Used to order from here regularly… ordered For first time in a while and was awful. Won’t be back … Wrong mushrooms sent , chicken in wraps changed and not for the better and corn was literally pouring with water. Massively gone down hill. Wasted money

Absolutely disgusting! Never had such a bad takeaway! Everything was cold. Burgers stale also didn’t get what we asked for in them. I couldn’t even eat the taco it literally tastes like dog food and the chips were rock hard because they have been fried multiple times! We contacted the restaurant and was spoken to rudely, they couldn’t have cared less. Will never return.

Ordered and food arrived so quickly (much faster than estimated time), was hot and tasted really good! Brilliant service - thank you!

I order here regularly. Decent taste. The quality of the ingredients is always top-notch, and the pizzas are consistently fresh and flavorful.

They used to be ok but my web site order didn't have the ingredients I ordered. I phoned twice to explain that I wasn't given what I ordered but the staff didn't want to listen to me and they were just defensive. I asked for the manager to call me when he was next in and he didn't. I wanted to help him to understand that there is a problem on their website that resulted in me receiving the wrong pizza. No one wanted to know or care. I can't order from them again if I can't be sure I'll receive the food I want or not receive food I don't want. Trust me, if you don't like jalapeno peppers they will ruin your pizza. I think the food bin enjoyed it though. I gave 2 stars because they used to be better.

order food and gets cancelled 30mins after order. This is 3rd time in 3 weeks. service is abysmal and the staff are really rude

My partner and I have never had a problem with this place nor their drivers. I just had a horrible ordeal with an aggressive argumentative incompetent driver and I've made a complaint through uber Eats as well as calling the restaurant. My partner also called the restaurant. The restaurant tells both of us that it is not a driver from their restaurant and rather a driver from uber Eats. This restaurant uses drivers from their restursnt like it states while waiting for your order. Also, if it was an uber Eats driver I would have all their details like their name and picture! I appreciate that the restaurant apologised over the phone but it seemed like they didn't want to deal with it so my partner explained to them himself what had happened. I'm shocked by his behaviour, it was uncalled for. By the time that was all over I had stale cold food to eats which I had unfortunately paid for. Won't buy from them again because I know they use their own staff as drivers, and I never want this man sent to my door again.

Normally I order at the shop and wait and never have a problem. This was my second time ordering for delivery both a disaster today all 3 pizzas over done on top with soggy bases and COLD. NO garlic bread delivered !!! I called up to be met by a guy who didn't seem to understand much about what I was saying he said he will give me a bottle of drink when I next order... Wow is that it...thanks. He said he will send the garlic bread back out, I am still waiting. EDIT Garlic bread was delivered along with 3 New pizzas. Which looked alot better and like you would get when you go in and order. I am grateful for this but would have liked to have been told when I called and complained that new ones would be done. The guy I spoke with at the time was useless.

Never have problems when I collect! Ordered a delivery and it was delivered cold and missing items. However restaurant sent out the order again, and the delivery driver was lovely!

Great fully loaded pizza's, good quality burgers, large potions and at a great value for money! We've been ordering from here regularly for a few months now and the service is amazing, they always make sure to deliver on the dot when we're fasting. The guys are great with instructions and really do care for the customer. I see some of these other reviews are negative but I haven't had a single bad experience to this day.

Bunch of real unprofessional, arrogant people running this sick shop. - they advertise false deals - their website offer products, which they decline based on their discreation - they are making money by false online informaiton - called mis-selling and online fraud. - they serve low quality on special deals products They offered me a pizza last wednesday under a deal, and this week they declined, even when this deal was on their online ordering website. I would recomend to be away from them....

Food arrived stone cold. No one would reimburse me, I couldn’t feed my two children, so after pulling a 12 hours shift in the ER I had to come home and cook when we were looking forward to a nice burger. I will be contacting health and safety due to this. Deliveroo is also a shambles and they did nothing either

This is the second time I order from them and it’s again a disappointment… I ordered 2 calzones and both were uncooked properly , the dough on top was extremely raw and I couldn’t see it because it was all covered in mozzarella. I felt like had to put it in the oven for another 20 mins to finish the job lol. 👎🏻

Possibly the worst order ever, 90 mins for a delivery, stone cold pizza and garlic bread, forgot tacos and didn't even taste fresh, but that could be because how cold it was

Great local takeaway with a huge range. Their Chicken Fillet New York burger is amazing.

