The Tudor Bar in Tendring

This bar is fantastic...had karaoke most of the night,so I was in my element. I can't remember getting back to Caravan,so must have had superb night🎶🎤🍻🍺

Great family friendly bar, providing bingo entertainment during the week and then of weekends you have bingo, karaoke and live music - singers/duo's. School holidays include activities for children of all ages. We always have a good time hete, especially the fancy dress parties! 🥳 🎉 The Tudor Bar is located just at the rear of Funland Amusement arcade, so it's a fantastic location to access & keeps children and adults enjoying their time away. Parking facilities outside and ramps outside for wheelchair users. Food available from Love food just by the entrance - Burgers, hot dogs, sausages, loaded fries, hot donuts and so on. Well done to The Tudor Bar team & Funland Arcade staff you are all amazing!

Don't bother going after 11 as the website says. Very rude manager, wouldn't let us in as having private party well shut the doors then!

We are owners at one of the Caravan parks, the Tudor bar is on our door step. We now use this more than the clubhouse on our site. The bar staff, door staff are so friendly and polite. The bar prices are very reasonable with a great selection. Daily entertainment, bingo, acts, things for the children. Amazing amusement arcade on site, food van outside. They also support charities which is amazing ! Literally something for everyone. With the pub trade dying out, this place is second to none. It’s amazing and we wish we had something like this nearer home but glad we Have it here. We now recommend this to guests in our rental caravan and anyone that comes here. If you haven’t been yet it you really should try it, you won’t be disappointed.

We didnt taste the food but we was scared to go into tudors because of the storys we have heard but we was down for the weekend and we got the caurage to go in and the entertainment (singer) was amazing she got everyone singing and dancing we felt very safe and very welcome im in a wheelchair and everyone was so fantastic we also loved peggy he goes round putting pegs on everyone so we joint in i loved it so the next night we went again its the best weekend we have had in a very long time so thank you staff for the best weekend and we are coming back soon x

Lovely place to enjoy the night. However, it does get very packed. Staff are friendly, and the atmosphere and service are good. Food served outside, but you can take it inside.

I really enjoyed my visit. The variety of drinks and cocktails is endless. The staff were brilliant, very welcoming. From what it used to be the makeover of the place is remarkable. Very clean and tidy. And as for the toilets, it was like a 5-star hotel. Very modern, and totally spotless. I had a burger before i left which was lovely followed by the best fresh donuts. I can't wait to go back the place is a credit to the owners. They have done well.

What a fantastic evening, my 3rd visit to the area and the the Tudor. The staff are helpful, friendly and obviously enjoy thier work, It's a spacious and comfortable place to relax watch the TV or chat with your friends and family. There is a wide selection of alcoholic and soft drinks. Having two large function rooms there is plenty of room for parties etc Highly recommend this venue

very freindly felt very welcoming but be warned unless you buy food before 730 at the momment there's no where to get food unless it's a Friday Saturday sunday

Only serve people they know and like , you will be standing for 30 minutes trying to order a drink even though you’re the inly person there.

Lovely bar/arcade which is on a caravan holiday place. So there are a lot of family's with children, so maybe not a place for a quiet pint. But lovely place to send the kids into the arcade while you have a drink together. Easy to keep an eye on them while you enjoy a drink on the other side of the establishment. Very affordable drinks. I didn't get a price of individual drinks but for two double jack Daniels and cokes, plus two sours shots, it was just over £15.

Lovely pub. Staff are very friendly been going here for the last few years while away on holiday at seawick. Can't wait to go back!!!

Given a very thorough covid talk by the lady behind the bar. Drinks served & all seemed good. But as it was quiet she then sat at the end of the bar eating a bag of snacks before serving the next round of drinks to another family without wasing hands or sanatising. She put the glasses on the table holding them by the rim instead of at the base. Needless to say we made a sharp exit. Avoid this place, the beer was terrible too. 😥
