Costa Coffee in Ealing

2 cappuccino and 2 raspberry bakes ordered as take out. Raspberry bakes extremely dry and hard. Colleague who had ordered it had to go back to replace the bakes. The staff did replace them. Why were the stale raspberry bakes sold and given in the first instance. £ 5.40 for 2 bakes. Thankfully we were in the vicinity. Bad practice by the team at Costa Perivale Tesco.

Very bad customer service I had coffee with sandwich when they heat up the cheese molted nothing on bread I asked them to do me another one they refused I had only bread Thank you costa for customer service

the coffee shop that is making my day oftenly. just before tesco shopping, it feels so good to grab a cup of oat latte from there. they definitely deserve 5 stars. after renovation, it became even better.

On my visit early Saturday morning, the staff member who initially served me provided a wonderful coffee shop experience. Her service was perfect and set the tone for a relaxed weekend morning. However, shortly after, another staff member joined. While she was more noticeable with her lively presence, I felt she talks very loudly, shares a bit too much personal information, talking about her child, school matters, doctors appointments and her personal background. She seems to stare at me as well which is uncomfortable to say the least and her presence in the store is a tad overwhelming for a customer's experience. I believe there's a fine balance to maintain in a setting like this.

Just got two frappes for the kids from the drive through and they both contain coffee even after repeatedly checking that they would add no coffee. Even on collection when I reconfirmed, the lady got agitated and said no coffee. Drove off only to find that they both contain coffee. Kids can’t have them. Waste of money. I wish I could turn around.

Horrible experience! As it was closing I didn’t see so I asked this young man are you closing the guy replied no and laughed. But I saw the gate closed and I asked again are you closed he said yes. Him and his colleague a lady behind the till started laughing and speaking in their own language the lady replied in a rude manner can’t see you the table moved? My partner asked sorry what did you say they then carried on laughing and saying things to us as we left and using swear words. Would never ever go there again disgusting people working there not welcoming and not polite at all.

Costa Coffee at Tesco Superstore Hoover Building

This location is one of my favourite Costa’s. It’s seating area is so comfortable and inviting, and the drinks are always very well made and delicious. It’s very convenient that it’s located within the Tesco Hoover Building. Great ambiance and vibes!

Very attentive staff, always greeted on arrival not waiting long for drink. Drink always received customised. Staff very friendly and helpful also the shop it's always clean.

I went last Friday (on 11/09/2020) with my friend and staff were very rude and they spoiled my day..... As after coffee I was going to work ... They were not cleaning tables after costumer leaving so we put the rubies on other table. After we settled and staff came and he was RUDE I will never go there

I'm a weekly Costa customer, and love Costa, however the service here was terrible. I had to wait a long time to get served, and there was no one in line!! It took so long to get served that I got fed up and left.

Would be very nice if there were some tables outside; pity your parking time is limited so you have to shop quick and grab a coffee.

Coffee to me is more than roasted beans with milk! It is blended with care and passion about customers and their preferences and style. I loved it when I saw that awesome smile on Camelia's face and her remembering my last order although an infrequent customer I was, And her empathy and patince with others and elderly people. As usual served probably 80% at most of a full cup. Getting fed up asking for top ups. At £2.55 per cup the least I expect is a full cup. Looks like your baristas are all trained the same way. Very dodgy and think you're very lucky there is no legal definition of medium or large. Rip-off Britain at it's worst.