The pizza is well made except the fact it needed basic seasoning.

I ditched Costco pizza for their 20" cheese pizza a while back and so far it hasn't disappointed. They've also tweaked the recipe & the crust here and there and I really liked that too. I've also tried the doner box and it while it was a very small portion, it was warm & delicious! I can't deny that I've had a few issues with their deliveries in the past, but they've mostly made the effort to make it right with a refund or a replacement and thats all I really want at the end of the day - great food and a restaurant that respects their loyal customers. Keep it up guys! UPDATE: unfortunately I’ve had to downgrade this review from 4 stars to a 1star - as with most good restaurants, management, chef or staff eventually change or they simply become complacent and unfortunately that’s happened here. Food quality has become really poor - with cold burnt pizzas arriving, bitter dry tandoori chicken dishes, sauceless burgers, and even dietary requests being ignored out of spite. Staff have even been rude and sarcastic on the phone, dropping orders on UberEats when you try to use the rewards you’ve earnt to try and force you to spend more money with them and while the price may seem reasonable the constant 60-90min delivery times just screams - go elsewhere! Its back to Costco for me when I feel like a treat.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had!!! I ordered a triple burger meal deal, simple and straightforward. I waited one hour before trying to contact the restaurant, of which I was put on hold and virtually completely ignored for 15 minutes before hanging up and calling straight back. To which I was shouted at by a rude man and again brushed to one side. I was courteous to provide them an additional 30 mins, to which I called back again - the 3rd time. At least this person had the courage to apologise and reassured me the food was on its way. So I waited an additional 30 mins. About 2 and a half hours later... I phone back... and they say it will be with me in 5 mins. FINALLY!!!! The longest I have had to wait for a takeaway in years and years. The food was stone cold when it did eventually show, and the chips were simply inedible - just like cardboard. What an absolutely appaling show of unprefessionalism and lack of empathy. And a severe shortcoming in its poor quality of food. No one should have to wait 2.5 - 3 hours for a takeaway!!! Absolutely dreadful , I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I DEMAND A REFUND FOR WASTING MY TIME!!! And I would like a confirmation of acknowledgment to this review, a reply back, and a personal apology 🤬🤬🤬

Missing kebab. Reheated fries. Chicken kebab over cooked, dry and I guess reheated and we couldn't eat it. After saying to the driver we were missing a kebab he left for a few minutes and then knocked back on my door and said he spoke to the 'chef' and then I was basically called a liar by the chef. I asked the driver to step into my kitchen to have a look for it! I called the shop and they got it with two barrels. Imagine calling a customer a liar! I'm glad we didn't get the second kebab tbh. Was offered a refund in the morning so we will see if that happens. We ordered regularly from here during the lockdown and it was fabulous but we stopped ordering takesways for a while so we are ordered on the basis of the previous quality. What has happened to them? Not ordering again.

Had a lovely pizza and sides from here. Order arrived quickly too!

Food is good prices fair portions good.

The beef and the chicken with pastas came in tomato-sauces, which slightly disappointed me as I would have preferred a creamy sauce. BUT the menu said it came with Home Pizza's own pizza sauce, so I shouldn't have been! Anyway, my other half declared HIS Beef with Pasta meal delicious and - if I hadn't dropped half of mine on the floor(!) - I imagine that might have been my view too! We intend to buy food there again - maybe not a pizza as we have plenty of alternatives locally for them, but certainly for a pasta meal!

Absolutely terrible food and service!!!!! Hardly any sauce on the kebabs and chips, the food was cold (I live 2 minutes from the restaurant) , when I phoned and complained the manager wasn’t bothered and when I said about a review he said “just do what you have to do”. I will NEVER use them again!!!!!! So upset with this restaurant and their service! I’ve just read some of the other reviews and a lot of people saying the same thing! Do not give your money to these people, they really don’t care, if I could give 0/5 stars I would even -10. For the purposes of the restaurant I ordered my food on Sat 17th April between 19:30/20:00. They only want your money and don’t care about good service beware and steer clear!!!!

Food was great. Had a big order with 2 7ups 3 pizzas and some ice creams. With me and a couple of mates. But there was a slight problem. We received two fantas. I know end of the world. Well not. I spoke to the manager and he said we send you out two new drinks.driver comes in 10 minutes later with two fresh bottles and says " it's on the house from the manager" whoa thank you so much to him I would order from you guess when im back in town

Food was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a take away service! Over 2hours late for the food to be delivered. Calls were being answered and assured it wouldn’t be long. 2hours late on delivery Stone cold food Sloppy and messy presentation Called up after delivery and the spoke with (claimed) management who offered 50% off next delivery OR refund. Over a month later they never refunded the food. They are the most useless takeaway service I’ve used!

