We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was neatly furnished, clean, and comfortable, which contributed to a pleasant and restful stay. Unfortunately, the shower did not meet expectations: the water was only lukewarm and could not be adjusted to a higher temperature, which significantly reduced the comfort. The dinner was of good quality, with well-prepared dishes and a thoughtful presentation, reflecting care and professionalism in the kitchen. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The toast was burnt, and the eggs were barely cooked, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, we found the price of the breakfast rather high in relation to the quality offered. For a price in that range, we had expected a more refined and properly prepared meal. On a positive note, we would like to emphasize that the staff was very friendly, professional, and service-oriented. Their customer-focused attitude made a strong impression and was greatly appreciated.

Room looked well used. Sink in bathroom, water did not drain. The plug was in and you could not get it out. A soft stream from the shower. If you want to wash your hair, you cannot rinse it out with this stream. All USB outlets were slicked out, so we could not charge anything. The bed was good.

Usual solid Premier Inn performance, one slight gripe the room was quiet warm.

Warm welcome and friendly staff throughout. Broken kettle in room felt quite catastrophic when I was up early and couldn’t caffeinate so a star is deducted.

I'm working down this way this week. Got to the premier inn very late, but rooms and service always to a high standard as was the breakfast. Just wish the Wi-Fi would work better.

Nice room but the buzz of the chiller from the local supermarket kept hubby up all night Lack of communication at the restaurant wasn't told that we had to order our food at the bar was sitting down for about 20 minutes or so called a staff member over she told us that it wasn't a table service food was ok 4/5

The double bed is on the narrow side. Towels for 1 person in a double room are a bit limited. Breakfast started slowly, especially the hot part. Nice and close to the harbour. 5 to 10 minutes driving distance.

Great hotel. Good value for money and the ladies in reception and the room cleaners were great. 👍👍👍

Super staff - couldn't do enough for you and a pleasure to talk to. VW sat nav messes you about and takes you off a roundabout early if you use the postcode. You have to go through the Lidl car park to get to the hotel.

We always chose this hotel because we know it's not only in an ideal location for us but we've never been let down qua cleanliness and comfort.

My first and second stay were amazing. Unfortunately I stayed again and didn't have heating for the 3 days I stayed. I spoke to 2 members of staff and one member I spoke to twice. I was told a heater would be put in and it didn't happen. I was told by a housekeeper that the lift was broken and that's why I hadn't got a heater. Not really happy about that and there was no sign to say the lift was broken. I got stuck in it myself and apparently so had other people according to the staff. If a sign had been put there which I thought is required then I would have known. I wasn't happy about it.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Do not stay here. Arrived late in the evening with children. On entering room it smelled strongly of vomit, quickly discovered this was because someone had been sick on the floor and it hadn't been cleaned up. Dirty towels in bathroom too. Spoke to reception who apologised, but said there was nothing they could do- hotel full so no rooms to move us to and no cleaning staff on site to deal with the room issues. The best they could offer was some deodorising spray and to speak to a manager in the morning. Spoke to manager in the morning as we left who agreed to refund the room cost, however the refund was never made and despite chasing up with the hotel I have been met with silence. Also, no air conditioning and rooms are insanely hot. It wasn't hot weather when we stayed, but room was 29-30°C all night.

For a person on wheelchair can always trust Premier inn to have proper accessible room. Only hotel I trust book when travelling on my own

We stayed here for a night when we were meeting someone off a ferry early the next morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and check in and check out was very smooth. Thank you.

Handy location for local shops and port. Stayed 6 nights and as per poster/sign requested room cleaned daily. This was done for 1st 4 nights and forgotten for last 2. As per staff request also left towels outside room in the morning and on 2x occasions came back to find they were collected but not replaced - night reception staff apologetic and friendly and openly provided towels. The room decor reflected the price and was reasonable if a little tired. Water pressure in the over bath shower was poor and generally bathroom would benefit from updating.

What they don't tell schools on educational visits, is they don't accept kids debit cards. Not sure if it's they don't accept Mastercard. 🤔
