Never order in a big order they will miss 80% of the stuff out

Half the drinks spilt in the bags, no syrup or butter with pancakes, roll was also squashed and all come out of the bun

Part of the order was missing food was quite cold and nobody answers the telephone

The food from Asda Mcds is always hot, delivered on time or early. Never had a problem.

Drink spilled everywhere bag was dripping. Left out parts of order and the delivery guy absolutely reeked of BO

No sauces delivered with chicken nuggets again!! Chips awful and burgers not warm x all delivered cold and seemed like been sitting at restaurant for ages

Drink had fallen over on the way here so the bag of food and everything in it was soaking wet and had to go without one drink due to it falling over.

can't get orders right let alone put food together correctly and package correctly. drinks leaked in bag and sauce spilled all over drinks.

was only delivered our drinks no food.... now you won't give me a refund for the food!!

not happy at all, app says my food was delivered but it wasn't! discussed at the fact I paid for food and it was delivered. I suggest someone has a chat with the driver to see why it wasn't delivered.

My entire order was wrong. I was messing food I customise my order and the things I didn’t want in it was still in all of it.

So every time we get a delivery we seem to either loose a drink because it falls over. It’s about time drivers take more care when driving fast and taking bends sharply

Usually use the Asda McDonald’s as it always comes hot instead of the other McDonald’s.. this time I had missing order and was stone cold but yet the order was with me within 15 minutes

Food never arrived.. didn't receive anything I want my money back

THIS IS 2 times Ed was rude, he didn't come to my table with table service!!! Instead he made me go to the counter with a broken foot. not only this but he made my 2 other friends get up and get there’s as well. Completely and utterly disgusting. He also kept looking over at us which was very of putting. I’m Very disappointed Ed

I am order chicken burger but when I receive my food chips is cold the cold drink bottle is broken and the chicken burger coming is with out chicken petty just burn and sauce , even when I order the food on just I was clearly mention can you put extra mayonnaise in my chicken burger and even I mentioned also about beef allergy so plz give my money refund otherwise next time i am to not sure I am order the food in your store thank you

The delivery time was good but the quality of the food wasn’t really good they didn’t fill my McFlurry up enough they didn’t fill my drink up enough and that’s about it

Food was hot. Everything was there. The only thing that was wrong is that I ordered a Diet Coke and a classic Coke and the lid for the Diet Coke was on the wrong one.

Woman that served me should not be serving. Give her the coupon, she says they can’t change sauces all of a sudden on their burgers I said fine. I don’t want that burger then please give me a Big Mac. She asks for my code again and said it’s not possible. I tell her again I want to cancel she offers me a hamburger instead. I said no I want to cancel the first item and just get a Big Mac. She then tries to charge me for the extra hamburger. I say once more please I just want a Big Mac now. She goes no problem, I then get given the first burger instead. Fuming wish I had her name would complain to the manager.
