love the tuna subs always fresh

Unprofessional staff ......no one understand proper English The sub was disgusting and the meat smelt off. I had to throw my food away. The staff also need a few lessons on good customer service, seems like they want to continue their conversation and left me standing there for a few minutes to be served. I suggest you go elsewhere. Listen to the reviews.

Took over an hour from ordering when told 35-45 mins

The delivery time changed a couple times (only by 10mins at a time). Some of the fillings were missed off the order which was quite annoying. Overall the food was alright but would have been better with all the toppings we ordered.

1 person who barely knows english working, completely understaffed. asked for my usual footlong and didn’t bother asking about any extras and closed the sub without asking resulting in the sub unable to open again (due to cheese) didn’t even cut my sub in half which i wont complain about but my hand is broken and was unable to break it myself

Really bad service yesterday staff couldn't understand English meatballs served cold asked 4 times to sort it wasn't done wasn't only customer in there it happened too ended up with food poisoning from it asda don't deal with complaints as they sublet space subway head office noone to answer calls has to be done online complete waste of time and money only put 1 star as can't leave 0

Unfortunately half my order was missing so really frustrating however just eat did issue credit but would have preferred food.

I love Subway. So healthy, fresh, + clean.

It's very hazardous experience...all staff change..they are misbehave with everyone...food quality is Zero and staff attitude 100... safety and security also bottom of the regulations....wish to close the shop🤌

the driver went to the wrong address, this has happened twice now. please sort it out

I visited may be Friday morning between 10-11 am had the pleasure of visiting the local Subway franchise, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience, thanks to one outstanding lady employee. From the moment I entered the establishment, I was greeted by a friendly smile and a warm welcome. They went above and beyond to make my visit truly memorable.

Monday morning I visited the store the lady's name is nirali she Served me she is very knowledgeable girl for subway because I asked her many questions about the allergen and about the price and offer and everything she replyed me nicely and good even she suggest me to check allergen list....I visited before many subway but other subway staff don't know about the allergen list what is the allergen product etc.. all over very good experience and thank you so much Nirali for Nice breakfast subway

Ordered a meal for 2, toasted pesto chicken 6 inch with 2 hot sides. All turned up cold. No toasted 6 inch, cheese bites cold and wedges looked anaemic! For £25 this was appauling!

I ate a sandwich with meatballs one of which was dry and off (something was wrong)and got spat out and have felt sick for almost 9 hours.... I won't be having meatballs here ever again! I usually order bespoke but the server always struggles to understand me (English isn't most of the staffs first language, but they are all friendly and helpful, so I'm sure over time it will improve) so I ordered a menu standard item (I'm a food fuss, so avoid as there is always something I want removed replaced so why cause a fuss just order bespoke - offers are not always great then and today I didnt want the long confused looks ... No substitutions or alterations... Never again. The atmosphere is actually quite nice for a Subway, its modern and fresh and bright and airy ...and is usually clean ish. The refillable drinks had ran out of Pepsi Max (my fav) but others were available. I do usually stuggle with hearing people here very softly spoken then ...the dreaded plastic COVID shield at the till and I always have to ask three times what they said or get a friend to repeat (horribly embarrassing) apologies to the staff.

Later is very poorly done. It wasn’t man properly with a massive queue and it was only one person at shop and she also had an argument with another person moaning about the fact that she wasn’t getting it. We didn’t get our order when she knows she done will not go to it again, improve the staff and improve the people.

The service was quick and simple, so I could get my food on time. I was glad that my coupon came in handy too! The chairs were really heavy though, but overall everything was good.

Staffs are Nice and pleasant. Service is quite good. Everytime I got there when I need to shop in Asda and today I took my kids to eat overthere and we were all happy😊

The food did not taste fresh at all, the sauce tasted out of date and the nachos chicken tasted rather odd

Queued for 20 minutes, by the time my sandwich got through to the salad part it was cold. It’s frustrating when you only have a short time for lunch and it takes this long.

2 hours after ordering. My order finally came. Cold & ruined. So dissatisfying. Won’t be ordering again

Awful service! Woman went and got her phone to scan my points without asking me to scan my phone! Cheek! The people in there are always more interested in arguing with each other or checking their phones. The only reason we still go is because it’s convenient. But you need to make sure you have at least 45 minutes spare for just one sub. I saw someone doing a delivery order and she didn’t change her gloves after touching meat to then make a vegetarian sub! Oh and the microwave has been broken for months!

