First stated order be 13mins then jumped to 28mins. Food was cold when arrived .

Usually order from just eat and Food is always delicious, never had an issue. Whenever I come in, the atmosphere is good and staff members are nice and friendly. Definitely recommend!

We waited 30 minutes for our food despite being the only customers in the restaurant, apart from two delivery drivers. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. I had paid for extra garlic sauce and asked for it at the counter, but the staff insisted it was already inside the (kcl) kebab. I explained that on a previous visit, I didn’t have any garlic sauce in my kebab even though I paid for it, and the kebab was extremely dry. Just wanted to make sure that this time I will have actual sauce in there. Still, the request for a sauce pot was refused. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and I won’t be returning.

Ordered via Uber eats. Never again. Took over 40 minutes to make a boss box. Refused credit or even an apology blaming the driver despite me seeing that he was waiting a whole 30 minutes. Order from anywhere else. Management managed to put it right by offering a free placement by replying to the review. When eating in food, it still takes a long time and the food never arrives simultaneously just in drips and drabs so when one person finishes another just gets their food. Accepts Amex

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I received my order with the entire chicken burnt to a crisp – completely inedible. On top of that, several items were missing from the order, and when I contacted them for a refund, they were completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. For the prices they charge, this level of service and food quality is a disgrace. No apology, no solution, just poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again and I’d recommend others think twice before wasting their money.

The food was cold….the meat looked old…hard not eatable…the potato cakes were cold as hard as stones ….and I only live down the road so definitely not the drivers fault. My food went right in the bin…would I order again ? Never sorry !!!!

What I got was nice but I didn’t get everything. I was missing the doughnut bites but got the chocolate sauce they go with. Nothing to dip into though which is disappointing. I like the presentation in a box but trying to fit extras into it just squashes everything.

I’ve ordered chicken kebab and received undercooked meat, still pink in some places. Barely had any vegetables in it even though I’ve requested extra cabbage and tomato. It tasted awful (it didn’t even look like chicken) and it ended up in the bin. Now I have begun to have stomach issues. I used to order from this place and chicken was always cooked nice and crispy I don’t know what went wrong but I will avoid this place! It put me off completely!!!!!

I recently purchased a doner from your store in Greenford, and I was disappointed to find that the meat smelled off and seemed to be of poor quality. I recommend reviewing the hygiene standards and storage practices in your warehouse or store to ensure better quality control. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer satisfaction.

After one hour of waiting, I just received doner wrap instead of full order. I opened bag when driver was with me. He assured me that he would return to the restaurant for the rest of the order and deliver it. I waited outside in cold 15 minutes, but he didn't show up. The driver's behavior was disrespectful. I was left with a cold wrap, paying £33 for the order. I always order by your app but this time I'm disappointed. I will definitely never order food from German Doner Kebab again.

Extremely disappointed!! I placed the order at 5pm with a delivery to be made at 7pm. The food arrived on time but it was absolutely frozen cold! You can imagine what cold and soggy fries and meat taste like! When I called to make a complaint, the lady just said that the food was cooked at the time of placing an order and then delivered two hours later! This is unacceptable!

Anna, Anish and Vishal were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent compared to other branches I have visited.

I had an amazing experience at GDK, and it was all thanks to Abdu and Nour! Their service was absolutely top-notch. Abdu was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my order was perfect. My chips were cold, the panini could have a bit more meat in it.
