Food is awful my chow mein was burnt and my Kung po literally came half full. Don't waste your time ordering from here it's honestly disgusting

Ordered 5 dishes averaging about £8 each. The containers are tiny and only about 1/4 full, the lemon chicken is not like anywhere else, the sweet and sour chicken has about 8 pieces in and the squid is 6 pieces of burnt squid for £7.... absolutely disgusting rip off. Tried the food, and it's all disgusting, just throwing it in the bin. Worst food I've ever eaten. Chicken is from a ready meal at best, lemon sauce is literally lemon juice, chow mein is inedible and tangy for some reason... did someone just pee over my food before serving it?

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Undercooked and overpriced food.

Spent £40 on a meal for family and when I get home I find half full tubs of food. The chow mean might as well be spaghetti with no flavor. Really gone downhill.

Absolutely awful, the chicken chow mein was just boiled noodles chicken and veg, mo flavour not even soy sauce. Worst "Chinese" I've ever had.

Honestly if you want too sit on the toilt all day then order here, i woudnt wish my worst enemy too eat from here. The food was bland, undercoocked and straight up disgusting, dont get me started on the curry sauce looked like dogs diarrhoea and tasted like it too. defo do not get this. the pain i have endured today leaving food coming out off both ends.

Ordered this with a few friends whilst we was all deathly hungover. Let’s just say after eating this food we was all disgustingly ill. Just take a look at the curry sauce, I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. Texture like cement, and taste like cardboard. The chicken was chewy in all dishes and the chow mein looked malnourished, had no flavour. And to top it off we all got food poisoning. Cheers Panda

The worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life I just ordered from Uber eats without checking reviews (silly me) HUGE mistake. The prawn wontons are disgusting overcooked hard prawns in rubber. The duck in mushrooms isn’t bad but there was literally 5 tiny slices of duck and full of veg super tight with the portion! And the squid was cold and soggy! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE🤢

Shouldn't have ignored the other low reviews. Order 4 items of which 1 wasn't delivered, no note to state that was the case. Rest wasn't good. First and last order.

This shop must shut down. Our order via Uber eats was rated 4.8. It is less than 1! Cold, late and every aspect was poor. Rice had no peas in . Red Thai prawn curry tasted of cheap Chinese curry sauce. Cold, hard chips. Prawn balls had no batter inside and were over cooked. Disugusting.

Tom Yum soup had no wontons in. Had zero taste at all! The chef should be ashamed of himself letting that leave his kitchen. Long wait for the food also. No answer when we tried to call either, I'm not one to complain or leave reviews but this place is a joke!

Horrific. I will never order from here again. We ordered a tom yum wonton soup and it tasted like pond water. There were no wontons in the soup and all the wrong veg. It was so bland I threw it away. We ordered the sharing platter and it had all been thrown in one small paper bag and crushed. The egg fried rice was crunchy and we were charged £2 for a small bag of prawn crackers. We had to wait over an hour for this order. For them to send out a soup that tasted like that is quite frankly disrespectful as they were happy to take my money and deliver that. Didn't answer the phone when I called 4 times to complain

Over 2 hours late and not so much as a sorry. Straight in the bin and complaint lodged. The photos speak for themselves. Not worth your health or your life. One star is too much.

Absolutely terrible! Order took over 2hrs to arrive and this place is literally 5minutes away from me. When tried to contact restaurant there was no answer andi tried at least 5 times! Mediocre food, have definitely had MUCH Better. Will NOT be ordering from here again! Do not waste your money!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The order was for a birthday celebration. How disappointing that most of it ended up in the bin. The chicken was chewy. The only half decent thing was the Chow Mein. Really disappointed and cannot recommend to anyone. If you have low or no standards then this is the place. If you want a half decent meal this is not for you. Waste of money.