Who has been giving this place a bad review here! Such a busy place and I am always served with a smile. Never had a problem with any order and the food is just amazing.

Can’t rate this kebab shop highly enough. The quality and quantity of the food is superb and great value for money. The service is always fantastic, and delivery is quick and courteous. It’s now become our regular spot.

This is the second time we've had pizza from here. The first time was a delivery which was fine, I don't recall anything bad. The other day we did a collection and here are the issues: - masks under the chin, not covering the mouth and nose - no gloves used - guy touching his nose - same tools used to cut vegetarian and meat pizzas - guy shaking hand of colleague that was starting his shift, no hand washing before starting work on food - I asked to add chilli. The chilli seemed to be embedded in the base sauce, and so was quite hot. Luckily I like spicy food, but this was not ideal. - yes we still ate the food as figured the oven heat would kill the germs, it was late and we were hungry. -2 stars as it tasted alright

I’m a single mom and I order for delivery and after 1 h they told me that I can have my pizza cause the driver can not park on my street to deliver my order this is unbelievable

I absolutely love this place, order all the time! Always comes hot and fresh! Their homemade garlic and chilli sauces are the absolute bomb!! Would highly recommend to anyone for a decent kebab - the pizzas are good too!!

I ordered the jumbo hot dog and spicy wings. The food is in the bin now, that’s how awful it was. The hot dog isn’t like a normal hot dog, it was a very gross sausage and the wings tasted like garbage! I could feel that they were fried in old oil plus the chicken tasted like it was out of date for a long time! I feel sick to my stomach...worst food I’ve ever eaten!!

Absolutely awful. Ended up cancelling after my order was an hour late. Phoned several times and told "it was on its way" every time. Avoid at all costs.

I'd give 0 star if I could. Ordered via Uber eats which was accepted, being made and "on its way" rather quickly. After an hour, it still hadn't arrived so I called the restaurant to request an update.. To only then be told that Noone had bothered to check the screen because it hadn't printed and it wasn't even made, and it was all Ubers fault!!! And then to be offered to cancel the order?! I ordered food for a reason - to be fed! The guy on the phone gave poor customer service, no understanding whatsoever and told me that he'd "try to get it sorted", not good enough. I want it sorted and delivered like promised. When it eventually arrived, I checked the order while the delivery driver was there and everything seem to be there. I opened the pizza box and found that it hadn't even be cut. I sliced it myself and went to pick it up to then have it break and flop back into the box. The dough was undercooked, floppy and raw, and the pizza itself was tasteless. The only tasty thing that had arrived was the premade bought dip pots 🙄 I got through a few bites of the pizza and gave up and moved on to the cheesecake to then find that it was STILL FROZEN Wow. If you can't be bothered to cook food and deliver properly to customers with half a decent customer service then I'd suggest you don't have a restaurant at all. First and last time ordering from here, be warned.

Today first time buy lunch from them, really I am very disappointed. All food was not cooked properly, burger filet was still cold and not cooked properly,and pizza was also not cooked completely and tasteless. This is wake up message for them. Because it is very dangerous for health when food is not cooked properly. So don't play with public health.

Ordered from their new branch, and whilst they messed the order up (forgiveable. I was being complex), they bent over backwards to fix it. Food was excellent

A very good friend treated us to a takeaway. We ordered Kebabs and Pizza with chips. The chips did not arrive with the order, our friend phoned the restaurant. The chips were delivered 10/15 minutes later which were THE WORST CHIPS ever! It was like eating cardboard. They went straight in the bin - what a waste! Personally, I thought the kebab was mediocre. Our friend had a medium pizza which was similar size to a small pizza in other restaurants. Overall, VERY mediocre. Would not use Home Pizza again

If I could give a 0 star review I would, I ordered two full rack of BBQ spare ribs meals. I got home and they gave me the wrong spare ribs and were cold. I called to inform them and the manager said 'there is nothing they can do now'. Don't bother going there unless you want to throw your money away and still be hungry! I will not be going back.

