Time slot changed three times and got food 1 hr after ordering. Food was stone cold and had to microwave it

It was a hour late and turned up cold

when food got here the coffees i had ordered had spilled all over the food whilst on delivery... not sure what to expect next he took pics ??...filled out forms....to which I was told he'd sort it ( spoke not much English) was I getting a new order delivered? refund ? ...he said he would be back with food as I said I can wait. phoned McDonald's they couldn't help as sold and delivered not their problem no more ..????? I'm hungry

Woman that served me should not be serving. Give her the coupon, she says they can’t change sauces all of a sudden on their burgers I said fine. I don’t want that burger then please give me a Big Mac. She asks for my code again and said it’s not possible. I tell her again I want to cancel she offers me a hamburger instead. I said no I want to cancel the first item and just get a Big Mac. She then tries to charge me for the extra hamburger. I say once more please I just want a Big Mac now. She goes no problem, I then get given the first burger instead. Fuming wish I had her name would complain to the manager.

This is my local mc donalds staff are always friendly always quick service an always clean, good food.

The fries and quarter pound cheese burger were cold and of small portions! I had to microwave them to heat them up. I cannot believe how small the fries were! I understand it’s late at night, but if you offer a 24hr service surely the food should be of the same quality at 12 midday as it is at 12 midnight ?

From when I first ordered the time changed every 5 minutes and kept increasing in total it was 40 minutes later than the original 20-30 minutes it came up with totally 1 hour 20 minutes for food. I actually started cooking food because I wasn’t sure it was going to turn up. When it did turn up it was lukewarm at best

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mum as she was treated very unfairly by one of the staff. My mum went to this McDonalds on 9th of march 2024 during the afternoon. she was served by one rude dark skinned Asian maybe she was Indian but we are not sure .my mum has always been able to order food, tell people off if it’s needed and that’s what happened on 9th of march where this girl thought it was okay to make fun of my mum. She didn’t listen properly when my mum was ordering, that girl messed up her food order and drink order and top of that she went up to the colleague to make fun of my mum, she shouldn’t be working if she doesn’t know what customer service is!!! Fix up your nasty attitude!!

Delivery Driver was extremely rude. Told me she’d been waiting 10 minutes for me to answer the door and knocked multiple times, which is not true. Once my order said delivered and I had not received it, I went outside to check. She was sat in her car, on her phone, parked all the way down the road. Then proceeded to use bad language, said I was lying and was very disrespectful towards me. Never have I been treated so disgustingly in my life.

Driver still managed to spill drink everywhere even after leaving instructions

Rider allowed drinks to leak in the bag and didn't warn that the bag was wet. As a result the Bag fell Apart between the front door to the kitchen. All the drinks fell through the bag to the floor. Very dissatisfied
