The best restaurants in Walton Tendring East of England

This place is amazing. I rang and asked what fresh vegetables they had and the owner made up a special dish for me. They use very little or no MSG so the food is naturally tasty. Superb tasty fresh Chinese food. I cannot recommend highly enough and great value for money.

37 recently went for my 50th Birthday meal. I had taken a menu for pre-orders & moneys upfront to make it easier for staff as we had an allocated time slot which we needed to vacate (8pm) as another party coning in. I did take it in a werk earlier. It wasn't until I went to pay we realised the meal cost over £100 more as I'd got the orders from the takeaway menu. I paid it discreetly. A colleague of mine collected a healthy tip as well. Drink can't be brought at the bar as have one machine. Saying that the food is lovely & I've eaten there a few times & had many takeaways - always nice. Just be aware if your going in a big group

Absolutely incredible restaurant every single dish I tried was so good. The service was so attentive and even why I needed hot water, the owner was so friendly and nice. Coming all the way from Washington DC in New York City, this was honestly the best Thai restaurant I have ever tried in the United Kingdom and Ireland so far,not up for discussion lol

A spot of Sunday Lunch with hubby for a few times this year all ready. Food is cooked well, tasty, friendly staff, cosy and inviting atmosphere. One of the best pubs in the Tendering for food, the atmosphere and staff. We would definitely recommend that you try it for yourselves and know you will not be disappointed!

We have the pensioners special and it's plenty for us. I had rock eel and it was the best rock I've had in ages. The chips were lovely and not greasy at all. I always ask for a gherkin and I got 2 because they wasn't that big. Highly recommend

Once again, Whites never fails to hit the right spot! Yes, you may have to queue - food is prepared fresh, not like fast food places. I've never found the staff rude! There is always a good atmosphere, the place is spotlessly clean, the portions are good sizes, the liquor is gorgeous and there is chilli vinegar! You could even get Apple pie and ice cream for pudding. For gravy lovers, there is gravy. But you can't beat liquor!

Popped in for breakfast , whilst in Walton doing beach hut maintenance . Had a lovely breakfast , served quickly and good size portions.Will visit again next time I am in town.

Out of this world. Great location, staff and food. 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We actually had lunch yesterday and breakfast today and will be back again.

Really enjoyed our visit - the tower is amazing with differing art and craft displays on every floor, which breaks the climb up the 111 spiral metal stairways . Amazing view from the top. Cafe has an outside shepherds hut servery, with hot menu items prepared in the tower and served outside or on first two floors cafe seating. Super friendly staff.
