What a lovely atmospheric pub this is and the Indian food was exceptional and good value for the money. Customer service was excellent and we were made to feel welcome. If only we had this pub near us in Derbyshire! If you’re in this area it’s a must to visit.

Popins is an excellent community restaurant, offering freshly cooked food of good quality at good value. Friendly table service. Recommended.

I ordered with the estimated time of 15-30 minutes. It arrived after almost an hour and a half, the shop is less than 5 minutes away. I tried to call for an update after the time was pushed back for a third time but no answer from simmons, despite trying multiple times.

The most disgusting curry I have ever had. Was delivered the wrong item. Meat was tough and curry was watery and gross. Will never order again

All food is to exspencive over priced for the area .but the salad is fresh and clean .but prices needs to be looked at. Chips are dry and very tasteless

Never have a bad word to say about the food. The staff are always friendly.q There has only been maybe two occasions where I've had to wait a while for food to come out. They have an outside area that's nice in the summer. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces, however you can just park across the road near some houses.

ALL our food was cold. Pizzas were cold and sides were cold. The best thing about the order was the drinks. Am livid I spent nearly £50 on cold tasteless food. Would rather have spent £20 at the local chippy! Diabolical food!

Ordered 2x family deal, I'm not sure what happened as there was no way that was what I received, I have been ordering from here for years normally 1 of these is enough for us all but we had 2 extra guests so we Ordered 2, and everyone was still hungry after the pizzas have shrunk, so disappointed I will probably never order from here ever again now, I feel ripped off 🤨

I ordered just one large item from here which was Beef & Roast Pork Chow Mein main dish (LARGE) supposed to be! The owner lady on phone was blunt. What an absolute rip off it turned up slightly cold and was a regular portion chow mein meat one.On the bottom was noodles then some grissly beef and the roast pork and a few vegetables.It was not even full.Very disappointing overall and the chow mein sauce was watery.The great Chinese robbery......The meal cost £9.10.