Pretty sure I'd rather eat my left foot than go here again I thought I was going to die. Ambulance was called doctors were shocked and appalled at the state I was in from the sight and taste of this guys food. If you want to live please in the name of god stay clear far away from him he will poison you to the point of no return. We ordered at 6:15 and didn’t receive our food until 8:45 on Uber eats. We attempted to call the restaurant back to back constantly over this time and had zero communication. The man delivering insisted he had nothing to do with the restaurant despite Uber eats saying it was the restaurant staff themselves delivering. When the food arrived it was poor quality and not to satisfaction let alone a two hour wait. Avoid.

Honestly shocked not sure if the food or customer service was worse!, food was late and cold, chicken curry is more of a mushroom & veg soup! Chips was raw Honestly never been so put of a Chinese in my life doesn't even deserve 1 star. Chow mein was okay so if ordering only that you should be alright👍

Avoid this place. Purchased a prawn curry, chicken curry with rice and chicken chow mein. Chow mein is so salty it is inedible. Curries have a thick oil on top covering particles of undiscribable food floating in a dish watery substance. Never seen anything like it. Whole lot in bin. What a waste of money.

I ordered food online and the food was not delivered on time and the food was cold! Above all, the menu does not provide any information of types of meat used so I ended up throwing away one of my items because it contained beaf! I will never use this company in the future.

First time to order through Uber eats and from here and it was a disappointment on the food. We ordered a variety of meat , noodle and mixed dishes and all were below par. Will not order from here again.

Appalled doesn’t even come close! 10 minutes late past estimated time no show called them back to back on my phone for 5 minutes 20 minutes late still no show so decided I would have to drive down there as I was beginning to think they were closed. Still calling back to back in the journey to them still no answer. Arrived at takeaway and could here the hone ringing as I walked through the door which was my phone ringing. I asked the guy who was stood there if he though it was acceptable to be ignoring my phone calls for the last 30 minutes (food 30 minutes late at this point) which he replied with he was too busy. He said well your food is already on its way. He tried ringing the driver off of two phones and no answer 40 minutes late at this point and the food arrived at my house. He said I could have 15% off when I ordered again which I thought was utterly disgusting to offer after spending £45 and considering I had ordered my food at 17:35 with a 1 hour expected delivery and it to not show up until 19:20! I left as I was starving and wanted to get home to my food. The food was severely average very greasy I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!

Shambolic customer service. Took two hours to get food after ordering online, zero communication. Called 6 times and no answer. Finally ended up getting in the car to try and get some news and it turned up was we were on the way. The delivery driver ignored the person at the door when asked what happened and literally ran down the road. Food is pretty average, but we're so hungry who knows of that's our head convincing us or the actual food.

Absolutely disgusting, all food ordered in the bin as it was a big big mistake not to have read previous reviews, a complete waste of money. Never had such tasteless and terrible food that you cannot eat. Just learn from my mistake and read reviews. If I could mark it less than one that would be right.. Beware!

It is disgusting food,please do not waste your time and money all gone to waste. I ordered using my husband ipad but even a 4 years old child has just rejected eating it that's how horrible it is,please I would highly recommend Top royal cuisine we just wanted to change with something different today.

I ordered mainly for squid. It was rubber...and too oily. tasteless.. Noodles and dumplings were raw...it seemed the food has been cooked in rush....daughter's birthday food ...and what a disappointment!!!!

we tried the takeaway service via uber eats this refers to takeaway service ..Very Disappointed as order took two hours to arrive inspire of estimate saying it would be up to 50 mins maximum .Tried to call to say I would collect instead as we waiting but phone wasn't answered and just rang off ..tried several times still no answer..Food was average at best quite greasy ,artificial colouring and chicken a bit slimy.Lemon sauce smelled like cif lemon bath cleaner.I used a fresh lemon instead.. maybe okay for collection but delivery is not a good service I spoke to Uber Eats and they refunded my money just before delivery arrived as we had given up hope of it coming and were just about to order something else

Guy doesn't have any manners. Asking a simple question to weather they sell HALAL FOOD and all 4 times I asked I get (we don't sell pork). What a joke of a place if I ever saw one. Previous owners were much better. THEY DONT SELL HALAL FOOD. That's what he should of told me after asking him the first time.

