Female staff member was extremely rude for no reason.

Subs were fresh, nicely toasted, and followed my choices of salad accurately + cookies are amazing. Thanks guys

Rude lady this morning. She dropped cucumber on the floor picked it up and and carried on using the same glove that touched the floor to make the rest of the sub. She didn’t care to spread out the chicken as it was all clumped into the middle. Very rude and arrogant.

The only bad thing I have to say is that for the price the food is not very good. The fries were soft, not crispy. 5 types of bread to choose from, which are heated in the oven but after cooling the ends of the bread become hard. That is to say, the bread remains dry.

Nidhi was so lovely greeted me with a smile, the food and churros were out of this world..

Customer service was not particularly good. Had to wait although it was empty. The food itself was OK, but honestly a rip off for what you get. Won’t be back. Most likely to any subway given the outrageous prices for this small amount of food. Only shining light was they served halal meats.

The lady on the till is so rude. She should get kicked out. Last friday morning and today she served me and was more focused on having conversations with her colleagues rather than listening to what we want. I said no cheese 5 times and she carried on with her conversation. Never going there again

Very rude female staff member at the till Sunday morning. Barely acknowledging my greeting, answering my questions in a rude manner, she got the order wrong, was incredibly unprofessional when I asked her to fix it then she didn’t warm up the food properly, everything was lukewarm. Horrible service. Train your staff!

Staff is really rude and seems happy to fob customers off. Quality of food is sub-standards compared to nearby branches of subway. Really should look into re-training the staff in this branch or find customer -focused replacements.

As a regular subway customer she putted very less salad i ever had in this particular subway i took foot long which was not cut equally kindly provide training to your staff!!

Was just refused to be able to dine in today at 4:50pm because they “had to clean” when they close at 11pm and there’s one customer already dining in. Was extremely patient and repeated my order to the server multiple times, she was dismissive and just dumped all my toppings in the centre of my sandwich bulging out.

Amazing breakfast. Great service and shop really nice and big. Halal too :)

If I can give that lady who was working 0 customer service I would I swear it is the worst subway I have ever been to. She heated my sandwich then put them on a side and started filling different salad boxes for take away. She didn’t know what she was doing. I wish I can speak to a manager as I asked her for her name and she started telling me that I am harassment her. If a manager can please reply on this review I would love to come and see everything on the camera.

Ordered meat ball sub, delivered with no meatballs just salad shocking !

This is the worst subway I have been to, zero customer service, the person behind the counter was miserable and had attitude. The food was awful. The cookies were hard and not fresh. They tasted nasty that i had to throw it away. I would avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars to the service I would. That employer called Dreshiti has the worst attitude you can picture. Didn’t even say hi and nor serve me appropriately rather dealt with her online order before me and their wasn’t even a delivery collector there. I was literally the only one in the store! I’ve worked in fast food retail before and when a customer approaches, you put the delivery to the side and greet the customer with a smile not a grumpy face. Also, the stank attitude she had the whole time serving me as if she was angry to be working there or the fact that I came in. I was 1 second away from telling her this profession isn’t for you. I asked her a question on which sauce was the best in her opinion and she proceeds to walk away mid me asking and says she vegetarian so she doesn’t know. Honestly the entire service was rubbish and her energy made me not want to eat the food. Please give this worker a general talk on how to treat customers appropriately and to leave off the bad grumpy manners at home. Thank you.

It was my first time having subway in over 10 years. I entered the building and i had to wait 3 to 4 minutes as the main worker was cleaning at the back. Ordering my sandwich was fine but the server wasn't very welcoming and was very cold. I got the steak melt and it was delicious. Overall sandwich was good

Eaten here many times and this is a well managed and performing outlet. Our childminder informed us about the uppermost care by the staff when serving our allergic children and even suggesting not buying a sandwich due to potential cross contamination. That is absolutely amazing service, keep up the good work.

I was served by an Asian guy. He was so rude.He didn’t have an ounce of politeness in him. He was so miser in putting everything in making my sandwich & He just spoiled my experience as a whole. If you can’t handle a customer, please don’t work in the food business.

Twice I have been there and both times got out without getting any sub. No offers , no sub against points

Subway is excellent for healthy options. You have selections of Vegetarian foods. You also have Tuna, Chicken, Turkey and Ham. Customer service is superb even at peak times.

