The best restaurants in Walton Tendring East of England

Stopped in for a coffee and a burger while walking along the prom. Wonderful view, good value, and one of the best burgers we’ve ever had!

Actually had a Cream Tea for our family of 8. Called in earlier in the week, so booked in advance. Extrememly friendly and helpful. Full choice of teas, kids has amazing choice of milk shakes (extra), the scones were still warm! Bsy everytime we went past, so clearly popular - in itself a recommendation, as there are MANY places to eat in the village.

Perfect pizzas every single time. Any size pizza for colle is all the same price, can't go wrong for feeding the family. Everything is made fresh, we actually prefer this to pizza hut, papa johns or dominos. We've never been disappointed with food from Family pizza!

Absolutely disgusting worst chinese iv ever eaten was also charged for a special fried rice but received a plain rice was had to wait for food for over half an hour

Brilliant food and friendly staff just what you want from a chip shop

Yeah quick pit stop but really enjoyed it, will certainly return again next time I'm in the area

What they don't tell schools on educational visits, is they don't accept kids debit cards. Not sure if it's they don't accept Mastercard. 🤔

We had decided to go out for a trip and ended up at Walton on naze We decided to try the Walton Tavern for a Sunday roast We were sadly disappointed the food was served luke warm and the gravy was extremely thick and lumpy We both sent our meals back and all they did was nuke them and they were no better We ordered some desserts and eventually gave up waiting Definitely will not return

Sakshi and anjali are doing great and their service was really good ,got delicious food after long time.the interior was really good

Extrordinarily expensive, they wanted £7 for a 250 ml bottle of cheap rose wine, I questioned this and decided to go elsewhere, very expensive place

This was really good value pizza. We had a large pizza and a chicken wrap and chips. The food was really tasty. The staff were friendly and food was served quick.

Service was good just a shame the food wasn't up to standard. The chicken was tiny and the pitta bread was Rock hard. Definitely wouldn't order again
