Starbucks in Ealing

Went into Starbucks and mite as well spoken to a brick wall ? No greeting no passion and kinda rude if honest ? Asked them how business was to a nod and as I was leaving I wished all staff and merry xmas....to nothing in return , not even a nod this time .....for a time where people are desperate for work people should learn to respect the power of customer service

I am fussy about my lattes but I was very impressed with the quality, price and prompt arrival of my coffee here yesterday . The young lady who served me was kind, patient and helpful. The croissant was fresh and delicious. The place has a nice welcoming vibe and I will return. Thank you. This warm welcome was very much appreciated. Thank you to all the staff here.

Alan hizo para mí! Ya estaba teniendo un mal día y mi bebida no resultó de la manera que esperaba. Alan tomó tiempo para remodelar, lo cual fue un gesto muy amable que hizo mi día mejor. Yo uso este Starbucks al menos 2 - 3 veces a la semana, y este fue uno de mis favoritos de experiencia con ellos. Gracias al equipo increíble y gracias especiales a Alan.

Sono stato qui durante la mia vacanza a Londra per provare un tè e vicino ho assaggiato uno spettacolare muffin! Sul mondo starbucks niente da dire ...

but the place was pleasant and comfortable and i liked sitting with my coffee and uploading photos on my instagram account. so although i know people sometimes dislike it, i like this place

I popped by today first visit. Crumbs lying in and around patterises definitely invitation for flies. Not well managed..surely they can see this is not acceptable or attractive.. yikees

I am a big fan of star bucks cafe latte and rocky road. The combination is pretty good. The place is conveniently located but it does get a bit warm inside with a few flies roaming about. It's difficult to find a clean table in this humid chamber.

I went to this coffee shop with a Singaporean friend. We were not impressed with the tardy attitude of the staff we encountered. Two staff members rudely conducted a conversation in their own language rather than in English. This is not acceptable. The tables were dirty and it was a formica experience. I shall not return to this coffee shop.

I start all my Starbucks reviews like this – the food and drink is all the same - that’s why I go there! As such, I will only mention the quality of the food and drink if it is unusually good or bad. Generally, my review will focus on the atmosphere, location, layout and staff quality. Perfectly located on the corner of the entrance to the Hammersmith Tube Station, this store is comfortable and roomy. With windows on two frontages, bench seats inside and a decent outdoor seating area, the store enables customers to stretch out a bit. Although the area outside is busy, the store is removed from the hustle and bustle and provides a great vantage point to enjoy the comings and goings of Londoners, which is always interesting. A nice spot and perfectly located for Tube passengers. A big thumbs up.
