This is a relatively new and spacious Costa with a drive-through. When we went it was not very busy but we could not find a clean table to eat at. They were all piled up with stuff from previous customers. When we asked at the counter for someone to clean a table one of the staff very reluctantly agreed to clean one table. This involved just moving the mess. As we were in a pandemic I had to ask again if they would wipe down the table. Again they very reluctantly agreed to do this. We then wanted to wash our hands but there was only one working toilet and we had to queue to use it.

Asda Supercentre Oldhams Trading Estate, Watford WD24 7RT EnglandTerrible experience at this Subway. The staff were unprofessional and all speaking different languages, which made it confusing and frustrating to order. It didn’t feel like they cared about customer service at all. The team clearly needs proper training or replacement. I’ve never had such a bad experience at Subway before — I will never visit this store again.

5 Garston Park ParadeAbsolute waste of money! Food cold, even though delivery was quick. Food missing and very small kebab wrap, even though charged £12. Ordered 2 seperate pots of chilli and received (see attached photo). Was offered discount on next order. There will not be a next time. Don't waste your money!
