The German Doner Kebab restaurant is a hidden gem! Mateen, the front-of-house staff member, is outstanding. From the moment we walked in, he provided excellent service. He helped us choose from the menu and answered all our questions with patience. The kebabs were flavorful and fresh. Mateen’s professionalism and enthusiasm enhanced our visit. This restaurant has become our new favorite spot thanks to the fantastic food and Mateen’s remarkable service. Highly recommended!

Badly managed, loud music you may think you’re in a club, delivery riders piled up around the till and the staff are just clueless , I must admit the business idea has great potential but unfortunately the way this place is run is just awful .

Come to London for a couple of days, see the sites, chilling in the hotel few beers, smoke, feeling abit peckish, Uber eats one of these bad boys to the hotel, never been so surprised in my life, couldn’t believe it, Best kebab I’ve ever had, hands down !!!. Dry meat, soggy bread and could not taste much difference between our two orders, but cannot fault the fries and the sauces given.

OMG such a nice places and incredibly polite staff at greenford gdk, like there was this cute black boy i think his naMe was felice. He was sooo charming and well mannered, made me enjoy my food 10 times more. I truly believe he deserves a raise.

Food tasted good and excellent customer service especially from Sarika who made sure we left as happy customers.

I come to GDK here and there to pickup a takeaway, but this time I felt like sitting in. Sarika was very polite and friendly. She advised me to try a box as it worked out the same price but I got to try a new side. She also checked in to see if I liked it too. Will come back and sit in again :) thanks Sarika.

I am visiting west Ealing GDK since long time quality of the food and the taste never change. If you visit GDk please try Boss Box it better choice for every one. After opening dining we have visited again and service really good.

So its a extremely busy day me and my boss were hungry this is a saturday and we work in sales so its extremely busy. We thought lets order Online and we did. We ordered 2 boxes of boss box and IT WAS SOOOOO BAD... the food arrived 2 HOURS LATE..... on too of that the food was freezing cold... i dont know about you but i never would reheat fries it is not the same... and dont forget we are in the show room therefore other than a fridge we dont have a microwave.... we spent £34 on two meals alone and this was beyond terrible i need people to know that just because its expensive doesnt mean its quality service. They refused a refund ... both meals weren't touched at all ... you cant eat frozen cold meat wrap or chips as the oil on the wrap had gone cold and could be seen.... if there was words i could use to express how sad i was to spend my hard owned money and get service like this i would... i contacted them 6 times for a refund through the app as that is where i ordered from UBER eats and they inly responded yesterday saying NO... really ???? I want my REFUND.... i want the money i paid for your s’’’ service and delivery and everything else you didnt manage to provide.... dont charge people their money and then not send them what they expect... a cold doner wrap cannot be eaten.... 2 hours wait for a food is NOT acceptable.... dont accept orders if you and your working partner company cannot match on delivery times....
