Tesco Cafe in Watford

This isn't the greatest food in the world but it's reasonably priced, all things considered, and earlier reviews have imho been a bit tough on it.

I have been at least half a dozen times, because it convenient for my friend, i would go otherwise, as coffee is never hot, you have to drink straight away before it goes stone cold

Visited the cafe for breakfast this morning. Things to note include: The sausage was warm not hot. The beans were served cooler than warm. The hash browns were not crispy as expected. The egg was freshly cooked and hot but some of the white was raw. The plate was cold. This sucked whatever heat had been in the food out of it. Clearly, several items had been precooked but were not kept hot enough. The tea was good. The service was excellent. Shame about the food. A place to avoid

Ordered the "Finest" Beef burger with chips for £8, it took about 25min to come, and it just tasted like fat. Couldn't eat it so won't be returning.