According to your website the store inside Asda Watford closes at 21:30, I went into the store at 21:10 and was told the store closes at 21:00 so I wasn’t able to get anything. I went into the same store again today at 21:16 and I was told that the store was closed once again I was not able to get anything

Sub was toasted did not want it toasted. Asked for salad dressing not to be put all over the salad but on the side. Salad was covered in dressing

How can they get hot so wrong. Both subs had the wrong bread. The salad was all wrong too. Both had tomato and cucumber in when it wasn’t asked for.

Bad customer service, they told me I wasn’t allowed to sit down and eat with my little boy. The customer before me was allowed to sit but they said no to me even though it was 45 minutes before closing time they lied and said the shop was only open for a further 10 minutes. I was very polite to them and didn’t deserve this discrimination. This has given me a bad experience so I won’t be buying my subway from there again

This could be one of the worst Subways in the UK.. let down by the unprofessional staff . None of the tables are clean and the staff kept talking to each other loud while preparing the food with out a face mask

Avoid at all costs if possible! the staff are rude and burnt my subway ( this was due to the metal thing inside falling on my subway and instead of moving it then manager just closed to oven and cooked it still ). I will not return again. I hope they sort out the staff

It took around 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me and my friend were waiting to order there was no que and when we were ordering they were rude and didn’t get our orders right.

The food never turned up that’s how late it was Really annoyed and completely ripped off, tried to call restaurant and no answer! They even sent a email to say delivered

5 staff, all speaking I assume Hindi to each other rather than explaining what I need todo. Price charged was higher to what is displayed on the boards above counter. Was unable to choose my bread, or what salad, neither could I choose a source. Never had a sub look so dead, and end up with something I didn’t initially want.

I order this at 10.18 for scheduled order at 1225 as I’m working from home in between meetings and my order arrived cold late at gone 1pm despite calling the restaurant direct who told me the driver had collect my order over 40mins before the scheduled delivery time I requested the driver arrived over hour late and said he collected the order 7mins prior to arrival to my address when I said I don’t want or need this now he threw it in my bin! Told me to contact you as he was just the driver! I have emailed twice now and I want a full refund please for this order!

Gave us half of our food and when we went back to ask for the rest they told us that there was nothing we could do. Wouldn’t even reheat the sandwiches for us that were freezing when we got them. Refused any refund as well…

The male server was very kind and the food was decent however I believe there was not enough chicken tikka in the sub and the Female server was quite rude and seemed to have an attitude despite the fact I remained very polite and respectful to her the whole time

I am work in Asda, I went to subway on my break, two indian girls work there and they talk each other and take long time to serve me, I have been waiting nearly 10 to 15 minutes for one order, the best thing is I am the only customer, one more driver waiting there for food, they checking there phones and they both talk some gossips and never care about customers, bad service I have ever seen, date 7th March 18.00pm

Awful service, don’t think they could be any slower if they tried. Messing up all orders in the line, not allowing me to choose my own salad and sauce. Generally not having a clue what they are doing. Not changing gloves between each sub being made, also standing around playing on phones. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this subway again.

Food was cold, sandwich appeared to have not been toasted, the bread seemed dry and slightly stale tasting, and one of the cookies appeared to have had a bite taken out of it! So it was either misshapen (if so, it should have been spotted and removed), or there is something very gross going on at Subway!

subs were not labelled so had to open them all up to find out the filling Maybe write on the outer paper what the subs are

Thy are a joke. 7.35 shop closed. Came in rang them they open shutters was told I need to wait 30-40 min to get bread baked. This is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke to the restaurant after waiting for 25 mins for an update to show up. They advised that the order had been picked up from the restaurant at 1.40-1.50PM. I did not receive my order until 2.40 and on top of that there was no update on the screen, it was just showing as waiting for update. I am not ordering for just eat again. The food is cold and inedible. I want a FULL refund. Thanks.

Awful awful awful experience. They do not change gloves between customers, really stingy on fillings, quite rude when you ask them correct the fact that they have loaded your sandwich with wrong sauce or toppings. Im pregnant and have intolerances, there is no need to be so rude to customers. Some subways overfill your sandwiches... these guys dont add half as much as youd expect. Avoid this place.

The sub meatball salad was the best salad I have ever had it was so delicious and so filling I was given lots of options to choose from and was able to check the calories and work out what was the best to eat without having too many calories to my meal and without having to eat carbs

Delivery was good but given wrong sub bread only one bottle of coke instead of two and missing couple cookies when phoned restaurant they was very rude

The restaurant rang me to say toaster wasn’t working did I want cold sandwich to which I said no and could they refund me the money please. The woman barely understood me an I struggled to catch what she was saying at first, after 3 minutes going back & fourth, she finally said sorry for the mistake the toaster was working!! It turned up it had been microwaved there was barely any filling I was totally disappointed!
