and laziness from workers at this Pizza Hut branch. No refund was given to me through Uber, just an apology and the Pizza Hut employee denied their need to handle the matter. Already at 3.3 star rating, should be lower.

a year ago Wouldn’t even give one star if it meant I could still proceed to leaving a review. Tasty pizza well made by the staff,arrived hot thanks to the uber driver only problem no Garlic sauce which after you pay around £16.99 would be good to be include! Company saves pennies by not giving out 1 sauce for pizza, client should save pounds and not order at all!

If you want pizza for lunch - you will go hungry. If you're lucky it might arrive by dinner. Not the first time they've delivered late. The hut is less than 10 minutes from our place but took over an hour to arrive ( we didnt even order during their peak times) . Told 10 minutes a few times, I think they started to make the pizza the first time I called, after the time they should have delivered. Will not be ordering from them again.

This is one of the worst pizzas I have ever tried in london, I believe they don't now haw pizzais mad to taste . A friend was working there aswell ,and from what he told me they never payed his wages not a very clean place to eat from .

It was sit pizza I ever ate before.. Collection is not ready on confirmed time…add a wrong topping..as I’m vegetarian and they add non veg topping…never recommend anyone even they give a free pizza..

Awful experience with getting a delivery from here and customer services by the store over the phone was disgusting the person name was Ali. Definitely needs retraining. Food came 40 mins late, wet and soggy, messy box with cheese stuck on the top of the box. Just awful

I had ordered 2 pizzas which were both undercooked, as the cheese was still raw, and I asked to purchase some dips to which I was arrogantly told to pay by card, looks like I will be talking my business to domino's as they provide a dip with each pizza

This place was very bad we ordered a Vegetable Supreme pizza and they gave us one with pork in it! I can’t beleive they have done this, this place needs to be shut now right now.

Pizza Hut is my favourite Pizza! I feel very disheartened that I have to leave a bad review about this branch. It’s not the first time me or my family have experienced bad customer service from this branch. The woman who answered my call today was very rude. I was trying to tell her that I want to place an order and the online system is down. This was my second option as Sudbury was temporarily closed. She rudely responded while I tried to speak about the issues I was having and didn’t explain the circumstances clearly till later on in our conversation. Due to the background noise it was hard to hear her. Her voice wasn’t clear so I tried to clarify what I heard, “so there is no delivery, or collection?” And she just decided to cut the phone on me. Wasn’t happy about this service!

Cold, poor quality. The only reason I got take away was because my oven isn't working, the food was delivered cold. The cheese was cold n chewy. Unreal your charging them prices for pizzas that is not up to selling standards. Lost a customer for life.

Worst Pizza Hut ever! These people leave the shop un-attended. I walked in, waiting for someone to take my order...10 minutes later...still not a soul apart from me. I shouted and also called their land line and no response. 👎 I then decided to order from another take away a few shops away. After placing my order, I popped out to check my car and guess what...I see a guy walk out of Pizza Hut on his phone. I asked him why no one attended to me, his response was that he was busy in the back...

Please shut down this Pizza Hut delivery for RUDE STAFF, bad service, and just rude customer service. Ordered for delivery and they said they didn't have any drivers after transaction made even though they "found" a driver for me last time. Rude attitude, I'm just sick of this place. New management needed FAST. Or SHUT IT DOWN.
