Was expecting more from what we have been told, chicken shish, donna meat and potato wedges were ok and good portion sizes, just the chips were like rubber and oil soaked. This spoiled several meals (as we had 10 meals in total) and a total spend of £122(ish). Thankfully we had some frozen chips and an air fryer as the chips were inedible.

Paid £6.00 for the worst chicken burger i have ever eaten totally in edible took 1 bit and through the rest away my colleague Paid £9.00 for 2 pieces of chicken chips he also through his away it dry and tasteless and overpriced. Please don't make the same mistake as us just keep on walking

First time ordering, over £30 wasted, cherry milkshake was so artificial it was undrinkable, the chicken on my mixed kebab was so overcooked it was in shards and the doner meat was so greasy I couldn’t eat it, all incredibly bland too. The boxes with the chips in were falling apart because they were dripping with grease and we had to cook the chips in our oven because they were greasy and undercooked. The Hawaiian pizza had a strange flavour of mint but was otherwise very bland. The highlight of the meal (most of which was thrown away) was the Dr Pepper which came with my meal.

When you have to put all the food in the Oven on arrival, you know it’s not a good place to eat or get food from.

Got half an order wrong, took over an hour to get the new one. Arrived cold and still not correct. Food is usually good, but the pizza, I don’t think it’s even possible to describe how horrible that thing tasted.

they are fast, the food is OK, you can pay by card, the staff is nice. they offer several things. the place is small, I do not recommend dine in.

We took a delivery from here tonight the driver arrived early which was a big plus it was only have the estimated time. On making the order by phone call I was passed to four people and nearly had the order cancelled as we didn't have the app ??? However we got this completed and ordered 3 pizzas chips Donna on the side as you do its just polite, and onion rings. The onion rings were amazing so far the best tasted the pizza was cooked really well minimal oil on pizza and in box which honestly gave an excellent sense and tasted so much more the better they didn't simp on the extras we added on the pizza and if we hadn't added them it would have been the same result of pure happiness here the donner meat was great taste and flavour. The only down side I can fault these with is that the chips being not wrapped in paper which luckily with the timing the onion rings wernt affected but chips took a hit. But we used the paper that came on the outside to come to the rescue. Overall after overcoming the language barrier this rates highly on our list which is clearly hitting a 9.4 out of 10. I will be posting a 5 star as they got it all together within 25 mins from order to door. The price was also very good to feed a family of 6 and being a takeaway for under £45 which is fantastic considering how much I will eat alone. I'm full my children are full the food was very impressive the delivery driver was polite and cheerful and wasn't the rush rush person that so many others have had from other places these guys care!! Fantastic guys please keep doing what you do only got love for you from here

Food is great, portion size is excellent. Check your bank transactions against your receipt. Had to query why card receipt was correct but actual amount debited from bank was 99p more. Apparently a mistake. Refunded quickly. Food was worth an extra 99p anyway. Far better than chippy at Bar Hill.

If you can log into the website or app to order wow you’re doing well if you can talk to them via the phone and they actually understand what you’re talking about even better. All I got was the managers not here ( I don’t want to talk to the manager I just want to place an order)😵‍💫😵😵‍💫😵😵‍💫😵 My experience is that they’ve not got a clue what they’re doing so for this very reason I rated it a one on every scale, I would suggest you just find somewhere else to get your food from or delivered Just so frustrating 🥲

Absolutely disgusting!!! Over priced small portions, my chips, I’m sure I’m 100% sure they will cook the day before they are so old and is disgusting tastes terrible and cost loads. Will not buy again. Don’t waste your money

Two chicken kebabs ordered at the counter at 5pm. Service was very quick. Arriving home the packaging was very wet. There was a decent amount of chicken, but it was all brown meat chopped into small pieces. It was tasteless and mushy. We asked for chilli sauce, there was a tiny amount. The chips were hot but so dry they must have been reheated. Overall disappointing. We could see chunks of chicken on skewers prepared, but that wasn't cooked/served to us. Maybe we arrived too early and were served reheated food from lunchtime? We left feedback on the website but have not received a reply. We won't be back for a second time which is a shame as we have just moved to the area.

Pizza was good. Fish and chips edible. Don’t waste your time on the chicken wings. What really was annoying they charge you 75p for each small tub of sauce. When you’ve ordered £30 worth of food. Do yourself a favour and go next door (co-op). Customer service semi decent.

The best time to go to Faroz is during the day, when they are not hugely busy. I find that the food is muuuch better. I say this because I have ordered for eg Lamb shish kebabs from them, and I recieved 4 tiny pieces of lamb, hiding under hugely chopped wet salad on a pitta bread. It was disappointing. Again.. this is very hit and miss, because sometimes its perfect. Very good drinks section in store 👌 and their spicy wings are amazing 💥💥💥💥💥💥 and huge 😆👍🏻 The service is always fantastic!!!! And the place always clean!!

