Had a quick lunch at H+H, the bacon roll was lovely, so was the latte. The service was very good and the seats are comfortable. Sad to see it's closing down.

H+H is a lovely coffee shop inside Tesco. It has good coffee, standard but well-made hot and cold drinks, and very decent bakery products. But you should avoid their "food" (richly advertised in posters all over the place). They are simply not set up for it: the "poached egg" is precooked and warmed in microwave, the avocado mash is straight from the fridge and doesn't sit well on a slightly warm toast.

Says closes at 1700, arrived 1615 and they've already turned off all their machines. Seems like they wanna get home as soon as they can, can't comment on the food/drink itself as I was turned away, the café upstairs saved me though!

Nice pastries and very similar coffee to the Caffè Nero one? Place was clean. Prefect coffee spot to take a break after grocery shopping

The time is 3:30 and Tesco closes at 4pm. NO hot food available as they are cleaning! Areas of seating blocked off. This concession is obviously run for the benefit of the staff! As with many other services these days, the customer is of no importance!!!

Always a great experience here, even during busy periods when the staff are likely quite stressed.

I bobbed in here for a flat white yesterday afternoon, after a quick shop in Tesco. Staff were great! My main feedback: the coffee blend is the nicest I have tried in Cambridge. In my honest opinion, better that Bould or the Locker in town. Really impressed. I'll be nipping back in to grab the beans.

Very friendly staff and great quality food. Recommend the sausage roll. It can be a bit of a queue when you arrive so would advise not going when it's peak lunchtime.

How is it latte? Espresso is very bitter, sandy and unbalanced. Milk judge for yourself? Feel like I was ripped off. Cafe upstairs probably would do a better job for a fraction of the price.

On route to Scotland from London we stopped at Tesco and ordered 2 coffees from H&H. I wasn't concentrating and knocked the coffee every where😬 The guy who made the coffee asked a girl (working with him) to get a mop while he immediately started making replacement coffee. He then joined in clearing up my mess. I have to say I was extremely embarrassed at first but these people were just brilliant making me forgive myself!!! Comments like 'at least you didn't get it all over your pretty dress' and 'you're not the only person to do this' were great. Thank you. And btw, the coffee was really good and reasonably priced.

The quality of drinks and food is good. I had a mocha and a pastry and they were very tasty. The staff was friendly and served me with a smile. My was table was wobbling and there was nothing I could do about it. I hate a wobbly table…. If you believe this review has been helpful for you, please don’t forget to press the 👍 button. Thank you.

The short chubby lady obviously has had no customer service training, twice this week I've been in there, served the person in front of me and just walks off to make their coffee, doesn't even acknowledge I'm there. I think because it's expensive she seems to think she has the right to be rude to everyone. Anyway at least the staff at Costa are nice and friendly.

Good coffee, a little cool and expensive. Let down by the fact it was 15 mins before closing, so the hoover cleaner was buzzing by noisily, and the young girl gave the minimum of ' just about polite and not happy' service. We always went weekly before lockdown, when there were a couple of great guys and a young girl serving, and they were fantastic, polite and smiley. Felt a bit let down, as it was a bit of a treat for us!

When you pop into a Tesco supermarket for any reason you don't expect great coffee and service from friendly, knowlegible staff. If I'm working in Bar Hill I would undoubtedly stop here. It isn't cheap but the coffee will not disappoint.

They make pretty much the best Capuchino that I've been able to find in the Cambridge area! I always try to pop in when near to Bar Hill.

Friendly place with welcoming staff. Great place to drop into before and after a shopping trip. Food choices might be limited but what is there is good. Comfortable seating arrangements and a book exchange makes for a pleasant experience

I had a coffee cooler and it was the smallest most disappointing drink I've had from a coffee shop. Paying £4 for the privilege just added insult to injury! The staff were pleasant though

Always enjoy visiting here for something to eat and drink, usually breakfast items such as a bacon and egg roll, scrambled eggs on toast. Food quality is always very good, and I think the staff there are excellent. Polite, friendly and always very helpful. Visit about two or three times a month. We have bought plants, bags of peat or compost, and I like the collection of greeting cards for sale. Always good to spend the money accumulated on the Loyalty card.

Sunday lunch. Loads of well cooked veg and tender meat. Only criticism was the vast amount of thick (bland) gravy poured over the entire meal. Would have preferred a gravy boat so could choose how much gravy to have. Unfortunately the gravy dominated all the other flavours - other wise would have been a delicious Sunday Roast. At £20 a head I would have expected delicious (non-generic) gravy that compliments the meal. Sticky toffee pudding was to die for ! Lots of warm sticky toffee sauce and a light and delicious sponge , and some lovely vanilla ice cream ! Staff were lovely , service quick and efficient. Lovely ambience. Minor tweak with the gravy recipe / and a gravy boat and would have been top marks !

Reluctant to write a review as we wanted to keep this bistro a secret. The bistro really is good value for money. We go for the Sunday Roast every couple of weeks and it never disappoints. well cooked and presented. Lovely peaceful eating area. A special shout out to the staff, really helpful. If visiting use the park and ride car park and follow the path to the Hospice.
