Everything is fabulous specifically the staff I met with Musab really helpful and great in communication guided me everything of menu and deals.

Musab is a good receptionist. And the branch is very hygiene conscious.

His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out, making our meal even more enjoyable. Amie’s service was top-notch—Pizza Hut is lucky to have him!

Had the Hawaiian Sizzler and Meat Feast. Absolutely top notch, outstanding! I don't order from any other Pizza places at all anymore. This place just has solidly great, consistent, Pizza!!!!!

Fatima served us fairly quickly. We placed our order at 1600. 3 other people came in after us. We popped into Tesco next door, expecting the pizza to be ready. Only to be told that they gave our pizza to someone else. Ridiculous. No apology, nothing. Terrible. Waited 30 minutes for pizza that wasn't even cut properly.

I had the pleasure of being served by Amir, who was my delivery guy from the Pizza Hut on Orchard Road. Amir was incredibly professional, arriving on time with a big smile and a friendly attitude. He went above and beyond to ensure my order was complete and even took the time to confirm everything before leaving. It’s rare to see such attention to detail, and Amir made the whole delivery experience seamless. Pizza Hut is lucky to have such a dedicated and courteous team member. The delivery the a mess, the app showed that pizza was already delivered, but the delivery person did not arrive until I called pizza hut and pointed out issue. By the time pizza was delivered it was cold and I had to reheat.

Still not arrived over an hour after my requested time slot of 8pm. Was told 8:15, then 8:45, it's now 9pm and still no order.

appalling service! second time I order from them and the order is 2 hours delayed! Excuses that they are busy, noone can be that busy to delay an order by 2 hours.

Food arrived an hour late. When it came the driver did not deliver the ice cream or drink. I was therefore late for work and could not stay to wait for these to be redelivered.
