The food was lovely, lots of options. The restaurant was extremely clean, I watched the man clean each table after someone had sat down. Plenty of space for wheelchair users. Also enough space for pushchairs and trolleys. The atmosphere was a bit dead, I think they should play music to give it a bit of life.

Unprofessional staff ......no one understand proper English The sub was disgusting and the meat smelt off. I had to throw my food away. The staff also need a few lessons on good customer service, seems like they want to continue their conversation and left me standing there for a few minutes to be served. I suggest you go elsewhere. Listen to the reviews.

The delivery time changed a couple times (only by 10mins at a time). Some of the fillings were missed off the order which was quite annoying. Overall the food was alright but would have been better with all the toppings we ordered.

1 person who barely knows english working, completely understaffed. asked for my usual footlong and didn’t bother asking about any extras and closed the sub without asking resulting in the sub unable to open again (due to cheese) didn’t even cut my sub in half which i wont complain about but my hand is broken and was unable to break it myself

Monday morning I visited the store the lady's name is nirali she Served me she is very knowledgeable girl for subway because I asked her many questions about the allergen and about the price and offer and everything she replyed me nicely and good even she suggest me to check allergen list....I visited before many subway but other subway staff don't know about the allergen list what is the allergen product etc.. all over very good experience and thank you so much Nirali for Nice breakfast subway

I ate a sandwich with meatballs one of which was dry and off (something was wrong)and got spat out and have felt sick for almost 9 hours.... I won't be having meatballs here ever again! I usually order bespoke but the server always struggles to understand me (English isn't most of the staffs first language, but they are all friendly and helpful, so I'm sure over time it will improve) so I ordered a menu standard item (I'm a food fuss, so avoid as there is always something I want removed replaced so why cause a fuss just order bespoke - offers are not always great then and today I didnt want the long confused looks ... No substitutions or alterations... Never again. The atmosphere is actually quite nice for a Subway, its modern and fresh and bright and airy ...and is usually clean ish. The refillable drinks had ran out of Pepsi Max (my fav) but others were available. I do usually stuggle with hearing people here very softly spoken then ...the dreaded plastic COVID shield at the till and I always have to ask three times what they said or get a friend to repeat (horribly embarrassing) apologies to the staff.

Later is very poorly done. It wasn’t man properly with a massive queue and it was only one person at shop and she also had an argument with another person moaning about the fact that she wasn’t getting it. We didn’t get our order when she knows she done will not go to it again, improve the staff and improve the people.

Awful service! Woman went and got her phone to scan my points without asking me to scan my phone! Cheek! The people in there are always more interested in arguing with each other or checking their phones. The only reason we still go is because it’s convenient. But you need to make sure you have at least 45 minutes spare for just one sub. I saw someone doing a delivery order and she didn’t change her gloves after touching meat to then make a vegetarian sub! Oh and the microwave has been broken for months!

Bad customer service, they told me I wasn’t allowed to sit down and eat with my little boy. The customer before me was allowed to sit but they said no to me even though it was 45 minutes before closing time they lied and said the shop was only open for a further 10 minutes. I was very polite to them and didn’t deserve this discrimination. This has given me a bad experience so I won’t be buying my subway from there again

5 staff, all speaking I assume Hindi to each other rather than explaining what I need todo. Price charged was higher to what is displayed on the boards above counter. I order this at 10.18 for scheduled order at 1225 as I’m working from home in between meetings and my order arrived cold late at gone 1pm despite calling the restaurant direct who told me the driver had collect my order over 40mins before the scheduled delivery time I requested the driver arrived over hour late and said he collected the order 7mins prior to arrival to my address when I said I don’t want or need this now he threw it in my bin! Told me to contact you as he was just the driver! I have emailed twice now and I want a full refund please for this order!

Awful service, don’t think they could be any slower if they tried. Messing up all orders in the line, not allowing me to choose my own salad and sauce. I spoke to the restaurant after waiting for 25 mins for an update to show up. They advised that the order had been picked up from the restaurant at 1.40-1.50PM. I did not receive my order until 2.40 and on top of that there was no update on the screen, it was just showing as waiting for update. I am not ordering for just eat again. The food is cold and inedible. I want a FULL refund. Thanks.

Awful awful awful experience. They do not change gloves between customers, really stingy on fillings, quite rude when you ask them correct the fact that they have loaded your sandwich with wrong sauce or toppings. Im pregnant and have intolerances, there is no need to be so rude to customers. Some subways overfill your sandwiches... these guys dont add half as much as youd expect. Avoid this place.

The sub meatball salad was the best salad I have ever had it was so delicious and so filling I was given lots of options to choose from and was able to check the calories and work out what was the best to eat without having too many calories to my meal and without having to eat carbs

All vegetables are burnt, I can't it this burn, do not order from this pizzeria. If you call them and tell them the pizza is burnt on top, they tell you to contact the company that delivers it (in this case Just Eat), which has nothing to do with how the pizza is made.
