Lovely place, huge selection of food, drinks & staff are very nice & helpful

Excellent food, large tea and coffee portions and friendly staff. Cyclist friendly with good, long cycle hanging rack.

In my opinion our experience of this place was not good, I’m not sure if it has new management at all but the food certainly wasn’t good, the “five item” breakfast !!! £9.80 I have never seen such very small items !! The coleslaw that came with my food was in what looked like an egg cup, we have been to this cafe on many occasions over the years but I’m afraid this visit will be our last, it could do with a really good clean inside and out the toilet room is dirty, the tables outside were dirty too, I was also very surprised how empty the cafe was at lunch time, this review is our own experience at this cafe,

Dreadful ‘brunch’ experience Extremely poor customer service, one menu for 3 people, lack of interaction and information with a misleading menu. States they had a ploughman’s sausage roll which when we order we were told it wasn’t available. No signs as to what the cakes were, asked, the one we wanted although there were some on display were then ‘unavailable’ Ordered 2 diet cokes as husband is insulin controlled diabetic, 2 large glasses of coke arrived, I took a sip, and questioned what coke it was to be told she had indeed served us ‘normal’ coke….potentially very dangerous!! When the diet cokes then did arrive they were half the size of the original ones… There was also no ice. Cheese scone ordered, arrived dry and solid. There were only 3 other people in the cafe besides us 3, and we waited a ridiculous amount of time for food and drinks. When the toastee arrived rather than walk an extra few steps she lent over the banister, and 2 of our party to pass to me at the far end of the table when she could of just walked round and put it down in front of me. Overpriced and food disappointing compared to other local cafe’s. This was the first time we had visited and it will most definitely be the last. Give this terrible establishment a very wide berth!

Good, cooked to order fish & chips. Always a treat.

Meal deal is good but the last two meals I have had have been priced differently both times. Tried to contact to ask why and no response from them.

Small, intimate restaurant with a homely feel and pleasant staff. However, we found very little of authentic in the food, which seemed to have a strong Chinese influence and little of the finesse usually seen in Thai cuisine. We wonder where the chef comes from.

Pool again, great service atmosphere and the food supplied was top notch.

Made a mistake by having take away coffee. Black coffee very very hot and tasted metallic. Couldn't drink it but loved the cheese potato slice.

Iv used these guys several times now and I can say the quality is second to none each time. Very friendly staff.. I was on a crutch and the fella went out his way and let me get home then delivered it. That's what I call customer service. I would recommend this to anyone and will be my regular from now on. My wife and I visited last month on a Sunday evening,we had a table booked for 5 pm, as always the food was great but the restaurant was freezing cold and we had to eat our meal with our coats on. Eventually the staff came through with a small electric fire but it would have taken all evening to warm the restaurant. Please please get some heating 👍👍

This is the best kebab go to in Diss, but it is so frustrating when they don’t do as you ask on the order, very well done means browning, and when I book a slot of 9:30 I expect the delivery at 9:30 not half an hour earlier! Real shame as it is happening too often x