Ordered from here for the first time today and all I can say it was amazing, I ordered the chicken roll, and a 12" pepperoni,jalapeno, sweetcorn and pineapple pizza with stuffed crust. Perfect amount of cheese to toppings,chickens were on point. Ibwas surprised they had delivered to borehamwood and so quickly aswell. Highly recommend and have now found my new pizza place!

Second time ordering as it's a closest takeaway to my house... I forgot wht I was never using it... and it was a good reminder today.. Ordered medium pepperoni pizza to takeaway... First of all price was £3 more that it was promoted in the window add... Guy tried to explain me why but I just got note confused...my fault but I was hungry... Second disappointment was the size of it... flavour is average..even for very hu gry person... avoid it all costs

review Don’t bother Ordered direct through the website. After a hour it said enjoy. Wait a further 10minutes and call up to be told it’s on its way according to a female voice. 20 minutes Later call up again and told will be another 10 minutes. Refused a refund, but after much arguing told will give me a refund in 48hrs. Guess time will tell. Ryan makes excuses that owner can’t be contacted. But then speaks to him. Not allowed the managers name as data protection. Promises a call back but I’m sure this will be a lie also. Avoid!

First time I've ordered from Home Pizza and it was Incredibly disappointing. Medium pizza is very small (it's the size of a small compared to other pizza chains) and the regular chips are also small portions (come in a tiny container). They also got my order incorrect (BBQ base when I requested tomato) and the pizza and chips were cold. Overall it's expensive for the small portions and my order was cold and incorrect. If I could give it zero stars I would.

A main dish missing from the delivery (only ordered 7 items so not a bit order), upon ringing up we were told it would take 15-20 minutes, after 40 minutes it finally turned up. The other dishes were good apart from a mixed kebab which had no donner meat and the other meat was tough, some uneatable. The kebab roll (which was The late meal) also had no salad in. The chicken was on the other hand very good and the only thing I would recommend. Overall will definitely be going else where next time

my order 'got lost' on their uber eats system. they cancelled over an hour after I placed the order. it's gone 10pm, going to bed on an empty stomach. not at all satisfied.

Used to go regular for a kebab box late night snack...... but kept argueing over 50p sauces that i was more than happy to pay for. This happened with over 4 different staff which were orders given by the manager. The worst thing about it is the manager himself refused to sell me sauces with the kebab box insisting i can only have sauce inside the box. Although i was willing to pay and i found this to be obscured. Not worth having a 50p arguement over sauces just came to buy a kebab and will never go back.!!!

We eat from here often. Always a wicked pizza full of toppings. Kebabs are nice also. When you go into the shop you can see a nice clean kitchen. Worth every penny

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Ordered from here Saturday and haven't eaten a thing since as have been violently sick ever since, I assume it's the chicken wings that gave me food poisoning as my partner was fine she didnt have the chicken. Apart from that the pizza was soggy and undercooked. Never again.

Ordered a doner pizza and a burger meal from this place despite reading negative reviews. So guess what, the doner meat smelt and tasted off and I found hair on the chips!!! Contacted the shop and was told the staff at the shop are all bold so it couldn't have been them....which is not true....like why would i complain if it was my own???? Doesn't make sense.....the owner said he was not looking to replace the food or give a refund although i spent over £12 and threw it all away..... and was very rude on the phone. The doner meat was a huge let down. They sound very friendly taking your order but when they've taken your money, they don't care about customer service at all. There are better and tastier shops elsewhere. The reviews I've read are true, do not come to this place as you would be let down and your money would be wasted!

I always used Just eat to order from here and I’m a regular customer but I thought I’d try there “new” website! Worst mistake ever, chips and Fanta missing then open my plain chicken strip wrap to find lettuce and onions! I ordered no to every option of sauce and salad and then I phone up to be told it wasn’t shown on the order and now I have to wait 25 minutes for it to rectified! It wasn’t my fault your website has issues! Won’t be ordering from them again. If you do order I’d stick to ordering from just eats website

The bouncer is clearly ageist. As my friend and I are over 40 and sober, we weren't allowed in. 3 younger guys followed us and we're allowed entrance no questions. Won't be going back.

Very good and tasty pizza but "mix kebab" is wasting money-nearly £10 and i had just 4 pieces of meat in it, salad only...there are very frendly staff expect blond lady on the till-she is very rude and she don't eaven say hi or bye to you...

First time ordering as it's only been open one or two days I got the vegetarian calzone with Peri-Peri fries and so far so good very fresh tasting though and fresh ingredients definitely a five-star from me and I will be going there again 5☆