Was calling the restaurant to chase up order an they kept cutting my calls or answering and hanging up once I gave my address an asked where my order was. Food arrived not even warm and I live on vicarage road the same road as the shop. Then the food was absolutely disgusting , chicken chow mein, beef chow mein and egg fried rice all awful couldn’t eat it, went in the bin. Will never order from here again

Caught COVID-19 from this takeaway DO NOT USE

Ordered via just eat, food arrived promptly. However It was the worst take away I have ever received. The duck was disgusting I couldn’t eat it, it went straight in the bin. The soup was ok but extremely salty. I also ordered the ‘panda mixed plater’ which was missing some items from what was stated on the menu, but what was sent looked like 50p frozen selection.

We order some takeaway food. The food was disgusting. My fiance made a horrible food poison. We will never order from them again. And I will tell to all our friends as well

I regret not reading the reviews before ordering from this place via Uber Eats. It has taken us over 2 hours to receive the order instead of 30-50mins. The restaurant answered the phone only once and assured us that the food will be with us within 10mins. As you can guess it wasn't...we waited another 40 mins. Sweet and sour soup tasted totally different from how it should taste. Other dishes were very oily and their taste was so so. Delivery driver did not offer apology, just made up some excuses.

Normally a great takeaway, shows as open, waited 2 hours for food and never picked up or contacted up :(

Terrible food, ordered whilst on a night shift but the food was so salty I couldn't eat it. Couldn't contact them as they had closed. Won't be ordering from them again. Really disappointed.

Absolutely terrible customers service, they were 40 minutes late. They were not answering the phone, so I had to drive there only to be told that the driver just left. I specifically asked when I placed the order that they should not use the entry phone as my little son was sleeping , so obviously they were using it like crazy... I do not recommend it... absolutely terrible experience. I will never order anything from them again.

The best take away Chinese food around Watford(very tasty), sad to see this branch is no longer in operation! Yes, Thai curry has no vegetable but still very tasty. This is not a fake review but a genuine one, delivery service unfortunately ruined it (4 stars for food only). Ordering directly has never let me down.

Fast service and good quality food

Do not order food from here. Save yourself from disappointment whilst you still have the chance. All those positive reviews on just eat are clearly fake or written by people with no standards. Not only did it take 2 HOURS AND 25 MINUTES to get here, but the food was mediocre. The red Thai curry was orange and had no veg in it? Just sauce and chicken? The crispy chicken wasn’t crispy and the egg fried rice was dry and apparently without any egg. After multiple phone calls during the 2.5 hour wait, they agreed to refund us and let us have the food. The only thing they did right.

Fantastic food at a place called .Panda. It is open in the afternoons or rather in the evenings. If we want Chinese food, Panda is number one in this field. Bon appetit!

Previous managment was better and the food was tastier. We used to oder take away once a week, green curry chicken used to be amazing. Last time we ordered green curry, colour not even look like green curry, I would say brown curry, taste awful. It was the last time we ordered food from there. PLEASE PUT THE GREEN CURRY BACK ON MARKET.

Meat in gelatinous sweet sauce is the only way to describe my green curry and our duck in orange sauce. Soup was over poweringly sweet. No flavours. Just sickly sweet. Threw out most of it tbh.

They ancelled my order without notifying on Uber eats. When I called I was asked to hold in the middle of me explaining he said it was too busy to keep up with orders and then asked me to hold while he took more orders. Worst. Delivery Service. Ever. Learn how to run a business.

This was the 1st time ordering from Panda Oriental... Food arrived cold and the Smoked Chicken was more like a bowl of lettuce with 7/8 strands of fried chicken. Would not recommend this takeaway...

Ordered vegetarian food including green Thai curry veg (& requested no fish oil or oyster sauce). Opened food at home to find out chicken had been used as one of the ingredients in the green Thai veg curry. Called up and complained about it - was told that chef, despite being told it was veg green Thai, had used chicken as one of the ingredients. They did replace it with the correct dish but unfortunately everyone had lost their appetite.
