As per previous review, the new girl is a disaster Said £2.40 but when given £3 she changed the price to £3 Food decent but new girl trying to clever

Been a regular customer for 6 years bit since you ha e that new girl behind the counter quality of service dropped horrendously. I ordered spicy fillet burger with extra 2 wings on a side you would think simple order wrong. Had to point on the menu for the lady to understand In the end for regular burger without extra wings that I paid for got offered expired chilli sauce and they couldn't hear me ordering extra wings but they charged for them stay away from the place if you see young woman with white baseball hat on total rip off. When asked to speak to a manager noticed a guy finishing his beer and got sat down with no solution to problem man smelled of beer. Will never come back a bit sad as it was decent place until recent changes happened. Stuff unprofessional and rude. Not mentioning minimum of 5£ on card (only that lady ask for minimum of 5£),Horrible experience

Worst place to eat let alone going inside they talk about customers in their own language they are rude to people they are expensive over rated prices. They fuss over what we order and get us to order extra. The main manager there is so rude his one look and he starts talking in his language insulting customers.

One day I bought family bucket from chicken hot and that bucket is very nice everything have inside like wings,strips,chicken,chips and drinks.i love it.i asked to go there.

I bought chicken, chicken wings and chips that was really nice and fresh, also customer service was great. I definitely recommend the shop to go with your family for a lunch or dinner.

The staff of chicken hot shop is very nice and kind hearted, i took chicken wings, the taste of chicken wings is fabulous i recommend everyone going to this shop and try the food.

This is the first time I received so few fries. Burger with cold and soggy chicken. The service is also bad. The saleswoman has an expression on her face like I’m made something bad, no thank you, no goodbye. I am always polite with beople who serve me. I know how difficult this work is. I understand that this is not a restaurant... but that was weird, This is the first and last time I visited this place...

The food is amazing but the hygiene is not to my expectation but still would recommend this place because of the food

Wife went to shop to get 3 pieces chicken and chips overcooked chicken and 3 legs in box mot the variety as advertised on boards and when taken back to complain not a great response until it looked like she wasn't going to just leave

The cheapest best tasting chicken I've had in this area! The chips can be done spicy and the wings are packed with flavour.

The steak burger had bits of bones and chicken hair. I haven’t been to this place for 3 years thought I’d give it another try but I can see why I avoid this place like a pl*gue.

Food was rubbish. Need to fix up the food. I feel sick after eating the food so I would not consider this place at all. Better going tesco opposite it to get a meal deal

Honestly the only place that really satisfies that fried chicken craving KFC doesn't even come close. The wings are up there with the best I've ever had always 5 stars. Also for the amount of food you get it's very cheap

I had a chicken wrap and the chicken tasted like kfc chicken strips (AMAZING) definitely will be coming again and he also let me stay in his shop Whilst it was raining hard they are nice people and deserve your custom IF I COULD RATE MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD’VE

I visit often and the last 2 times ive been i have seen a change . I have visited today 11/02/2022 at around 11:00 -11:30 and i ordered 5 hot wings with fries and one of the hot wings came fully burnt i am very unhappy and i wont reccoment to my friends . I will add a picture to show how the hot wing looked : is this what you call a hot wing ?

Legendary boss, although gave me wings instead of a burger but the wings were damn delicious

Went here last night. Often at the bus stop and finally gave into that southern fried temptation. It's a standard London chicken shop. The reviews don't reflect the quality. It deserves 4 stars but I'm giving 5 stars to give the overall rating a bump. I got the combo meal. 2 pieces (great), 3 wings (great), chips (my gf absolutely loved the chips) and a pepsi. The reviews are mostly complaining about the burgers which is fair enough. Try the combo guys!!

They heat up the burger bun in microwave and they are hard like a rock and they say that is from the cold outside when the food was outside for less than 5min, I bought chicken and it was raw inide. You can break your teeth with that burger bun ,they used to have very warm chips,but now they are cold .

Been here many times. Always friendly and great food. Open until late too. I work til late myself and always great to see them open on my way home. Haven't been in a while so today I will go again! I would recommend giving them a try!

The mandem at the shop set me there chicken and it was peng fam also yea he shop allows you to smoke cannabis so yea 6 stars fam

Bossman gave me onion rings instead of spicy wings. The food is tastes like btec KFC and the staff speak like mumble rappers. What a joke

Small portions. Wings are also hit and miss. Chicken burger is okay but tiny They forget parts of your order so make sure you check before you leave the premises. Won't be returning.

This place is a disaster ! Food it's not fresh, yesterday I order a cheese burger and the food was moldy !! The roll was moldy inside.. So discusting It's the worst place where I ever been.

I used to love this place but after going in with my mate today, I won't be going back. I had to tell the guy behind the counter 7 times what my order was, for him to still mess it up. He was extremely rude to me and my mate. I also had to tell him that he had a hole in his glove and needed to change them as he has plasters on under his gloves. The guy ignored me.

Great little locally owned and run boutique chicken shop! Service is always super friendly and the wings are unbelievably moist. Very diverse sauce selection too. Would highly recommend. It’s like the old saying goes “A bone on the track is worth two in the bin”

Has anyone else noticed or it's just me? They serve you in medium box. Which obviously means they give you small portion of chips!! Mugging innocent people as there is no other chicken and chip shop around. Upon asking why don't you have big boxes he started arguing with me saying this is big box this and other if you not happy leave from my shop AVOID THIS SHOP AT ANY COST THEY RIP OFF AND FRAUD!!!!

This place is good for the last resort of the night. The prices that myself and the guy in front of me differ. I asked before how much jusr a chicken burger (just regular not cheese or spice is) tried to charge me more, also the guy in front of my was told a different price. Keep the prices consistent!!!!! I will put people off if they feel cheated

I have been this shop yesterday. Not great customer service. I bought a mountain burger meal x 2 where the price says £3.50 on the screen and he charge me 3.99 which i didn't realise until i finish eating. the chips are awful plus they give you very small fries. very bad customer service. they call the chips spicy but its not. Please avoid eating at this shop

One of those places where you pay for a £3 meal out of a £10 note and get £2 change.they will screw you where they can for rubbish food. Dont bother

One of the worst customer experiences in my life. Hard to trust the food when the man working there was so rude and unpatient answering simple question. I will definitely avoid this place in the future.

Please don’t go here !! Everything is misleading. Portions are extra small, “chicken filet burger” is more like a “chicken pancake burger” as the “fillet” is cut so thin that I can see through it. I get it everyone needs money but this is just going too cheap. The fries are barely even fried, probably to make the oil last longer... I work in a restaurant myself and the service/food hygiene is terrible.

Not recommend this place!!! I've ordered few pices of chicken and got less than ordered. When I came back to ask about it. The staff was very arrogant.

Warning this place isn't friendly for customers. I ordered one thing but got something else and it cost me a fortune. About food if you desperate then go for it.

Came in here today after work, it really is the best chicken shop ive had in london out of approx 15 other joints. Big up these people!
