German Doner Kebab - Newcastle in Tendring

The food was delicious and there were fresh vegetables. And Rina was very nice and polite. the tables and the whole restaurant were clean. Rina offered to take my tray away after eating, it was very nice of her

Great clean , lots of space good food and service. Able to customise orders. Kebabs tasty, and healthy with lots of salad, veg. Fries good too

The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavour. It was perfectly grilled and sliced thin. The bread was fresh and soft, with a nice crunch on the outside. The salad inside was crisp and added a nice balance. The sauces were tasty and not too strong, just right to bring everything together. The portion size was generous and very filling. It was a great mix of meat, bread, and fresh vegetables. I really enjoyed it and would definitely have it again. A great value for the price!

I wouldn’t go back the screen asks if you have any allergies but it doesn’t say anything about halal meats.we went to pick up our order and then i noticed a framed certificate saying it’s halal meats

Food is really tasty service I'd spot on and Graecia was very friendly and quick with service and cleaning . Mostly tables are available pretty quick if waiting

I absolutely love this place I will defo be coming back the staff here are amazing the food came out within 2.30 minutes which is really fast and helpful when you’re really hungry or in a rush! The staff and cleaners are so lovely, my friend dropped her AirPods and the really nice staff picked it up for her after helping her find the other one, I would definitely recommend to all ages. It has a variety of different seating areas to accommodate all people and it’s genuinely really chill!

The food at German Kebab was very good! Everything was served quickly, and the prices were great for the portion sizes we got. At the end, we also had German donuts, and they were super tasty. Highly recommend!

The food is soo fresh and tasty. It’s nice to go for a bargain lunch (£23 for 2 including a dessert waffle) and have vegetables and salad grace your plate! The breads are nice, the meat is lean and the sauces are very tasty. On keto, the gym box is a great and tasty filling treat. I added feta and pickles. We always stop here for a quick and cheap lunch, rather than the alternative (McDonald’s!). Staff (Shantelle today) very attentive too.

One of the best Doners I have had and a best place to hangout with friends. Especially Sakshi and Anjali were very good with their service. Their patience and way of approach towards the customers was exceptional.

I love German dönner kebab. Very tasty. Nice and clean place to eat. Good service. Many options, but I was there for a certain meal.

Manager has a terrible attitude problem, spent £24 on 2 meals. Ordered was wrong, wrong food, wrong drink, and no sauces. Called the restaurant to be told we have go into store and have the full order made next time free of charge which I have a recording of. We then go into store to claim our free food from there prior mess up to be told no you can have a refund instead and it would take 3 working days. One whole week later I call again to ask where my refund is to be told I will have it in my bank by the end of the working day. To no surprise the next working day I still do not have my refund. Called the restaurant again to be told I have to take it up with head office in Birmingham. The staff members are rude, arrogant and just straight up Lie. Will never ever be ordering from here again.

That’s an amazing place to eat and I enjoyed my delicious Done Wrap with great service provided by girl name Maria. Hope we come back again and again for this lovely place.

Pathetic service. There were 3 things wrong with my order. Missing sauces and the incorrect fries. Additionally a cold drink was placed in my hot food which cooled the food down too much. When I called to complain and ask for a refund of the missing items the staff told me that was not possible but they could give me the items ‘next time’. This is terrible service and I shouldn’t need to order a future time and hope that someone remembers there was an incorrect order last time. The store claims there is nothing they can do so I must now pick this up with my credit card provider as a fraudulent transaction.

I must say the best doner kebab I’ve ever eaten. I was not sure what should I try, thanks to a very kind staff member Anna who suggested I should go for the beef chicken doner kebab, thank you very much because I absolutely loved it, the portion size is big! & the staff is very friendly and professional, they keep it very clean there. I’ll definitely recommend it and will visit again, thank you.

Great spot in heart of Newcastle and absolutely great service by mishena , front of house. Helped me from start to finish with my orders and even offered me table service absolutely beltas.

Close central, busy street but fast with service and always great tasting food! For a 10£ youre sorted, clean everywhere and especially toilets, food is delicious and staff are helpful and nice. Got the chilly cheese bits today with garlic sauce and they were a foodie treat! Recommend and will return soon!
