Flynn's Bar & Diner in Ealing

Visité el pub el 22 de enero de 2019 para desayunar. Había estado usando el pub de forma intermitente durante 10 años o más sin problemas. En esta ocasión llegué a eso de las 12. 30 y pidió una cerveza y desayuno. La nueva camarera me informó que tenía que cambiar el barril. Cuando se entregó, de repente noté un fuerte olor a lejía en el bar, pero supuse que estaban limpiando las cubiertas. Cuando probé la cerveza me atraganté. Sabía como (lo que imagino) lavando sabores líquidos. Obviamente, había una gran concentración de limpiador de tuberías en el vidrio. La camarera estaba confundida y confesó que no sabía de dónde había salido el abrumador olor a lejía, pero admitió que mi vaso de cerveza apestaba. Llamó a su superior, quien procedió a investigar y luego limpió la línea correctamente. No me dijeron nada, solo lugares comunes, pero ella estaba claramente preocupada. Después de visitar el baño para limpiarme la garganta, me devolvieron el dinero y me ofrecieron una cerveza diferente. En ningún momento admitieron ni aconsejaron que me había tragado una sustancia cáustica. Se trata de contener la situación, sin tener en cuenta mi bienestar. Salí del pub enfadado por su actitud. No volveré

Visitamos aquí unas cuantas veces con la familia que visitamos en Ealing. Ahora llamado el viejo sombrero, Flynn es un encantador y encantador pub. Ambiente acogedor. Zona de fumadores decente con asientos. Tiene una buena selección de tónicos para tu ginebra (la esposa es quisquillosa). No he comido aquí, pero el tío Alan dice que es fantástico.

Yo he visitado Flynns y bajar por bastantes años ahora. Más en que, como la mayoría de personal no son muy acogedores para ser sincero, es como duele sonreír para ellos! A menos que seas irlandés (lo cual es bastante evidente, ya que los clientes irlandeses son los que consiguen hacer el servicio con una sonrisa sincera). He visitado varias veces en los últimos meses por una razón u otra. Chloe siempre es encantador, pero los demás, como he dicho, no es muy amable. Incluso he comprado una bebida personal aquí y allí, esperando que pueda alentar de ellos pero hey me dijeron gracias, pero aun así no calidez! El lugar ha sido remodelado recientemente y creo que tiene muy buen aspecto. Ha sido rebautizado el viejo sombrero que entiendo fue lo que es llamado en el 1870, así que el lugar tiene algo de la historia. He tenido una comida aquí un par de veces y han sido satisfechos. La música en las noches es bueno y más recientemente cuando fui había una banda en vivo que parecía llevar horas entorno, pero una vez que empecé a jugar alrededor de 10. 30:00 (Sábado 3 de febrero de 2018) que rd había montones de gente y baile. Me pareció que estaban muy bien, no soy experto en música, pero sé lo que suena bien y disfruté de cada tono que, como la mayor parte de salida a todos los presentes por el aspecto. También me gustaría mencionar aquí que los ceniceros en el jardín de la cerveza no parecía haber sido vaciado durante toda la noche cuando estuve aquí más recientemente. No sé por qué, ya que había sembrado un montón de gente en el jardín de la cerveza toda la noche para no fumadores - vasos más todas las superficies, así que parece que el personal olvidarte incluso hay un jardín exterior. Ceniceros estaban literalmente ya que inundaba las mesas ya nadie había sido vaciando ellos toda la noche, realmente muy desagradable. Los inodoros parecía estar en buenas condiciones durante la noche, que es sin duda una ventaja comparado con algunos pubs. Realmente, me esperaba el personal del bar para alentar y ser educado y amable a cada cliente, en vez de agradables para sus clientes habituales, puede irlandés, animar a la gente a tener un mejor tiempo y escriba algunas críticas mejor sobre el lugar. Aunque el lugar parece buena y la música y bandas en vivo son agradables; el servicio sin una sonrisa sin duda pierde el lugar 2 estrellas. Realmente espero que las cosas mejoren, pues este está a poca distancia de casa para mí y estaría mucho más contento de pasar mi dinero aquí si de verdad nos sentimos bienvenidos.

Pedimos bebidas en el bar y eso fue un error ya que después no pudimos encontrar mesa limpia. . . . Todas las mesas están tan sucias que puedes apegarte a ellas y al personal no le importa limpiar, diciendo que no creo que les importe nada. Después de eso, no me gustó probar la comida, ya que podía imaginarme cómo hacen las preparaciones. El vino era gusano y excesivo. No regresaremos

No es a menudo QUE YO Escriba una revisión, de hecho puedo contar los comentarios que probablemente he escrito el 1 de mano. Este lugar, sin embargo es en la parte inferior de la lista. La mujer dijo que no había bar ale. Qué tipo de pub no tiene ale? Nos pareció que estábamos jugando es seguro pedir pescado y patatas fritas en el menú minimalista. No me importa un menú minimalista, pero si uno, tiene que asegurarse de que la comida está en el punto. Esto no fue. Más de pescados, patatas fritas frías. No volveremos!

Really excited to have some nice suresh starters and watch the football. My chicken coujons were cooked to perfection apart from the dry meat and burnt breadcrumb coating. My cousin, a vegetarian had a nightmare with his 'homemade' tomato soup, which tasted like he wouldn't even give to his mother- in -law. The bar lady was not very understanding, stating the soup was given an approval by Ainsley Harriott himself. No vegetarian replacements were on the menu so dry mash with undercooked veg was the only option for my 6 foot 1, 220 pound cousin. Thanks. I went for the scampi which im my opinion helps them maintain their Michelin star - great dish, fresh vibrant and oozing flavour. However the Veggie burger my cousin order was not up to scratch, looked like an ice hockey puck, slightly overcooked. But I do appreciate how hard it can be for the chef to serve a diner with only 12 people in it. Lets just push on and work together to get that second star.