There was no spinach in stock and the cucumber did not taste washed unfortunately. customer service was okay but I did sense a bit of attitude and felt rushed

I used to eat there every day the food quality was very good but the service was not good specially on evening time the guy who working there is very dirty and last time I saw him when he was making my food he put his finger inside his nose 2 times and then he made the food I don’t know why he wears plastic gloves I left the place

One of the worst subways I have been to. The girl behind the counter makes no effort whatsoever when making your food, she just slings it in with the minimal amount of meat she can put in! No effort! Dosent give correct measurements when doing the food. The energy you get is that she dosent want to be there and she dosent want you there either!

I edited my review because the place improved big time through the year. They accept the app every time now and all the toppings are back fresh as it used to be. Great service and good food :)

POOR POOR POOR So stingy with everything I had to ask for extra so many times for a decent portion! I wish you could see my wrap.. it’s not even been wrapped properly! It’s actually put me off going back there and I love subway too. Such a shame !!

Poor customer acknowledgement. Very stingy with any and all toppings, I had to ask multiple times to add more for an average portion. Employee was singing to herself and acting like I was not there. Also changed the meal deal options from the ones advertised resulting in a less than satisfactory meal. Do not order from here.

The guy was really nice. Added all the sauces that I asked him to. Lately I have realized subway staff doesn't add the sauces more than a few even if you specifically ask. I don't know why though, that was the only reason I loved the subway, for the variety of sauces. If it is one, I can buy one at home and eat it everyday. The variety is what we go for subway for. Anyway, the guy in store was genuinely nice and gave me the best sandwich I have had in a while at subway. Thank you 'Callus' if I remember yours name correctly. I had chicken tikka subway with a lot of jalapenos and sauces and he accommodated all request with a smile on his face. It's really great to see that some people still do their job with a smile. We are in the store. The time we went the store did not have choco chip cookies else would have bought a few. But never the less it made up for my evening snack and next day lunch too. Since it was so fulfilling. The store was clean and well kept and hand sanitizer was also there. Over all I would say it's a nice store, and in a decent location so one can go in anytime they want to. Again a big thanks to the guy who made my day with that tasty sandwich. P.s hand sanitizer is very sticky and gluey, not sure what kind it is but not a fan of it for sure. Just a heads up! Thank you!

Drunk staff in halal restaurant can't believe it never ever go back there

The food is great and the customer service was really good. One of the staff I think her name was Manvi, was very patient with my long order and very helpful!

My favourite Halal subway, these lot always have what I want unlike the other ones

Standard subway but bit of a sad interior

Ordered via delivery - Uber eats - it was delivered so late! And it was all cold. The Nachos were not worth eating - binned them. And the rest of the food was cold. Didn’t taste great either. Won’t be ordering from here again!

Don't know what you seling here but it's definitely not Sub's/sandwiches.. Been there today at 10am and they guy didn't have 60% of the items...

Respectful and professional and smile on his face. The Sunday shift employee should be rewarded for the way he treats customers.

Nobody worried about hygiene... the guy was doing sandwiches and and using his phone at same time... very disrespectful when they talk other languages that not english in front of customers

Absolutely bad service my sister had gone there yesterday and the guy serving totally ignored her and then 2 other ladies came in after her and he started serving them afterwards he started serving her and did not even change his gloves as he had touched meat and my sister wanted vegetarian subway only changed the gloves after she told him to.. Subway needs to train their staff better!!!!

This branch is not a busy branch and have limited sitting. At time it's hard to get a sitting. This branch do Halal products. Clean and ok staff. Not welcoming just provide service with no interaction or customer services of any kind. Quality food with quick service.

One particular long-serving member of the staff here is amazingly rude. I am amazed that he still works here. Aside from that it is relatively decent but it's a big negative factor.

They charge me 14.40 for 2 menus on the breackfast. Too espensive

Halal good service but no cookies I understand it was late but I'm a fan of subway cookies and didn't really get the full subway experience here but I love subway in general so it's all good.

Good thing if you're in the mood for a naughty filled soft baguette. Very small space so not always a place to sit. Occasionaly problems with card payments.

Big fan of subway...At work i drive around London and have visited many subways..but this specific subway was most dissepointing....inside is dirty...looks like ghetto bunker....service had lack of commitment...coffe was cold... And they charge for extra 50p per different salad thing on breakfast...anyways...i dont recommend....if possible ..avoid..cheers
