The food was fresh and I loved the service it was pretty quick. The manager of the store was very kind.

Not good food i was harrassed by an old man, the owner as he started stripping in front of me and started lap dancing on me.

Got a delivery from wenzles on saint alban road. After they forgot items off the order, the lady over the phone said it was not her fault and that they will not delivery the miss off items unless I order more food. Disgusting customer services as she was not apologetic and just straight up rude. Wenzles sort your staff out please.

Standard dominos. Exactly what we expected. We got a large pizza to go and ate it at the hotel. Nice pizza, reasonable price.

Filling was next to nothing, you would expect a good filling for £8

I ordered from them [AKA Valley Pizza] last night via just eat. I received the order in the time I expected. The driver delivered the order and left. I opened one of the starter/side boxes. It was the chicken strips I had ordered so I started eating. I hadn't opened the other boxes yet when I heard a knock on the window, it was the delivery who had delivered the wrong order for a house further down the street. I returned what I hadn't touched and he became rude and angry with me asking why did I take the order, insisting I had to pay for the wrong delivery, and that he was calling the person whose order he had incorrectly delivered. He blamed me for his mistake. The person whose order it was no longer wanted their order, and I cancelled the order online, but was still charged a cancellation fee.The driver's behaviour, the angry, confrontational way he spoke to me, attempting to lay the blame on me, and the fact that he tried to ring me later at 2;30 am in the morning was very inappropriate, and as a single female receiving a delivery at the time of night made me very uncomfortable. He was clearly angry at himself for his mistake but his reaction showed that he handled it very poorly, instead of apologising for his mistake and rectifying it with myself, and the other customer,

Hair in pizza and have photo to proof it and staff rude and not nice and I would not recommed this place

St Albans road McDonald’s is a shambles… The food is vile, cold and just disgusting. The amount of times my order has been incorrect, the amount of times I have found hairs in my food and so on. If your in a rush, you’d be better off driving the extra 10 mins to the garston maccies or just go hungry

I have been at least half a dozen times, because it convenient for my friend, i would go otherwise, as coffee is never hot, you have to drink straight away before it goes stone cold

This is a relatively new and spacious Costa with a drive-through. When we went it was not very busy but we could not find a clean table to eat at. They were all piled up with stuff from previous customers. When we asked at the counter for someone to clean a table one of the staff very reluctantly agreed to clean one table. This involved just moving the mess. As we were in a pandemic I had to ask again if they would wipe down the table. Again they very reluctantly agreed to do this. We then wanted to wash our hands but there was only one working toilet and we had to queue to use it.

Take-away. Fried chicken tasted ok, but was dry after having been kept under heat lamps to keep ward, Chick wrap was strange--made with french fries in it rather than the usual salad-y things. Friendly staff.

Vivek Patel gives good service and makes excellent pizza.

Food is awful my chow mein was burnt and my Kung po literally came half full. Don't waste your time ordering from here it's honestly disgusting
