Perfect pizzas every single time. Any size pizza for colle is all the same price, can't go wrong for feeding the family. Everything is made fresh, we actually prefer this to pizza hut, papa johns or dominos. We've never been disappointed with food from Family pizza!

Staff was great, even brought a menu you out to us ashe could see us struggling looking through the window with our door dog. Pizza was lovely... The garlic bread with cheese was the best I have tasted for a long time. Have great reasonable deals. Highly recommend.

Wow. Bloody delicious! I feel bad for expecting something mediocre, because as soon as my order arrived and I opened the boxes I could see the attention to detail and generous ingredients on both pizzas. I’ll confess, I am bit of a cynic… so when I saw such a high rating for a reasonably-priced independent pizza place in Walton… 125 reviews, all of them glowing reviews! I was a bit puzzled to be honest. It’s an independent pizza joint in Walton… Being from London originally, independent pizza places are glorified fried chicken shops, and most of their items are cooked from frozen, when it comes to the big players, they are no better. Our Pizza Hut back in North London didn’t use enough pizza sauce and it’s pizza are bone dry, our local Domino’s would often send undercooked pizzas out and their toppings were slimy and wouldn’t taste fresh - then I made the move to Frinton which has almost nothing to offer in way of take-away. I took a punt and ordered from Family Pizza Walton, first calling them up to check if they would delivery to Frinton (extremely friendly and warm) and to my delight they did delivery to the isolated little graveyard that is Frinton! Their pizzas arrived very quickly, piping hot, the dough is soft fluffy, yet thin enough to feel like an authentic Italian pizza, they’ve struck the perfect balance for the depth of their base - not cakey or too deep, but still a little softness and not too thin. The dough they use has to be homemade, as the crust (which is usually very dry from the big chain pizza take-aways) remained soft long after the pizza cooled and there was a lovely golden coating to it, a slight crunch and soft inside. I usually avoid crusts, but on this occasion it was a pleasure to eat them all. A satisfying amount of sauce on our BBQ sauce option, could of appreciated a smidge more tomato pizza sauce on our standard pizza sauce base option. But both pizza were sensational, honestly. They put a generous amount of cheese on both pizzas without being greasy, generous chunks of onions, olives, it all feels very home-made and not something they bring in frozen - such attention to detail, very well presented. I am so bloody impressed to be honest, just when I was starting to feel a bit down with how little is on offer here in Frinton. I hope this wonderful Walton business continues to do well for years and years to come and their standards stay the same - they clearly take a lot of pride in what they provide. Whoever is constructing the pizzas and preparing the dough clearly has passion for food. One last thing that made me very happy - They have an array of ice cream options, dare I say, better stocked than our local Sainsburys here in Frinton. I’ve only been in Frinton for 15 months. I feel a bit isolated and sometimes I feel like I miss London and all it had to offer, discovering this brilliant pizza joint has really made me feel happier. On the few occasions that my friends have come up and visited me, I always feel a bit embarrassed because there’s not really much I can offer them in way of takeaways and movie night food… so now I’m really looking forward to the next time my friends visit and we have a night in. I’ll be ordering pizzas again from this wonderful business. Thank you again for an excellent experience. I’m so used to being let down by the poor standards in London it’s great to see such genuine passion in a pizza restaurant - makes me proud to have moved here. Long Live Family Pizza Walton! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I be honest the last pizza we had going back awhile wasn't great, it did put us off, but we felt let's try again, I'm so glad we did its improved tenfold. Oh wow everything, garlic bread to the pizza absolutely gorgeous dough, sauce, toppings perfect can not fault highly recommend.

This pizza was incredible. We stumbled across it and what a find. The dough is made fresh on site and you can personalise your pizzas however you like. Prices are super reasonable and it beats any chain pizza I’ve had. Thanks guys :)

Got chicken wings and pizza delivered to Frinton for the 2nd time Last night. They are always delivered piping hot and very tasty. Great service and even better food. Very friendly and polite delivery. Great local business.

Use them regularly got a pizza last night had hardly any bbq sauce on the base and the pizza was over done was very disappointing

Worst pizza ever! Crust was paper thin and topping non existent. When we complained, we were given replacements that were just as bad. Pizza so bad even the gulls wouldn’t eat it. Do yourself a favour, grab a cheap frozen pizza from Aldi, it will be far better than this rubbish.

Used the be a great place to buy pizza.. however our last three home delivery's have been disappointing. The pizza has been cold and the toppings very minimal..our 14 inch Al fungi pizza had two slices of mushroom, on average half a slice of pepperoni per slice sometimes one piece . Not sure if management or owners have changed but it's poor value. I may as well have bought a plane cheese and tomato.. so disappointed..but three in a row over several months shows its their new standard and its stingy and left the whole family wishing we had An aldi pizza in the deep freeze, which is now going to be our default solution .

We moved here 2 years ago, and Family Pizza were the best pizza company around. We always went for the meal deal which was great value, so much so that we couldn't eat it all and always saved some to eat cold the next day. The last few times we've ordered, the pizza (thin crust) is almost so thin you can see through it, we also have the vegetarian hot and it used to have ample filling on it. But now it has hardly any of the vegetables on it either. I called a few weeks ago and was told it was a new chef? But tonight's pizza was just as bad 👎. I'm so disappointed and won't be using them again for delivery.

