Noisy heater all night. Room was adequate but tired (Refurb of rooms in progress). Not good value for cost

My two stars are for the lovely staff in this hotel which includes the receptionist and cleaners . The hotel itself is also in a good location , making it easy to get to with a petrol station and places for food really near which is helpful if you have travelled far . The staff were fab at checking us in was very quick and efficient and so was checkout when leaving wishing us a lovely day . The room itself was tired and dated with a somewhat coating of dust on everything the chair in the room was dusty and marked . The bathroom was the real let down , mould on the ceiling and around the baths joins to the wall , swollen skirting boards around the bath which had split and were caked in mould and dirt . Limescale on the taps of the bath and sink and showerhead . It was almost as if you would go into the bathroom cleaner than when you left . The carpark was extremely poorly lit and I would’ve left so uncomfortable walking to and from my car if I were by myself . The carpark was also taken up by some work materials which is understandable as there are works going on in the hotel but it is was more into the well lit areas which would’ve been better towards the back to make it safer for customers to be out the way . Honestly I usually find premier inns really comfy , clean and fab for a night or two when stopping through somewhere but this time I wish I list Ned to the other poor reviews and booked a different location or a different hotel entirely !

Stayed before and the rooms are clean with very friendly staff. Rooms are tired though, noisy fans and thin walls/ceilings. Shame as good location. It it was cheap so can’t complain really.

We visited for a night on Christmas Day, after having a lovely Christmas with the family. We were greeted by a really friendly lady on reception as she offered us a glass of Buck’s Fizz and a mince pie each. When we got to the room we found a cute note and drinks and chocolates which was a really nice touch! Our room was great value and really clean, much bigger than other hotels in its price range. Would definitely stay again, thank you to all the staff for such a great stay!

Room needed serious updating. Scruffy in the bathroom and general room decor.

Requested room change initially because the tv didn't work. New room was perfectly OK, tired but clean. Had to get up, get dressed and go down to reception at gone 2am to complain about the loud shouting and banging from other guests which had been going on for 1+hours at this time. Staff were polite but I wont be staying here again

this must have been one of the first premier Inn's to have been built in the country, having had the misfortune to have stayed in numerous around the country, this one feels run down, double glazing that you could swear isn't shut because of the road noise all night, extractor fans in the bathroom that don't work previous guests marks in the bottom of the toilet, to name but a few disappointments. we weren't sure if the bar/restaurant was actually open due to the exterior decor, as for the food avoid any chicken products unless you are planning on a rapid weight loss program....also avoid any draught drinks unless you actually enjoy the taste of cleaning solution.

The staff is very nice, the rooms however were so hot, we didnt sleep at all. We stayed 2 nights (first and last night of our holiday due to the boat trip) and both nights were awefull. So hot! There is a fan, that doesnt seem to do anything. There is a window, that opens a little bit, but doesnt let the hot air out. It wasn't sunny on the day that we arrived, so it wasn't because of the weather. It really needs airco!

Very average accomodation, tired and in need of update. Bed was comfy enough. Bowling Green pub next door is unkept, understaffed and poor service. Don’t set your expectations too high. In fairness to the management, they have said they will look into it when I messaged them!

Fairly reasonable priced rooms and clean. Friendly staff and restaurant right next door. Near a garage and food drive food so plenty of options available locally.

It is located at a service station but unfortunately nothing around other than the vast expanse of fields, which is lovely but difficult with kids.

Stay here occasionally for work because it's location is very convenient. But it's very overdue a refurb, both hotel and restaurant.

On our arrival after a 3 and half hour journey we're we was told a £10 charge which we feel is disgusting also am disabled and can't believe there is no lift to go upstairs we found it very dated it needs pulling down and built in a better way as it is really old and worn out so because of these things we just wouldn't stay here again we much would prefer the Holiday Inn they are a bit more money but much better quality and breakfast is included

Always a great place to stay. Very clean, comfy beds, excellent night's sleep. Really needs to have plugs at the bedside, though as this is a bit of a problem charging your watch, phone etc. Nevertheless, I go back to Weeley every time, now.

We got there at 4pm and ordered haddock and chips. We have used this takeaway for years and always enjoyed the food however on this occasion it was barely edible. The haddock was a weird dark colour and was dry and tough, chips and batter were soggy. Absolutely disgusting. Think we were given reheats from the lunch service.

Such a lovely restaurant! The service was brilliant, and food came out rather quickly. Food is all reasonably priced and delicious!

What they don't tell schools on educational visits, is they don't accept kids debit cards. Not sure if it's they don't accept Mastercard. 🤔