Firstly tried to order the vegetable pie with mash and veg. However not available. This was disappointing. Then I ordered a tomato Soup which came out cold and no seasoning whatsoever. Tasted like plummed tinned tomato. I mentioned this to the Irish bar lady and she replied "No one else complained" rather than trying to understand the customers opinion and resolve the poor food served. Eventually they agreed to replace the cold soup so I requested macaroni and cheese and surprise surprise they didn't have any 😳seriously? I was forced to choose mash and veg as a starter and no lie it came out dry unseasoned and lumpy. The veg was raw 🤣😂 no lie. So after eating this raw rabbit food I feared the mains a veggie burger and chips. I bet you thinking they can't mess this up right? Well you're wrong. Chips were raw and uncooked and burger was burnt inside and out. This was all tasted by my cousin who is a chef at the goring hotel which is a Michelin Resturant in a 5 star hotel 😷 Waste of £26 yes I said £26 😆😆 The only thing positive was the blonde at the bar that served a mean j20 👍nice work Flynn's bar. Please sort out the chef and Irish bar lady.

Heard about this pub ages ago and had been meaning to try it for Sunday lunch. So today we did that. Nice friendly staff, and the food was very plentiful. We both had roast beef and some turkey, lots of veg and roast potatoes plus mash. It was ok, quite average. The apple pie was not so nice. Somehow didn't taste much like apple, possibly tinned apples. The surroundings were quite shabby and dated. There was no separate dining area and there was a mix of sports on tv and loud music. Sadly we won't be returning.

Went to Flynns on a Sunday for a casual drink with friends and sampled the Carvery. It was excellent and you certainly won't go hungry! Good clean tradition pub with a good beer range, great food and not expensive at all. Will definitely be back.

abbiamo mangiato in questo locale in estate. Il personale era giovane e cortese, il servizio è stato veloce. Servono piatti tipici inglesi ma anche insalatone. Si può anche andare la mattina per la colazione all'inglese. La sera diventa pub. Ottimo sapore e qualità del cibo

The staff in this bar were all very friendly and welcoming. There was a live ban on the Saturday night we were there which seemed to be a regular thing. There was a lovely covered area out the back which was nice and cosy and allowed our friends to enjoy a smoke without leaving us. I had a lasagna one night which was the best I have ever tasted.

Nice little pub for a drink. It has a nice beer garden. Front smoking garden. Plenty of seating inside and out. Didn't eat here, but have heard from family that it is good. Pints a good one. Barmaids are happy and chatty. Nice little Irish pub.

Åt här 2 gånger, är mycket gammal barkänsla här och är en del lokala londonbor där som gör stället mer mysigt. God öl och bra mat

have been here numerous times for lunch, drinks and Sunday carvery. Always enjoy it. It's the sort of place you can sit and have a coffee and read the newspaper or go to for a crowded sunday lunch with football. It's very warm and welcoming and the food is nice....not gourmet but very nice pub food.

Been coming here over the years.. Sunday roast still good but we were still hungry, felt short changed.. Chef behind the counter is rude and looks annoyed (slammed a couple of slices of meat on the plate), Apple pie is undercooked and has a soggy bottom. Prices have gone up but portions reduced. Not impressed. Will go elsewhere.

We've visited this pub on and off over the years as it's a 5 minute walk from home but we don't consider it our local and would rather spend our money elsewhere. Here's why: I've been short-changed several times at the bar over the years but didn't make an issue of it as it was a matter of 50p here and there. The bar staff are not the friendliest, but then again, we're not Irish (they do seem to reserve their smiles and greetings for the Irish clientele even though we are always polite when asking for a drink and I always smile and say "please" and "thank you"). We'd rather spend our money where the service is better and the staff don't try to cheat you. Recently hubby has been visiting on Sundays to watch the football and have a couple of drinks whilst watching the footie and yesterday he was not impressed having ordered a drink costing £3.10 and ordering the same drink half an hour later and being advised it was £4.10, he handed over £3.10 as he wanted to get rid of some change. The girl serving him had asked a colleague how much the drink was and she was clearly told £3.10 but having said £4.10 to my husband she didn't even apologise when he handed over exactly the same amount he'd paid earlier and the amount the other barperson had stated. This comes across as blatantly trying to cheat customers. As hubby was watching the football he didn't want to make a fuss but felt we had to write about it here so other can be warned!

Gran variedad de cervezas, local con gran calidez, muy acogedor. Decoración excelente y todos los deportes televisados a tu disposición! Domingos Roast Beef!!

アイリッシュパブは世界中にあります。でも、本当においしいアイルランド料理（ベーコン＆キャベツやアイリッシュシチューそしてソーダブレッドなど）を出すお店はロンドンでも多くはないと思います。Flynn'sのすごいところは美味しくオーセンティックな料理を驚くほど手ごろな値段で出してくれるということにあると思います。どんな食べ物でも、お金を出せば品質はあげられるでしょう。でも、日替わり定食が5ポンド以下でしかも美味しくお腹いっぱいになるというのは昨今のロンドンではかなりめずらしいことです。
