Ordered via Uber eats. Never again. Took over 40 minutes to make a boss box. Refused credit or even an apology blaming the driver despite me seeing that he was waiting a whole 30 minutes. Order from anywhere else. When eating in food, it still takes a long time and the food never arrives simultaneously just in drips and drabs so when one person finishes another just gets their food. Accepts Amex

The meat was not cooked. And the salad was missing. There were no customers to say that he didn't have time to cook it properly.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I received my order with the entire chicken burnt to a crisp – completely inedible. On top of that, several items were missing from the order, and when I contacted them for a refund, they were completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. For the prices they charge, this level of service and food quality is a disgrace. No apology, no solution, just poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again and I’d recommend others think twice before wasting their money.

There were only 2 tables full still they took 30 minutes, I don’t know if they have all tables full how can they manege. Very poor service.

The worst GDK, my order was wrong it's not the first time that happens. The food was cold, and the meat was overcooked.

Do buy any food from this pleace unless you wont food poisoning and food turned out late and cold . And wehen i contacted deliveroo to inforemed about my food poisoning The havent done anybthing about to resolved problem I have allrady filled feedback form Avoid this pleace for any cost

I’ve ordered chicken kebab and received undercooked meat, still pink in some places. Barely had any vegetables in it even though I’ve requested extra cabbage and tomato. It tasted awful (it didn’t even look like chicken) and it ended up in the bin. Now I have begun to have stomach issues. I used to order from this place and chicken was always cooked nice and crispy I don’t know what went wrong but I will avoid this place! It put me off completely!!!!!

I recently purchased a doner from your store in Greenford, and I was disappointed to find that the meat smelled off and seemed to be of poor quality. I recommend reviewing the hygiene standards and storage practices in your warehouse or store to ensure better quality control. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer satisfaction.

Extremely disappointed!! I placed the order at 5pm with a delivery to be made at 7pm. The food arrived on time but it was absolutely frozen cold! You can imagine what cold and soggy fries and meat taste like! When I called to make a complaint, the lady just said that the food was cooked at the time of placing an order and then delivered two hours later! This is unacceptable!

Anna, Anish and Vishal were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent compared to other branches I have visited.

Please give attention to cleaning.

Abdu was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my order was perfect. Food stone cold garlic pot missing

Ordered 2 OG kebabs and was just given bread and meat. No salad in both of them. Even more disappointing after waiting an hour.

Food was overcooked and cold. Delivery driver apologised but it wasn’t his fault.

Delivery driver was friendly and professional but unfortunately the restaurant staff forgot to include my drink and also gave me spicy curry ketchup instead of the regular one, my doner box also arrived cold. All in all I’m pretty disappointed.

The Doner box and fries I paid £2.99 for extra beef I didn’t see any difference to the normal size, I figured they sent me a normal size but I’m I’m going to order again and see if I get the correct amount this time