Been using these for over 2 years always been great BUT ordered one last week it was like a shop bought co op pizza WONT BE USING AGAIN paid £21 for a co op pizza and cheesy garlic bread with no cheese trying to save money by changing product does NOT WORK

Been using these guys for a few years, amazing tasty pizzas. We always have a thin crust pizza, never any issues until 3 weeks ago. Tried them again Friday night just in case simply a blip and told them that last pizza was not up to scratch, very apologetic. Pizza quality was same again unfortunately. I think they have changed the recipe for the bases, they are like thin biscuits, awful.

Been using this place for years but today it was delivered barely warm and hardly any topping. Dont know what’s gone wrong but won’t be using again unless improves. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed! Ordered 2 chicken deluxe burgers, no salad, just cheese and a hash brown 🤮 also we placed an order for strawberry cheesecake and chocolate fudge cake. And this is what we got 🤬cheese on chips, you can clearly see on the receipt, we asked for cake! My husband threw them in the bin, he said they looked like they'd scooped them off the floor!! Won't be ordering from them again!

This is our number 1 pizza shop. Their pizza's are far better than the big pizza companies, so why go anywhere else. We always have ours delivered and always piping hot and delivered by friendly drivers. Keep up the amazing tasting pizza's guys and very well done for easy online ordering.

Boss is so rude and unprofessional, ordered a family pizza specials for children as a treat because it’s our wedding anniversary, we was getting Chinese, they wanted pizza... I added in the note like always to make the pizza half pepperoni, wrong pizza showed up, boss refused to come to phone... refused to help... children was very upset, I said it’s for the kids but he didn’t care, what I could hear him say to the poor lad on the phone was shocking... Chinese turned up as kids pizza went back.... whole night ruined.... will never buy from there again... adults is one thing but to do that to kids is another! Least they won’t have the....... tomorrow now

Good quality food and prices to match

This is our "go to" place for food after a day on the beach. Visited several times, and never been disappointed. If it wasn't a 125 mile round trip we'd eat from here more often, but it makes the day that bit more special to sit on the seafront eating pizza and chips before heading home. Well done guys, we will be back 😊

I always enjoy family pizza however this day changed my mind, we clearly order 12 nuggets and as i open the box to my shock there are 11 nuggets now we cannot share them evenly so dissapointed. So we drcided to call asking where are nuggets went. Thr manager persisted to tell us he put in 12 nuggets so we ask him to come to the house and count instead he stubbornly ends the call, never experienced such rudeness, unless the nuggets magically disappeared or your delivery driver got hungry on the way we have been given 11 nuggets not 12 so angry.

With a lovely night in with the boys...the sudden thought of the taste of a luxurious family pizza chicken nugget was the way to go for a Friday night dinner. When ordering 12 chicken nuggets and with bubbling with excitement; the horror and shock when opening the box and counting 11 nuggets was quite the disappointment. I have never experienced such selfishness to not have the full number of 12 nuggets. This is an outrage!! Furthermore, when ringing family pizza to highlight the fact that we only had 11 nuggets, the lady on the phone was a lovely lady and had a welcome voice. However, the delivery man (when spoke on the phone) was ignorornt and rude to me and my friends. This lead to my selfesteam decreasing and made me feel unhappy, to the extent that I didn't want to eat the food overall. In the past, when ordering from family pizza company, they have been kind and helpfull; but not on this occasion. Hopefully this doesn't happen to any other innocent people as nobody deserves it.

In the past I have been delighted to purchase family pizza’s cuisine, however on this one occasion me and my copanions ordered 12 chicken nuggets. But to our shock and horror, we opened up the beautiful boxing only to find 11 NUGGETS!!!!! This outraged us so we took action,, but however no changes were made to adapt to our obligatory needs.

Great pizza best I’ve had in yrs. I used to have Pizzaland pizza back in the day these are as close as you can get to them simon cowell would love them too. Worth the trip.

Ordered a 12 " pizza deal was told 1 hr for delivery. It came within 30 minutes. Pizza was lovely and hot with quite a lot of toppings. Wedge were gorgeous and the coleslaw was lovely and creamy. Will defiantly use again.

Brilliant service. Not only the best pizza evenly cooked and very tasty. No soggy bits perfect base, the chicken strips and dippers were lovely. The girl on the phone was patient and super helpful as I didn't have a menu. And delivered super quick. Definitely ordering from family Pizza again. Impressed. Well done 😁

We're on holiday at Naze Marine. I think we'll be coming back again and definitely will be ordering our late night feast with Family Pizza. Better than Pizza Express, Hut, Domino's, papa John's... etc etc. Delivery guy was super nice waiting whilst I got lost on the park. 👍

Fantastic services. The website is fast and responsive; I don't even need to call up! Saves me a lot of time and is easy to do. The pizza's are £9.99 for 14"!!! That's an awesome price, but it's fantastic when you consider that these pizza's are nicer than bigger chains such as Pizza Hut and Domino's!
