Extremely disappointed!! I placed the order at 5pm with a delivery to be made at 7pm. The food arrived on time but it was absolutely frozen cold! You can imagine what cold and soggy fries and meat taste like! When I called to make a complaint, the lady just said that the food was cooked at the time of placing an order and then delivered two hours later! This is unacceptable!

Anna, Anish and Vishal were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent compared to other branches I have visited.

I had an amazing experience at GDK, and it was all thanks to Abdu and Nour! Their service was absolutely top-notch. Abdu was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my order was perfect. Nour’s professionalism and positive attitude stood out, and the way they worked together created such a welcoming atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, but it was their excellent customer service that made the visit truly memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back—thanks, Abdu and Nour, for making it such a great experience!

Was very happy with my service here today Anna was very nice with me very patient and kind as my order was long and I had to repeat it multiple times kitchen staff was fast and efficient especially reji and anish who was working very hard and being as quick as possible great service will 100% come back great guys

Very long to arrive to my table and staff watched me use machine knowing it’s not working and had a smirk on face as I did so. Didn’t think to tell me until I went up and asked.

Food stone cold garlic pot missing

Ordered 2 OG kebabs and was just given bread and meat. No salad in both of them. Even more disappointing after waiting an hour.

The Doner box and fries I paid £2.99 for extra beef I didn’t see any difference to the normal size, I figured they sent me a normal size but I’m I’m going to order again and see if I get the correct amount this time

Slowest gdk I have ever seen super slow on the delivery’s how can I wait for a 6 pound order for 30min on just eat I can’t cancel and I see these guys laughing while I’m stressed Cuh there super slow horrible i never even wrote a review in my life until now this is how bad it is

Delivery driver was friendly and professional but unfortunately the restaurant staff forgot to include my drink and also gave me spicy curry ketchup instead of the regular one, my doner box also arrived cold. All in all I’m pretty disappointed.

One of the worst experiences i’ve ever had, I asked for vegetarian kebab and they had gave me chicken… DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR VEGETARIANS!