I ordered vegetarian food from Faros kitchen takeaway vegetarian pizza which was absolutely delicious and their milkshakes are spectacular as well would definitely have a takeaway from there again really delicious.

I ordered from Faroz kitchen, it was very quick and very nice, they are ready for halloween.

Had a few times. Wanted to order at 5pm for a 6.15 collection was told to ring back at 6 as previous we had waited up for 40 minutes from ordering the food and waiting a the shop for it to be cooked. Rang back at 6 no answer. Ordered through app not accepted went into shop. Not taking any more orders. We've not been back since as we like to pre order in advance so there is minimal waiting time

Excellent I dropped my phone unknowingly while waiting for my order went home enjoyed a nice meal and realised my phone was missing rang it and the lovely staff said we have got it food was great staff very helpful and pleasant highly recommend will definitely go again

Pretty damp good to be honest. Fast, smiley, reasonably price I this day and age. I like the Turkish pepperoni pizza!

Been there 3rd time now and have come back increasingly impressed with the quality of food, taste and the impeccable customer service by every single member of the team. The restaurant does get very busy when CELIK family is there but this only added to the good vibe of this place and at no time did this impact the quality.

RUBBISH!!! First two times I ordered it was fine average food but on time then I ordered it came 2 and a half hours later cold I wasn’t happy but then decided to order again tonight at 9pm it’s now 10:32 no food ,no answer and when I click on the website it says it’s closed whyyyyy would they accepted a order say 10 minutes for delivery then just doesn’t turn up had me waiting here for a hour and half hungry and the food wasn’t even on its way

Ordered lab shish from this place. Kebabs were literally raw. I mean so raw that one can't chew them. This was a pick up order and I tried to call the place to let them know and surprise; no one picked the phone. Just updating that I was feeling so fumed with the quality of the food or rather lack of it that I returned back to the shop in person and returned the food packet back to them. They did return my money, but anyways, that's a moot point considering the time wasted. I hope I don't suffer from food poisoning with the raw meat. My request to the shop owners/cooks is to pick up their game.I have eaten quite a fair bit of Turkish and frankly this one was the worst ever.

Just received our order the curry sauce was congealed. The chips were cold, soggy and undercooked. The food was lukewarm at best. This took over an hour to arrive and really wasn't worth the wait. So disappointed as previously the food wasn't like this. We won't be ordering again.

Delicious food and the price is reasonable. Staffs are friendly and nice and we had a great dinner therein.

Everyone who has joined new teammates is smiling. There is a very good interest, the food was very good, "it's not like it used to be anymore". Chips, fish and kebab were very good . exactly to your taste. Now it will be a place I will always stop by.

I just moved here and wanted to say food. Looking at the comments, I hesitated to say food, but rest assured, it is not as much as it is said. delivery was hot and delicious. When I went to get pick up, the woman inside was very friendly, the staff gave me a Turkish delight very close by.

Order came after 1 hour and half cold, rubish quality, I had a stomach pain all night after eating their food, avoid this company, huge prices for this quality.

The food here used to be lovely. However now seems to have gone downhill, dirty floors. Old looking salad, not the freshest of pitta… such a shame

Yesterday I bought two sausage chips curry sauce, the chips were absolutely disgusting, they tasted like they were leftovers from the day before and reheated in stale fat, I'm pouring the curry sauce onto my chips it landed like a congealed lump of jelly, how they are still open serving food like that is beyond my comprehension, it's worth going the extra mile to bar Hill chip shop

I purchased burger and chips, the chips were dark coloured and burger bun was hard around edges( stale?) I was on the toilet for the next 3 days! Never use this place again . Awful.

Simply don't care about what they sell. Last Friday ordered large lamb shish ,and got horrible donner kebab. Today chips still raw inside, but oil from box is dripping allover the car. Wouldn't recommend

We always order for work once a month and always pretty good until today. The food was atrocious. Items missing from the order, chips looked like they had been cooked in cigarette ash and all I could taste was grease. You are probably better off going to Rumbles in Willingham. Will definitely NOT be getting food from Faroz Kitchen AGAIN !!!!!!!!

So in theory you get 2 of the same pizzas for the price of a single pizza… nope. They charge £19.99 as part of the offer. I explained this to them but they were convinced I was wrong and whilst I am saving some money, this is not a buy one get one free deal. This type of marketing is misleading, false and in breach of The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations. Sorry for the poor review but on this occasion you have really let us down... Happy to remove this review if I can get the money back I am owed.

Usually good, however the last order came without salads or sauces and no response received from the business when I highlighted this.

