Pizza Hut Delivery in South Cambridgeshire

The food was so late, we called so many times and they kept saying it would arrive in the next 10 minutes. Waited for nearly 2 hours from ordering. Order was also wrong; one of the pizzas was completely wrong, one of the sides was incorrect, and our drinks didn’t arrive. Also it was cold because it was so late. Will be sure to never order from here again!

We had a delivery order of around 10 pizzas for our lunch treat today and they were all thoroughly enjoyed. The delivery driver (Sumith) was super friendly and smiley, it was a good choice for lunch!

The food turned up over an hour late, the delivery driver didn’t get out the car and was expecting my girlfriend to walk across the road in her nighty to collect it from his car in the dark ? She didn’t take the food because the driver was so rude. I would like a full refund

Messed up putting my order in (sounded like the member of staff who took the order wasn't supposed to anyway) causing it to take twice as long as it should to get the pizza. No apology for the extra wait.

Shocking service. Ordered for collection. Got told 5 minutes when arrived. 25 minutes later I ask how long it will be. It has been left on the top of the oven and forgotten about. Delivery drivers in and out of the kitchen, not exactly hygienic. Staff scratching heads then not washing hands. Pizza was wrong and came with a bbq base so couldn't even eat it. Cared more about getting the delivery drivers orders ready above all else.

Was late to leaving then took 30 minutes past the last delivery time and the showed up small portion of wedges and both wedges and cheese triangles were cold like the drink

Got in half hour before closing on a Friday and a staff member called Moon made the order, had food ready in 15 mins as he mentioned. Good customer service and a pleasant gentleman. Was in clean uniform! Can't say the same for other staff when I went in a few days ago, not one person in uniform, drivers walking in and around the kitchen wearing jackets and outdoor wear. A guy in joggers and dirty trainers serving at the till and also prepping food, looked a total joke. When asked for some garlic and herb dip, was told to pay which I did but they had no change so was then told to leave them a review and I can have the dip for free. I decided to let them keep the dip. Surprising the manager allowed this as you should not be in a kitchen where food is being prepared if you are not wearing the correct clothing. Must not understand how bacteria works. Should have minimal contact with anything outside the kitchen environment to minimise the risk of hidden bacteria. Thought I’d give them a second try and was glad to see that Moon was on point.

We regularly pick Pizza and side dishes from this place. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They also are always keen to share any latest offers, which we could apply to our order. A special word for staff member Ali. Today we had some issues with applying the reward with our first-time order in the application, and he was generous enough to add a complimentary delicacy for our kid. A highly recommended place !
