The best restaurants in Seckford Suffolk Coastal East of England

Found this little gem by chance whilst looking for a place to have lunch. Located on the first floor with a welcoming feel. We had the simple tapas lunch which was excellent. It was fresh and tasty. Service was very good. Well worth a visit. Must try dinner next time ..

Completely the best porridge I have ever had (and I do eat it very frequently). I was so tempted to have another bowl.. but too full up! My other half had the avocado and pea with mushrooms on sourdough with a fried egg and was pretty much blown away by that too (and it takes a lot to impress him). Such reasonable prices (under £18 total for the two dishes!) and lots more on the menu to go back and try. Really lovely staff and dog-friendly dining. Fabulous.

We were visiting Woodbridge and stumbled upon this fab little deli serving savoury and sweet food. There were 6 of us and we weren't very hungry so wanted to share 3 open sandwiches, but the guy gave us generous half portions each. The cakes were also delicious! The service was above and beyond.

Best coffee in town! It’s well worth grabbing a coffee here when it’s in town. In Woodbridge they have a beautiful spot by the river with plenty of seating. The service is always super friendly! They do cakes and bags of awesome coffee to take home as well.

Excellent gelato. Plenty of flavours, so something for everyone. Tubs and cones available. We had chocolate and a mint choc and both were fabulous.

We had such a lovely meal tonight, the salmon en croute and steak Diane was cooked perfectly, service was warm and friendly and good value. If we lived in woodbridge we would be regulars.

Always busy which is great! Just avoid the Level Head - it's a nice pint, but £7.40 in Woodbridge is a very very steep! Prices are advertised but I missed them when ordering. Reason given was shocking deal with brewery.

Amazing meal 😋 food was incredible. Vibe was great and the waiter that served us was very knowledgeable and friendly . Definitely coming back .

This was our first time trying various items on the menu (ribs, wings, chicken club, etc). It was a late afternoon, on a Saturday, and we didn’t order in advance (our fault), so we had to wait about an hour for our order. It was definitely worth the wait. It was delicious!!! Don’t let the exterior of the building fool you: it was a clean, well organized establishment.

Sorry to say it was the worst breakfast I've had in the cafe. But if I pay £15.10 for coffee and full English I expect the highest standards. Bacan was so bad I couldn't even eat it. The picture says it all. Who would serve a customer food that looks like that. Lovely staff but all they did was apologised for the drop in standards.

I went last night with a couple of friends (and had been a week ago with my wife). We had the mid-week tomahawk special and added wings, more fries, mac and cheese and onion rings. The steak was perfect and there was plenty of delicious filling food. The Malbec that we got was a great compliment to the steak. This restaurant prides itself nit just on the food but the incredible friendly service. Always made to feel special. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. Hits the spot every time. This is the GF mecca of Woodbridge, selection of 4 types of bread and fresh ingredients to make this the ideal place fo delicious sandwiches.

We are new to the area and recently discovered the Angel. They offer a very good selection of ales and lager beers from draught, but their specialty must be their gin & tonics. The lady who served us was very enthusiastic about the selection of gins and tonics, and made some excellent recommendations based on our taste. We enjoyed it so much that we returned the week after. We were welcomed back and the staff remembered what drinks we had during our previous visit. That is a level of service that I do not experience often. Recommended!