Ordered for delivery. Things were missing from the delivery, and other item was wrong/not what I ordered. Order took a lot longer than the estimated 45 minutes to deliver. I tried to phone Faroz twice, just minutes after the delivery driver left my house and no one answered (it was 15 mins before close time so that’s maybe why). I then emailed with details, to avoid having to write a negative review, but still haven’t received any reply or acknowledgement. Disappointing as the food is normally ok and it’s a close and convenient takeaway for us, but probably won’t bother in the future!

Used these once a week for over a year. Order food online, then called them to confirm twice to say they are closed!! So I Order sum where else. Then these turn up and try to make me pay for an order I was not expecting. CLOSED THEY TOLD ME. AGRUE WITH ME AT MY DOOR. I will never use again.

Ordered food that should be delivered within 50 minutes …. 2 hours and 20 minutes later still not arrived! Had to come home during a night out to collect a different takeaway for kids as they had not eaten all evening. 21 calls to Faroz which they ignored. Used in the past and often things missing from order too (drinks, curry sauce, sides etc). Poor time and business management. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!

Absolutely delicious fish n chips and super fresh too! Not greasy but light and crispy! I also highly recommend the super scrumpy kebab pizza! Fully loaded with oozy cheese! 2 for £15 whats not to love!?

Not the best fish and chips but the grilled kebabs are fresh juicy meat and the home made chilli sauce is to die for. Very quick delivery, although the charge is a bit steep considering we live locally

£12 + for a large Chicken Doner and chips with a battered sausage to munch while I waited. Large Doner at either Willingham or Swavesey takeaways about £3 cheaper and the chips at Willingham are better in my opinion. That's the price of high overheads and overstaffing, perhaps?

Good and tasty kebab, both chicken and lamb. Nice hamburgers. Fried and Pizza are terrible. If you are looking for meat in this area could be your choice. Good delivery service if you live in Northstowe, don't know elsewhere. You have to order on their website (no JustEat or Food Hub), but I have appreciated the possibility to pay with the card at my home door with contactless. Once you know what to order is not that bad.

Food is good (fish and chips) but Covid masks should be worn correctly. All staff were wearing them, but none correctly. Some on chins, some not over noses.

I was very upset because I ordered 2 meduim sized meat pizzas and I asked for thin based and I didn't get that I got thicker bases .I also asked for a sauce for the mozzarella sticks and I didn't get it ....I rang up to tell them it was wrong and the person I talked to and complained to was rude and put the phone down on me which wasn't very professional so I rang up again to ask for a refund and he said he would refund me but don't ever use them again which I dont think I will !! I give them 2 stars because the delivery man came back.with my my refund

Really great all rounder! I went in tonight to pick up a takeaway order, sadly I ordered the wrong thing on the app, well, wrong sized Pizza. I explained and they happily made me another one. They wanted to make sure I was okay with waiting, thinking that maybe I thought it would be instant, which was nice, not many takeaways would explain that. Staff are all happy looking, salad and other food items on display looked crisp and fresh, and the kebabs looked and smelt amazing on the spit.

I have only personally had Cheesy Chips from Faroz but they did not disappoint. My partner has had kebabs and it is not one to turn the nose up at and comes fully loaded. Quick, easy food.

Do not answer phone or when they do they hang up . Their app is totally unusable as it states the correct postcode is wrong

Portion size has halved since lockdown. Find it absolutely madness they're offering £3.20 for large chips which are the size of a £1.50 portion ad the chips were really dry. The same portion problem with the kebab I had last week. Dont think I'll visit until they sort their portions out.

Really disappointed, Ordered food in shop and when I got home realised it was wrong. Called up and was told I should come back as it was easier than a refund, Then they just put the phone down! Went back and everyone just looked at each other when I said I'd called earlier. Got given the missing food and went home to eat my kebab that had gone cold! One of us got a hot meal that night! Food is okay but not amazing, pricey compared to other places. Emailed them rather than just posting on here, never got a reply. Won't go there again.

Grotty. Got a 'chicken ' kebab here the other day. Wish i didn't. Pitta bread was stale, salad was slimey and I'm pretty sure the 'chicken' was actually pork? Not impressed, next time ill stay on the road and keep driving to swavesey 😉

We've avoided Faroz since the summer last year as they were incredibly slow and kept making mistakes with our orders. Just had a meal for son's birthday, and the margerita pizza was nice apparently, and the lamb donner kebab, but there were things missing again (hard to sort this out during quarantine), they were about 15 minutes longer than they'd said, the garlic bread was like cardboard, the haddock tasted old and was chewy. Such a shame we can't support this local business because it just isn't very good for the money. It was nearly double what we usually spend on take away.
