Excellent taste and excellent service. Very helpful and caring staff. I accidentally dropped the order while exiting the restaurant because the bag tore apart. One staff member quickly came to help, and not even they replaced the order but also added a compliment item. Very nice service. Taste 5/5 Service 5/5

Had a quick lunch at H+H, the bacon roll was lovely, so was the latte. The service was very good and the seats are comfortable. Sad to see it's closing down.

A very colourful diner in traditional style. The menu had a range and we chose a burger and a salad. The staff were professional, checked to see if we wanted anything and if we were happy with our choice. For a quick meal this was ideal.

Visited today for Sunday Lunch. Really good. Beef and Lamb really tender. Desert very yummy. Dog enjoyed his visit also. Merry Christmas to you all.

The hotel bedrooms are looking a bit tired and certainly In need of a complete refurb... But it's handy to get to as it's right off the motorway and a quick bus ride into Cambridge city centre.....but will now never stop there ever again as they have sold their soul to become an immigration hotel.

Kishore is one of best team member among them all and he have good customer services and good communication skills

Myself and my mum visited the Golden Ball for our Christmas Day Dinner. The Food and service were Fantastic, the staff couldn't do enough to ensure you experience was perfect. I would Reccommend anyone to visit as you certainly wouldn't be disappointed. Thank you 😊

There was literally 30 people in the queue! Management obviously needs to pull a finger out and get more staff if needed. I walked out
